We used this service to remove and replace our old kitchen sink that had an old disposal unit. Not only did they do it in record time, but they replaced all of the old piping and did an amazing job. Their price was so reasonable and their work so good, that we called them back to do both of our bathrooms. They are replacing both toilets and sink fixtures and they have already found and fixed rooting problems. They were referred to us and we are so glad they were. They are going to be our plumbers for as long as we have our home. They are personable and provide excellent customer service. They truly paid attention to our wants and needs and accommodated them all. We highly recommended them!

Awesome experience. We had a clogged sink that was overflowing into the garage and they came out quickly to help. We called to get a couple of leaks taken care of and some other plumbing stuff. It’s been an ongoing issue since buying this house. We were waiting for another guy to work on it but it was talking too long (weeks.) We called this company and they were at my house the next day. They were informative and they worked fast getting in and out, taking care of the problems that we were told were a hassle from someone else. The price was really good too. I was expecting to pay more. The gentlemen were kind and pretty informative. I will be using them for any troubles that I come across in the future.

Professional and thorough. We had a serious clog in our main line and issues with our shower draining. Garnet made sure we were satisfied before he left. When we realized our shower had suddenly stopped draining again I ran outside to catch him before he left. He came in and spent another few hours working it out. We now have someone coming out to put a camera down there so see what the real problem is and check for a break in the line (no extra cost) AND he gave us a 6 month guarantee so he will come back if it clogs again for free. Total was 350 to unclog our main line and 100 to unclog our shower drain. Crossing my fingers we dont need to call again but if we have to its covered. Good honest company.

Root Scooter Plumbing is a company that provides quality plumbing services. My commercial building sewer line was back up. I called a different company to come fix it. The other company was unable to fixed the problem. In my desperation I did a Google search and found Root Scooter. I called after hours and Harley answered the call. After explaining the situation he pretty much insured me his company could succeed where the first company failed. He sent his brother Andy to my place of business to jet the line and problem solved. Moving forward I will only use Root Scooter Plumbing of all my plumbing needs.
