We used Patricks Heating and Air Conditioning to install a smart toilet for us. We needed both electrical and plumbing for this job and Patricks was a one stop shop for us. More importantly the two techs sent to our house were prompt and professional. They came out to give us an estimate and responded the same day with their quote. They were able to set up an appointment to install that best worked for us. The install went very smoothly and when they left you would never have known they were here at all. They left the job spotless. I will be using Patricks for all my electrical and plumbing needs.

Craig did an amazing job with the installation of our water softener. I really appreciate that I was given an alert with his arrival time. He was very meticulous and took time with making sure our product was installed correctly and neatly. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. The guy got it working really Quick, they are educated in their trade. I trust them. Recently this year 2024 I thought of hey do they have any washable air filters made out of metal turns out they do approve of what I bought and you can literally just wash it with soap and a hose and you save a ton of money. my tech was very educated. He did it fast and for a reasonable price. I am so glad that it is fixed and I have water again in my house. The leak was so bad I was only getting trickles of water in my house and my grass was brown because of the leak. Will most definitely use again

I called at 5:30pm on a Monday afternoon due to my AC unit not cooling down my house. Tom arrived very quickly and when he got here he introduced himself and was super professional. He wanted to know all about the AC unit and any information regarding it before just diving in. I was thankful that Tom did not try to upsell me instead he told me what was wrong and showed me. We agreed on fixing it and he fixed it within 30 minutes. I am thankful for Tom and going to recommended this company to anyone I know.

I needed a new toilet. When Nate removed the old one, he discovered the part holding it to the floor was cracked, causing the toilet to rock. He replaced the cracked piece, bolted it to the floor, and installed the new toilet. I wouldn’t have known the difference but he did and fixed it correctly!! I’m very appreciative of his service and the company!

Our AC stopped cooling and I’d had a good experience with this company a few months ago. Fred, our service technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get our AC going within less than an hour. I did purchase their service contract as it is a great service for a reasonable price. Check them out if you don’t have your AC/Heating/plumbing and electrical insured for breakdown.

This company is on the ball! They were here to check my a/c unit within two hours of my call. My 2007 unit died and needs replacing. They gave me a good estimate and scheduled the work. In the meantime, they set me up with a portable a/c so I could spend the night comfortably. I am impressed with their timely communication and professionalism.

Tom got here really quick. The HVAC equipment was installed in May, before I bought the house. Ive been here for 10 days, and it hasnt been working very well. Well thats because the compressor was apparently dying. Tom checked everything, and verified it was the compressor. He told me he couldnt get parts back out until Tuesday. I mentioned that I had 2 stand alone AC units. He readily offered to help me install them, and with his help what would have taken me a couple of hours, took about an hour. Now me and my animals at least have some cool air circulating. He was very nice, and professional.

We had a leaking water heater and had Rich York come out to check on it. Turns out it was super old and we needed to replace it or fix it and replace it later. While he was here he checked our bathrooms and sinks to let us know any other issues that should be solved too. He wasn’t pushy or frustrated with question. You could tell he honestly wanted to help out. He quoted us a couple options for water heaters, we chose one and financed and it was really easy. He came back out 2 weeks later once it was delivered to install it. He was very professional, kept us updated on how it was going. I could tell it was a little more involved than a normal install. They had an electrician , I think Schwartz was his last name, run wires and Rich welded new pipes and cut them. It was a lot of work But he got it done and even He cleaned up after himself and stayed late to make sure it worked before he left. It was a great experience and we will call Patrick’s in the future for any help.Both of these guys deserve some lunch!

After checking the error codes on the HVAC system I was told that the most probable issue was the circuit board, and less probable was the motor. Michael took time to run a test on the motor and determined that the motor was most likely not the issue. This gave me more confidence that it was worth it to replace the circuit board.

Pool heat pump not working and was told the compressor was bad. So I called Patrick’s for a second opinion. So they came out and did a very thorough job and they allowed me to watch. It’s hard to get people out that can work on pool heat pumps but they work on them and seel what brand you want. This fact means everything most places sell but don’t service or help with the warranty. I had a Hayward and the compressor failed about three months out of warranty. Hayward has been no help but Tom the tech sent out from Patrick’s was great.

In June 2024 I purchased a maintenance contract with Patricks Heating & AC. Recently I had an issue with the AC unit not cooling. I called Patricks this morning to request a technician come out to diagnos the problem. They were able to get a tech out same afternoon. Approximately a half hour prior to their arrival Andrew and Drew sent me a text advising me that they were in route. They were very helpful in explaining the the repairs needed on my HVAC unit and after my approval they completed the repairs needed to my satisfaction.

He also installed a home filter system, water softener system as well as a new water heater. He was very thorough and did a great job!!Today 11-18-24 he came out to do the annual inspection to make sure everything was in good working order. Everything he did was in excellent condition and there were no leaks detected at all. He did have to replace the outside faucet connectors that were both leaking. I knew one had been when I used my hose, but I was procrastinating a bit. Anyway, he fixed both of them today which turned into a bit of extra work, but he took it all in strides. I would recommend him for your plumbing work. He is very professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with!Tom Trumpy also came out to inspect my HVAC and all was good there too.
