    From the start I can say I received exceptional service. From the first call agent/dispatcher she was able to let me know quickly and efficiently how they could send a tech out to assess our situation and give us an estimate. I was stressed out and this company understands excellent customer service, support and professionalism. There was no need to haggle at all. Steve W. was our Plumber and what a blessing he is! He was prompt, pleasant and got right to work. He was able to educate us in a way we understood and I really appreciate the fact that he listened to us and was able to answer our questions and we had our new water heater installed the same day! Steve understood the assignment!!

    I reached out to Rooter ProXpress on a Sunday, I was pleasantly surprised they had staff available and could provide service on a Sunday, unfortunately the techs were held up at a job and wouldnt make it to me. After passing my appointment window I reached out again to see what was happening and they let me know about the plumbers being out on jobs that took longer and rescheduled me for Monday morning. Monday morning comes and I get two guys knocking at the door. Show them the problem and they get right to work on quoting it out. They get back to me in a short time and I opt for them to perform the work as the price was reasonable. I feel they were very professional, knowledgeable, and got me up and running in no time. They cleaned up the work area explained their fix and what the warranty for it looked like and went on their way.

    Called on Friday night and had a new water heater by 1pm Saturday. Michal was on time, professional, and gave me every option. Purchasing a new unit was not the least expensive option. The price to replace was fair and Michal proved to be honest and trustworthy and I felt that this suited my needs better than a bandaid. I was very happy with my service and would highly recommend Rooter ProXpress

    After Gainesville Water alerted me first thing in the morning that my water had been running continuously for 24 hours, I requested help from one of there advocates “Mr Earl responded within minutes and detected the broken pipe at the main line into the house. I had used the services of Royal about 2 years before and was very pleased with their “same day service”, professional technicians and all around good work ethics, so called for help.Keith stayed in touch with me (2 hr window), arrived, kept me apprised of cost depending on how extensive the repair was and after digging to find the broken pipe, had to cut through the concrete basement wall, repaired, cleaned up and certainly gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Rooter ProXpress and their very knowledgeable team who appear to (at least in my case) go above and beyond to help & keep their customers,

    I made a call to the plumbing company before 8 o’clock spoke with one of the representatives. She will shoot me that someone would be out to my home within a half an hour to an hour. They were very prompt courteous, and took care of everything that needed to be taken care of, this service was very good. The person that they sent to fix my problem was very knowledgeable and plumbing and very helpful.

    We had a stoppage in the kitchen sink and the first plumber we called left it worse than before they came. Gave us an estimate and said they couldn’t do the work right away. I called Rooter ProXpress and within hours Ulysses showed up. Provided us with an estimate that was very reasonable AND he did the work right then and there. He was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He educated us about what to do to prevent this from happening again, fixed our drains and then checked his work to make sure the water was flowing smoothly. I was extremely pleased with his service. He showed up earlier than expected which was wonderful and he did all his work with care. I highly recommend him and while I hope I never need service again, it was such a pleasure that I will call again if we ever need service.     Today my wife contacted Rooter ProXpress they showed up in less than an hour. Ronnie and I think Kevin ( Sorry if I forgot your name) found the leak and fixed it promptly after getting the parts. What impressed me most was the little things, they asked if they should take off their shoes ( that wasn’t a problem, they. saw toilet seat that I intended to change out in the bathroom they were working in and changed it with out asking. Those small things are the things that will make me a returning customer and recommend them to friends when needed.

    Rooter ProXpress and my guy Chris D. was quick and timely for us recently as we experienced a water leak outside our home that was making us have a huge water bill to pay. Chris came and found where the leak was in front of my house and fixed it that same day. He was very knowledgeable on what caused the leak and how it was affecting my front yard and landscape since it was underground pipes that were needing to be replaced.     Steven and Dorene were great. I had an emergency call 3 days before Christmas on a Sunday afternoon. After calling another place and going through an AI interface that hung up on me instead of transferring me, I tried another line and got transferred to RPX. Dorene was friendly and efficient and made sure I knew who would be coming and what the timeframe was. Steven called me shortly after to give me his ETA. When he arrived, he was friendly and helping - very laid back in a calming way, since I really did not want to be dealing with water gushing everywhere just before Christmas. He fixed leaking emergency valves in my upstairs bathroom and gave some good advice on little things I can do myself, like replacing the sink aerator and getting a different push up sink stopper that with a design that doesnt clog so quickly. He checked a few things on the water heater, but they were fine. He also suggested checking the pressure regulator after we talked about most of the pipes in the walls being from the 60s. Yes, it was an upsell, but it was a good one - and wise to suggest checking. My county recently replaced the water lines in my neighborhood, so I knew there was a good chance the water pressure had increased a lot and if a couple of valves had sprung leaks, it was only a matter of time until more things were impacted. He was able to replace the pressure regulator, which wasnt working any longer, and update and correct a valve in the crawl space. Yes, it cost $ and perhaps I could have gotten bids and got the price lower, but... perhaps not and other water issues could have easily occurred in the meantime. The peace of mind to have it done meant a lot, especially with the Christmas holidays coming up. It was helpful that the price comes down on some work when multiple jobs get done; built in discounting model. Thanks Steven for your work!

    Steven did an excellent job. He noticed there was an uphill slant from the trap from a previous repair from another company, which may have caused the slowness of the drainage lately. He reconnected the disconnected pipe. He also checked our hot water heater for any issues. He was also cheerful and informative.     Water leaking in your house is never a good thing specially when it’s not visible until it’s a little late.I looked in into the “thumb tack”and found a few companies. As they came and went; I was frustrated.I don’t recall how I came across this company. This was the third estimate. When I saw the Plummer he was very surprised how young he was.He came in I showered him the problem and what I did to alleviate the constant dripping of the items in the house the sinks the toilets continuously running you get the deal.
