Brandon S. service technician arrived at 8:27am appt scheduled between 8a-12p and I was happy about that.This was a reschedule due to previous appt scheduled for same time frame and did not hear from dispatcher that tech was on the way which would have been after 3p.Brandon S. was professional, acknowledged myself (name on jacket) and explained the process after confirming reason for service which was a basic tune-up/diagnosis service call.Thank you.

Armando and Alejandro did an excellent job installing our beautiful efficient Carrier system! They were very fast, efficient and gave me an excellent overview of the system. Bianca in customer service was really essential in helping us with everything as well! She coordinated between all the different departments to get our system in quickly! Great team work from the sales meeting with Oliver to the final install and we truly appreciate the fast response since we were without heat during such a cold week! Thank you to all!

On Monday, 12.9.24, 2 technicians showed up to install new Furnace and AC units. ETA was between 10:00 and 12:00. The techs arrived @ 9:45...impressive! It was a dreary, rainy day, but they came right in, laid down floor coverings and got right to work :=). Armando and Alejandro were very professional, and courteous; they worked diligently and finished up around 7:45...it was a long day, but they persevered and did an outstanding job. They showed us pictures of the finished work, and were very accommodating when we asked them questions. They cleaned up, and everything looked as if theyd never been there. Our entire experience was excellent. Andre came out and gave us the diagnosis, and Mr. Timothy handled financing and scheduling. Everyone involved in the whole process exhibited knowledge and and integrity...and excellent work ethic!!! We were so impressed with the whole process. Antonio (Tony) was by far the best technician we have ever had with ARS. We appreciate his efforts to make sure everything was finished properly and today! We have been try for a month to get someone back to our house after a service check that showed we needed a part. After numerous calls to the off we finally were lucky to have Tony come to our hand finish the job. I would like to have him for every visit!

He started with a thorough, detailed check of the entire system to ensure he identified the root cause accurately. After his inspection, he found that a part responsible for cycling the system on and off was damaged, which was preventing it from cooling effectively. Matt recommended replacing the faulty part, handled the replacement efficiently, and tested everything to make sure it was working as it should. The advisor that came out worked with me to make sure I got what I needed and not try to run up my bill. The company works 7 days a week. The techs that came out installed and did what I needed. This was a quick and smooth process done correctly.*Update: the follow up service after project about a breaker replacement did not happen as told to me by techs that they did not have one for my panel at the time; I called a few times to no avail so customer service is questionable when calling in. System still works as it should.

Armando was great! We had a new HVAC system installed in our home, and Armando did the warranty check-up on 2 Dec 2024. He not only did the maintenance, but also explained how the thermostat worked to my wife (not an easy task). On his completion of his work, he knocked on our door again and showed me that our basement heat-pump had malfunctioned and was literally “freezing over.” So yes, we will stay with ARS for all future HVAC needs. I honestly am stunned and really impressed by the experience I had with this company. I called around and the soonest anyone could see me was a week from now -- not ARS. ARS got the job done in three days. Heres how it happened.At 8:37PM on a Thursday NIGHT, my AC failed and I called them, they said a technician would come between 10 and 2 the NEXT day.The technician, Nick, arrived right on time at 10, diagnosed my old system as being old and having a bad motor, and presented me with the option to repair it for a reasonable price. He was very professional and I felt at ease, like I could trust him, and I knew he would treat me well. The technician left my home and then called me, after talking on the phone with my home warranty people, and said that he would recommend replacement rather than repair because the unit was so old and inefficient, plus he spotted some hacky-work done by a previous service company to bypass a shoddy compressor. He said that it is likely it will fail again soon. No sales pressure at all, he just wanted me to be fully informed. I was so impressed by his honesty and professionalism. I opted to price out a replacement, and he and his team worked together to get me a great deal on a new system and finance it, with Bradley’s help, without any hassle at all. It was decided and an appointment was scheduled the very next day in the morning, on a Saturday, between 10 and 2. I said I was at home the whole time so no issues.The very next day, again, on a Saturday, two techs called in advance, and then arrived earlier than the scheduled time (I was very pleased) and called when they were at my home. Audrey and D spent the next four hours and did a super professional installation of my new units in my home. They removed the faulty equipment, cleaned up the messes and broken PVC pipes, nasty old equipment I dont know the names of, and recycled all the pieces. The technicians even made their work areas look very neat.Im super pleased by their performance, professionalism, and knowledge. They did a great job, the workmanship was fantastic, and I would strongly recommend this company from customer service, to diagnosis, to repair, to install the whole way through they excelled and did an A+ job and FAST.

12/14/24This is a new post for Andrew Shin with ARS. He deeply touched my heart with his expertise, skills, and the compassion he displayed. I was without any heat for two days. Even though he was tired from working all day, he still showed up to troubleshoot my problem. Mr. Shin needed daylight to go through every single wire on the inside and outside unit. I would need to wait until the next day or Monday. I write this with tears. This wonderful man stayed until after 1:00 am to make sure he fixed all of the issues to ensure we didnt have to go another day or night without heat. He mentioned that it would be very cold the weekend. He really saved this company for me. After having a no show the day before, I was afraid it would happen again. Thanks to all who answered my many phone calls for 2 cold days to assist. I want to give a special thanks to Mr. Shin. I will never forget that you cared enough to make the difference. Be Forever Blessed!I had a new HVAC installed by Eugene and J.B. on July 4th. They made a great team, and they did an amazing job. Its been working very well. Andre came out and inspected my old unit that stopped working the day before. Afterwards, Bradley came out the same day and did the necessary paperwork for the repair. I just wanted to say that all of these gentlemen were very courteous and professional. I love the fact that ARS uses their own employees and hold them to a high standard. They were all respectful, and I felt comfortable around them. I used ARS on the plumbing side a couple of years ago. I havent had any issues. I am very satisfied with ARS services.

UPDATE: 10/24/2024 a year LATER!!!!!!!!!Your customer service SUCKS! Your call center people are horrible they talk nice and say they are doing something for you and it never happens. I called your call center at least 10 times to get a reschedule for filters that I was promised never got them. So about 10 calls later and everyone says they have me scheduled and I waited in my home for someone to show up 4 times and it never happened. I took off work. So it pissed me off. I had to end up going to the brick and mortar location to get a resolution. I truly hate I got my hvac system through this company because I ALSO CAN NOT FIND THE CORRECT FILTERS FOR MY UNITS. THE SALES PERSON SHOULD BE FIRED HE SOLD ME SHIT THAT didn’t exist. The service overall was a nightmare. The only person that got my attention and assisted me was Scott M. Very unfortunate. The. Call center may have messed it up for your company. They would schedule me and the tech never came. They would notLet me speck with a manager. Everyone was nice but didn’t do their job. I literally had to drive to beaver ruinn for assistance I’m also going to post this on google. Because why did they sell me this and said the filters don’t have to be changed out but once a year. The tech guy came to my house in July to do a tune up and tried to sell me on some AC cleaner for 1200 bucks!!! If I don’t clean it, it can cost me a whole unit!!! A Joke! Seriously! The unit wasn’t even a year yet he said it’s super dirty I’m just sick of scammers!——————————————————10/23/2023It started with the gentleman in Home Depot, asking if I wanted a hotdog. I knew he was there for HVAC system installation. He was so nice I didn’t get his name. I knew they were contracted with Home Depot. I knew I needed two new systems so I agreed. My appointment was set for two days later. Only thing I didn’t like was the appointment reminder calling my phone back to back on a Sunday to remind me of the appointment. Because I didn’t answer the phone. Monday comes Clint who’s my salesman, came out and on time, he was friendly, professional, and very detailed with the amount of information I needed to make my decision. He was able to sell me on two new HVAC UNITS for my home. When he walked into my home he immediately put shoes covers on, and off as he walked through the house and upstairs and removed them when he walked outside. He was able to educate me with the age of the units and why they needed to be replaced it was well over 15 years, and yes you get what you pay for I went with two good solid units with a nice package that was explained to me. Clint’s personality is what helped me make my decision. The installation day was the following day. Wow! I was very impressed there were four awesome installations guys that came out and knocked out a job that pretty much last up to 8 hours for two units. They came on time at 9am. It was 4 of the coolest installation guys they all wore shoe covers they even covered my entire house where they would walk. They were friendly and asked if they could do certain things from cutting down branches near the units outside and closing my doors each time they were in and out. Their names are Rosendo, Armando, anh, frank they knocked the job out in almost 4 hours. They explained everything I needed to know about my new systems. They explained the thermostat both upstairs and down. Set them up. They even assisted me with stuff in the garage without me asking. lol that was cute. But handled their job perfectly and professionally. I will also upload photos of the units and thermostats. What a great experience, and guess what I woke up the very next day with my AC running and my sinuses were all good. Less coughing and congestion. You can’t hear a peep out of the units.they run so smoothly. The filters are 5 inch thick. I totally recommend them!

Routine HVAC maintenance inspection & filter change. They keep a calendar & provide this follow up service 2x year. Raekwan Myers was the personable technician who did a very thorough inspection, showed me images of blockage & provided the service to clear the blockage plus changed filters. He was fairly new to the company but made me feel confident he knew what he was doing and got it done!

Its the beginning of Spring and it already felt like Summer. My a/c went down. I called ARS and the sent James Neal. James was by far the best tech I have worked with at ARS. He was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable (as are all the staff members at ARS). But James came in and quickly evaluated my situation and gave me several options for repair as well as making it more affordable for me. Which I really appreciated. He listened to my concerns and helped me make the best decision for my circumstances.

Roger Goodroum was excellent! He went directly to the Compressors outside and knew what issues I had to resolve the problems within 5-10 minutes of him trouble shooting the System. He was knowledgeable about the over all system to be able to recommend the type of new system I would need. He gave me recommended parts for a temporary solution for replacement as well as the prices for them. I would recommend him to be my and your able technician for future technical HVAC projects and services!
