Was super easy to get someone out on a Saturday. From the call to have a technician in my house took just 45 min. Narcis was very friendly and professional. He did great with resolve the clogged pipe. He has to remove the toilet and then use the snake and a camera for the pipe. Great service and would recommend. Only down was the price.i cant give 5 stars because I felt that $860 is on the higher side( but I can be wrong)

Had an uncomfortable situation with my expansion tank on my Hot water heater the same evening that we returned from vacation. It had a pinhole leak that was shooting water.I found out when I was putting something in my basement when we returned home on Friday, late that afternoon. I had a concern that I would not be able to get it fixed and the leaking would continue through the weekend if I kept my water on.So, I first checked with my warranty company and they could not send anyone until Tuesday, that was out.Started calling around and around 9:30p Roto-Rooter called me back and said they had someone on the way.What a relief!Connor came, replaced the tank, checked my pressure and was on his way. Was glad he was on call and available. They also sent a Field coordinator to make sure I didnt have any water damage in my basement.Thank you Roto-Rooter!

I had a broken branch line pipe in my basement. I ended up having to replace about 15 ft of cast iron plumbing and jet the remaining line. I dealt with several employees through the process and all of them were personable, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pretty significant repair and the supervisor JJ helped me get the maximum claim value with my HOI and had the pipe replaced and jetted in one day! Although this was not something you want to deal with as a home owner, I was very happy with the service! The team of technicians that handled the replacement and got the plumbing back up and running were great! I hope I never have to deal with a broken pipe again, but if I do I know who I’m calling!

Roto-Rooter has a terrific reputation but Red highly exceeded our expectations. He was fast, efficient, and kind. We accidentally put in the wrong phone number when submitting the request and he kindly stuck around regardless on the 95 degree heat, trying to get the company to reach us so we wouldnt be left in the lurch.Red quickly diagnosed the issue, tried the most cost-efficient fix despite it not being likely to work (the part itself was broken), and then speedily replaced the part and got everything working again. He was tidy, too, no mess to clean up and very respectful of our home. I would hire Roto-Rooter again and recommend them, and they have an outstanding representative in Red.

The supervisor, Richard, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of what to expect from their company. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. On Monday, the technicians, Vidal and German, came to facilitate the next step in the process. Vidal gave us step-by-step information on what he would be doing. They took great care in removing the damaged flooring and other debris. Again, I can not say enough about the EXCELLENT AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Matthew, did a great job. We had a sudden leak and he cut into the sheetrock and found the leak within an hour. We then stayed until 11:30pm to repair the leak and get our water services back on and called the water mitigation team for a quote. I would recommend them for the plumbing repair. We did decide to get multiple quotes the next day for the mitigation phase as the estimate was over $12,000 and I wanted to confirm that the insurance will pay.

We had ‘water’ backing up in our sinks, shower, and toilet. I called RR on a Sunday afternoon and they had an extremely professional and knowledgeable plumber on site within 1.5 hours. I was given a follow up call prior to the plumber’s arrival and he was there within 5 minutes of the quoted arrival time. He troubleshot the problem, explained the solution, and showed me the price prior to doing the work. He fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after himself.I called a local plumber before calling BB who had 5.0 stars on his Google reviews who advertised he could provide service 24/7. Couldn’t get to me until Monday afternoon. If your job must be handled immediately, don’t call around. Call Roto Rooter.

Roto rooter sent an awesome technician to my house to do jetting service that was provided by Hristo K. on Oct 12 2016. Hristo was professional, and knowledgeable. I am glad I use Rotor Rooter because they had prior records of my service. They found the same issue as before; a sewer problem that should have been fixed in 2015 by the country and had fallen through the cracks. This technician and Roto Rooter save me time and money. I never felt as confident in a company service as I do these guys. My daughter thought I was nuts because jetting is not cheap. I am glad I did because the county really did not know about the backup that turned out to be very serious issue on my street. Therefore, Roto Rooter and Hristo saved me, the water company and the environment a lot of money and headaches.Thank you...I am proud to give you 5 out of 5! You Rock!

I noticed a issue with leaking in my basement crawlspace at about 5pm yesterday related to a previous (substandard apparently) install of a water line to my fridge ice maker. I called Roto Rooter and asked for help. After a little co-ordination a service technician named LOGAN showed up. He assessed the issue quickly and told me what was needed and he proceeded to resolve the issue for me. Rarely do I come into contact with someone with his level of customer service. He is the nicest and friendliest guy and knew what to do. Definitely a 10+ experience and i will be happy to refer anyone who needs a plumber to contact RR for service. 👍

On 9-20-23, Cory Rothbarth and Trenton (last name unknown) came out to repair a leaky faucet in the bathroom of the master bedroom. I explained how another plumber (lets call him PX) came out and fixed the leaky faucet but when he finished, the faucet leaked more than it did when he allegedly fixed it. I even had to manipulate the knobs in a certain position to get the hot water spigot to turn off but even then, it still leaked / streamed.PX told me the faucet was leaking because I needed new faucets. I’m not sure I believed him but I ordered new faucets anyway. I chose not to hire PX again. I wasnt sure I could trust the quality of his work. And since I had used Roto Rooter 12 times before, I figured I could trust the quality of their work.When I explained what PX had done, Cory asked if PX checked my water pressure. I said no, Cory checked my water pressure and showed me how it was too high. He said the range should have been around 45 (I think) – mine was 81. He explained that high water pressure could be the reason the faucet wouldnt stop leaking. He replaced the old pressure regulating valve (which was installed by Roto Rooter in 1999).After that, Corey installed my new faucets. This took some doing. He started around 5:13 pm and didnt finish until after 7:00. He had to go to Home Depot (about a mile away) and get two water lines, hoses (or something like that). He said they were about $28.00 and charged me for them. When I asked to see the receipt, he said company policy prohibited him from showing me the receipt. Of course, we had words about that but I let it go.TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY -- its not a good policy (it’s a HORRIBLE policy) to keep customers in the dark about the cost of ANYTHING. Roto Rooter prices are already far too high and to feel like Im being charged $28.00 for a $5.00 water line (which could not be verified), is unconscionable. But I digress ...My house is old (built in 1976) and Cory had to saw something away and do some other things I’m sure he hadn’t planned to do. The bathroom in the master bedroom is small and the lines are inside a small cabinet. Hence, he had to deal with being in an uncomfortable position on the floor to complete the job. When the work was finished, the fixture I chose was perfect and added beauty to a small space.Cory and Trenton arrived on time (3:30 p.m.), they were very friendly / very polite, and they took time to explain things every step of the way. The job was VERY pricey but the satisfaction (and peace of mind) of a job well done was worth it.Thank you, Cory. Thank you, Trenton. Thank you, Roto Rooter.

The Business Office has been very difficult to deal with. You can leave messages, emails and no one will respond back to you. The Business Office would get 1 star.Update. Received a follow-up call from S. in the Business Office. The opportunity to explain everything from start to finish was what I was looking for. S. listened to my questions and concerns and was able to address and answer them. To reiterate again my initial concerns were not with the technical service. Eventually was able to get the forum to address my previous questions and feedback.

After a laundry list of other businesses I had recommended to me, all of which didn’t have any availability on short notice, I reached out to Roto-Rooter and had an unknown bad situation taken care of better than I could’ve hoped. Within 90 minutes of my initial call, I had Brian on site and diligently working and communicating his process. Hunter showed up a little later with some excellent tech to help narrow the detection of my leak. I don’t love their prices (expect to pay 2-3x what a small guy charges) but they are dependable and quick.As far as the technician, Elijah, he was very friendly, made sure to not make messes (and did a great job cleaning up), was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it despite the broken pipe being located in a tough place. Roto Rooter responded quickly to a plumbing problem I was having. Pipes clogged, toilet overflowed, leaking from one floor to another. I was horrified. But Lun showed up pretty quickly and started to work on this problem. It took several hours but it was a job well done. Explained everything as he went along. Jaimie showed up, I think he was a supervisor to evaluate for any water damage. Luckily, there was very little. It was a job well done. I am grateful for their great service.

I would highly recommend this company!! Romello came out for the repair. He was courteous, friendly and professional! He also told me of another repair that needed to be done! Richard also came out to instruct me on other repairs that needed to be done for remediation to the structure and even offered to help with the claim to the insurance company! They were very punctual, kept me posted on when they were to arrive. Ryan with Rotor Rooter was an excellent repair person. He was very detail with what needed to be done to repair and bring my water heater up to code. I had no idea that an expansion tank was needed at to why my water heater begun leaving at the output line.Rotor Rooter sent out an water cleanup team to make sure no water damage occur during the leak.

Angel was an amazing plumber. He gave us an informative information about how our pipes was set up in the crawl space because we didn’t know anything about what we was working with. We had a slow drain in the kitchen sink and the drain with our washing machine. He fixed both in a timely manner with the hydro Jetter for the sink and he used the snake for the washing machine. It’s all done with a stress relief from dealing with other companies not falling threw. This was worth the wait and money.

Owen was on time, professional, very friendly. He showed and explained to me what the nature of the problem was and the best ways to address the situation. Originally he thought it might take 90 to 120 minutes to take care of but the problem much sooner than that. A second fellow from Roto-Rooters water restoration came to evaluate the damage and provide an estimate for the cleanup. The price was fair but just a bit more than I could afford at the moment. However the repairs for the two toilets I paid for gladly.

First, I have to start our by saying how amazing Brian was. We called Roto-Rooter at 2pm when a leak was detected. Brian arrived 2 hours later (miracle it was so quick). He was thorough, professional, answered all our questions, found the source of the problem, and fixed it within a few hours. I genuinely appreciate the time he took to walk us through the issue and explained how he would fix it. Highly recommend Brian and Roto-Rooter. If I ever have a plumbing related issue again, this is the first and only call I’ll be making.
