    All I can say is wow! Chris Thomass customer service was impeccable! He methodically assessed our water heater issue, and saved us a $1000 replacement with a $200 fix after a reputable company told us that a replacement was the only answer. It never hurts to get a second opinion, and it never hurts to choose a small company like Blue Line. After all, small businesses can still afford to be reputable.     12/13/24 it took me this long to get my utility company to repair the curb stop in order for Blue line to come and finished my restoration job. They sent Chris back to finish this major multi step/ multiple repairs to aging plumbing in my 1958 home. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and knew how to adapt the original current internal fixtures to new fixtures. He got the entire restoration project completed with 3 hours. I needed the diagnostic to see exactly what the exterior parts of the job entailed, the pipe laid, the toilet valve replaced, washing machine hook up’s replaced, and shower hardware updated. Everything has been restored to full working order with extra care to detail. I even had a last minute question about the height of the shower head and Chris took a trip to the store within the 3 hours of service and got the necessary part to solve the problem my question posed. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. The pricing was fair and came in slightly less than an estimate I got a few years ago.11/11/24- the owner and crew came today to do the major pipe replacement outside. I needed 12 feet of pipe replaced and installation of new shower hardware, the job was done efficiently and within a day. The owner was very informative and told me exactly what I needed to request be done by my utility company to complete the final stages of the project.10/31/24 Chris was unable to perform my service today due to frozen curb stop, which was out of his control, but he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me and he even tightened a faucet while he was here. I will be calling them to come back as soon as the city repairs the curb stop.Update- Chris came back yesterday and completed the job. Again he was efficient and kept me informed along the way. Very knowledgeable and confident in his skills and abilities.

    Dave and Patrick showed up early and ready to work. They were polite and explained what the job would entail, including price. They replaced the hot water angle stop and water line in Master Bath Room. I was so pleased that I asked Dave to give me an estimate for all the angle stops in the house. He removed the cheap builders valves and replaced them with quarter turn ball valves. The bill for everything was $345. I recommend Blue Line Plumbing!

    We were very pleased with the service. The individual was very competent didnt waste any time took care of the problem. He also checked out a couple other things that we asked him to do. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody. They do give a discount for retired police and law enforcement. Even without that this is a very professional operation and we will definitely have them back if we have any more plumbing needs.

    Owner has been great to work with, he even sent a plumber (Paul) out to write up a detailed estimate so we could budget and plan. Paul then did our first round of installations and was fantastic. Very kind and considerate, cleaned up after himself, easy to have in home. For round 2, Chad was sent out. He did a fantastic job as well. Very friendly, asked vs assumed how I wanted things done and we even had to call the manufacturer for some assistance. He was willing to work with me until I was satisfied everything was complete. Both gentlemen were excellent to work with and highly recommend the company. They did faucet install, valve replacements, and removed toilet and installed new toilet and bidet system.

    Blue Line was my GC’s partner for our home rehab project. Everything was excellent, we had to have someone fix the kitchen sink as it was leaking.     Great service. John immediately called me back after my initial call and was able to give me an estimate the same day for my multiple repairs. Chad came out a few days later and was able to complete all my repairs in a timely manner. Chad was very professional and polite and kept me informed throughout his progress.Update 6/2024: Spoke with John to have my water filtration filters replaced as I was having trouble with my well water quality. Chad came out 2 days later and replaced all of my filters and made sure that my water pressure was back to normal. Chad was very efficient and polite.     We are renovating our kitchen using Ultimate Quartz/Granite. They sent Blue line plumbing to install our new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. They stated someone from their crew would be here today between 3and 5pm. We received a call from their plumber David at about 3pm stating he would be here in 30 minutes. True to his word David was here about 3:30. David did a great job installing our smart faucet , sink and garbage disposal. He worked neatly, had everything good to go in a very short period of time.     Blue Line Plumbing gets an A+ from us! When we called, John answered and actually *listened* to our problem. He dispatched Chad to repair what turned out to be two leaks. Chad showed me exactly where they were and exactly how he fixed them. He had both leaks fixed within an hour and the total bill was less than the competition charged *just to come out and look* Chad was friendly, professional and wasted zero time getting the job done!     We had a very good experience with Chad from Blueline. We have a slab leak and we hired a leak detection company to find the leak. They said they found it and marked the spot. Chad came out and dug down where they said it was. There was no leak to be found. He dug another hole and still nothing. Obviously the detection company was wrong. Instead of wasting our money and wrecking more floor, we all decided it was best to repipe the whole house. They are going to deduct the cost of Chads visit off the whole job and their price came in much lower then the leak detection company that quoted us when they were here. Looking forward to working with them.

    Chad came over to our house, we have been having problems with our bathroom and was able to fix both problems within 10 minutes. Would recommend calling them if you need anything fixed. Also told me how to fix the problem in the future. Thanks chad !

    The drain in my bathtub always drained fast, then the other day when took shower --- stopped no drainage! I thought the worst.. The tech (Chad) called to let me know he was a little running late, then called to say on his way, very mannerly on phone and in person. He was quick to resolve the problem and left the bathroom spic & span clean as if no work had done. Hetested thoroughly to make sure all was good.
