Jeremy Hathaway from Mr. Rooter is phenomenal! He came to our house to help us locate a water leak in the ceiling. He determined it was a problem with the roof, not the plumbing, but while he was here I asked him to turn up my hot water heater because my showers were luke warm. He discovered our hot water heater was on its last legs, patiently helped us through the process of finding a new hot water heater that we could afford, and then aided us in applying for and taking out a small loan to pay for it. When he removed our heater to replace it, he discovered our hot water heater had been compromised below the floor line and had damaged a good portion of our floor. Jeremy called a water remediator, encouraged us to call and make a claim with our home insurance carrier, and continued to answer our questions by text even today, the Sunday after he had finished his work with us. He is truly amazing--one of a kind--and his detective work saved us a lot of future headaches, money, and further damage to our home. Jeremy and Mitchell were on time and professional throughout the job of clearing a clog pipe. Jeremy was also very knowledgeable about tips to maintain a clog free pipe and also provided a maintance plan for cost reducing future needs.. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing issues.

Jason and Daniel worked a long Saturday to repipe all the polybutylene in my place. They were thorough, quick, professional, and comunicated everything that needed to be done, how it was being done, and showed me that it was done properly. Very glad to have worked with them.

Our two car large garage door malfunctioned and came down on our car as we were parking and was severely damaged to the point where it wouldn’t close. We called Precision overhead door company and they were able to send their technician out same day. He was able to diagnose what happened, measure and order a new door (which matches perfectly) and repaired the damaged door enough to get it closed m/secured. Because our door was a little specialty they had to order it and they said may take up to two weeks to get but they were able to get in two days and they called to come install it and a new WiFi enabled garage door opener.Precision was knowledgeable, professional, extremely fast and did a great job. We will definitely use them again for our maintenance and repair needs. Highly recommend!
