Was having a bad water leak from my hose spigot on my house. I called Service Plumbing Inc. when they opened at 7am. They arrived at 8:15 or so. Michael Martin was knowledgeable and efficient. He was friendly and professional. All set and fixed. Im happy with the service i received from the first call this morning, to completion. I highly recommend Service Pluming Inc.

Judging by their rating, Im not the only one who was extremely satisfied with this company. I had the pleasure of having Chris and Brandon come out to install a water heater. We were shocked that we had to pay almost $9,000 due the fact that weve got solar attachments. Thanks to Chris, he informed us of all the options we had and we were very pleased with our mutual decision. They did great work. Very clean. Very professional. Unfortunately, they did such a great job that we might not see them for quite a while. Nonetheless, I will definitely call them next time when Im in need of any plumbing service. Thank yall so much!

Recieved service for clogged pipes. Techs name was Mike and we had a great experience! We were coming from a doctor apt home and were 15 mins later then planned. What a great plumbing company. They went above and beyond on a service that I needed. There was stuff my builder didn’t do correctly, and they didn’t charge me, since it could have been a failure. I would hire this company if you need any plumbing needs. They hooked it up inside of a shed and a blow out for my spin down filter.

Last August 2015, I needed yet another plumber. He was my 5th plumber ( in 6 years) that I have owned this home. But after those incompetent plumbers, I was hesitant to spend more money on the same problems. But I was wrong. The two young men showed up with the Manager Chris. I handed them a series of repairs I needed fixed. They went to get the items and returned the same day. I waited this long because I need the assurance that they were going to work. I feel Stephen went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. He and his partner struggled with removing the lid of the septic tank but once they got it removed were able diagnose the problem and ease my mind that I did not need to drain my septic tank or worse that my drain field was saturated. Service Plumbing has been our plumber for 6 years, and weve had only good experiences. All our previous plumbing issues were little jobs, all of which they handled well. This year, our well went bad, damaging our water softener and water heater in the process. Because all our previous experiences with Service Plumbing had been good, we chose them for this major project.Service Plumbing did 120 feet of trenching by hand, not using a trencher. That way they didnt damage our irrigation system. They connected the new well to the house and to the irrigation system. They were careful and thoughtful with their trenching work, and with the work to connect into the existing systems. They carefully flushed out the lines, flushed out the sediment in the tank, and replaced both the water softener and the water heater. They were careful with every step of the process. Their crews intend to do a good job, and it shows. Thank you Service Plumbing! We are glad to have you as our plumbers.

It was Friday at 10 AM. I called around and nobody can get to me at the earliest until next week. Service plumbing set aside some time for us to come out and check out our leak so we didn’t go without water. The technicians came out found out where it was leaking and fixed it. The technicians that came out went over and above what I asked them to fix. They made sure all my fittings were tight and secure. They use material that were much more strong than the existing material. I would definitely recommend these guys and will definitely use them again.
