Dave was wonderful! Our family has been using them for about 30 years. We called yesterday and he came out today. He installed our kitchen faucet in record time and for a deal! Highly recommend. A+++++

I couldnt have asked for better. David called me when he was on his way, like I was told. He stopped the leak in my shower head and fixed both toilets, that was not on the list to do. I asked about them, he knew the problem and fixed them. The price was very reasonable. Now - after he left, I found the water pressure in the shower head was quite low. I called him and he came right back! He found the problem and fixed it. The problem had nothing to do with his fixing the leak either. It was a fluke type thing. I was so impressed with him coming right back. Thank you so much, David! I will be calling you again.

We have had Strait Plumbing out a number of times in the six years we have lived here I have never found them to be anything but honest, straightforward and competent. Theyve always responded in a timely manner and completed the job quickly. Ive never timed them to the minute but the charge has always been appropriate. (I dont know of any services where the hourly fee is prorated by minutes.) Frankly, I was surprised at the negative reviews because our experience has always been so positive.

I have been using straight plumbing for quite a few years and they have always been reasonable and honest. They have fixed leaks, they have done work on my pump, because I have well water, And installed a salt water system for me. Mr. David has always been Reliable and honest.

Nearby construction filled our water lines with sand. Paul came, diagnosed the problems in the kitchen and two bathrooms. He flushed the system, leaned out faucets and shower, replaced the toilet valves that were leaking and added a new aerator on the kitchen faucet. It cost $159.00. A previous unscrupulous company from Leesburg tried to tell us our pressure was way too high, that we needed a pressure reducing valve on our main line plus new valves in toilets, and wanted over $800 to do it! I’ll call Strait any time I need a plumber. They do the job fast and charge a fair price.he job fast and charge a fair price.

Today, 10-14-2017 Saturday I had no water for a week , Strait Plumbing came out and I knew plumbers were expensive , this gentleman was a delight , respectful, thourough as the initial leak lead to another leak and another, Honest and knew his stuff will need a whole replacement but i know it will be done professionallyCathy Anderson
