    Cool Air has been our service contractor for nearly 7 yrs they also installed our HVAC Equipment , We have had several different techs at the house to do the spring & fall check that were very good & respectful as well BUT Juan De la Cruz Stands out as one of their BEST. He was sent to do a follow up inspection and did a thorough job, explained the different components & what he was checking for & how they are supposed to work because a new tech was sent & did not do a thorough inspect and we felt there were certain issue that were not addressed while he was on the premises so Cool Air agreed to send Juan out to follow up for us to make sure our system was in fact in working condition & good to go for the next season.. Hopefully Juan will be available next time we need a service call / inspection for our HVAC Maintenance is important and COOL AIR makes sure your system is running..

    Timar Williams arrived here a little after eight, immediately found the problem corrected it, a part has to be ordered for a fan blower and he got that done and I am already booked to have it replaced. I called Cool Air at 3:30 PM and they had somebody out here by eight, Timar was efficient and very well-versed on the mechanical issues. I am becoming very impressed with Cool Air.

    Mr. Williams was very professional and informative. I have no problem with is level of service. My complaint is with Coolair Marketing. They are not transparent. I was sold a 6-year maintenance plan for close to 700 bucks, and I will need to pay for a filter for each visit. But when I was on the call with the marketer, I was informed filter change was part of the plan. However, my newer model HVAC system requires a filter different from the one that is free.

    My brother has used Cool Air Mechanical for a number of years, so when we both needed to replace our tankless water heaters, he suggested we call Cool Air. Best decision I’ve made in a long time. Jason installed my brother’s new system this morning and then came out and replaced my old system this afternoon. Jason was fast, friendly and very professional. He got my new system up and running in less than 3 hours and even worked during a short downpour to get the job done! He also answered all my questions about their yearly maintenance program, which I got as part of my package. I’m extremely satisfied with my new system and the professional job that Jason did today. And I’ve also now got a reliable plumbing company that I can call on in the future.

    Our technician, Xin Yang, made a visit to our home recently. We remembered him from a previous visit, and that he was very thorough at that time. This time was no different: After checking the A/C systems, he suspected a very small leak was leading to loss of pressure in the cooling system. He suggested topping off the coolant and waiting until the next maintenance call to see if it solves the problem, rather than suggesting an expensive replacing of the coils. We appreciate his conservative approach to problem-solving.

    Tre was called out to service our home after we had reached out to Cool Air about our A/C not working. Although it was after regular business hours, he arrived at our home in a reasonable amount of time. He assessed the situation, informed us of the problem and explained the necessary repairs. He had our unit up and running in no time, showed us pics of what had occurred, and fully checked out the entire system to make sure everything was working properly.     Surprisingly, we woke up to find our well-maintained HVAC had a drain pipe issue that caused the drain pan to fill and the unit to stop working on one of the hottest days of the summer so far. Stoney Harris came about by noon and had everything back in working order in less than a half hour and double checked the unit to make sure there were no other issues beyond the drain pipe issue. Very happy with the prompt service!

    Cedric was sooo incredibly helpful to me as a realtor trying to help a client. We couldnt get in the house because they forgot to cage their large barking dog, so he helped us figure out to turn on the unit remotely so he could service it remotely. It needed less refrigerant than he estimated and they are so happy we helped the. I LOVE this company and its employees are their key to happy customers. Cedric absolutely ROCKS.

    Cool Air has been our HVAC folks for a long time. Within the past year, they started doing electric. We were having an issue with our power while we were out of town. Cool Air came out to test the lines at no charge. We initially thought it was our power companys issue but it turned out to be ours. After 4 days of no power, Cool Air cleared their schedule to spend over two full days fixing our problem. Thank you, CAM!!

    Donald Landry did a flawless-in-every-way All House Surge Protector installation for me on 3/18/24. He was on time, explained everything, installation went perfectly and at warp speed-dude knows what hes doing and doesnt play! He cleaned up what little construction debris existed, even had his own little vacuum! Very nice, very professional, very experienced, very proud-loves his job. He also tried to sell me a new electric panel (in all fairness, its 35yo-its time and it doesnt meet code.)!! Ive already started budgeting for it, and I WILL ask for Donald!!!Next time you need something big or serious done, please give Cool Air a try, you wont be disappointed.     When I came home after work to a frigid house, I called Cool Air Mechanical as they had installed my new system. Juan De La Cruz was dispatched and arrived at 10:15 at night.     It was a pleasure having Juan De La Cruz come to my home on a service call. My furnace had failed two days prior which happened to be very cold days. Upon arrival, Juan introduced himself, put on shoe covers which showed respect for my home, then went straight to work. He proceeded to check out the unit thoroughly, fixed the problem, and explained in great detail what had caused the unit to fail. He further explained that since it was an older unit, what preventive maintenance was needed to help extend the serviceable life; as a reminded he gave me an estimate list which I thought was great to have. We originally purchased the unit in 2006 and he let us know that it had already exceeded its expected life, but he left it running like new.     A 30-year old exhaust fan in our master bathroom stopped working. Master Electrician Frank Miller comprehensively & efficiently troubleshot the system including the venting duct work through the attic to the soffit, which was in good order.With his help, I was able to find a replacement motor + impeller assembly that I could install myself, thereby eliminating the need to replace the entire unit.     My AC units were not keeping up with the heat last week so I called Cool Air Mech. Juan was sent out the next day to identify/correct the problem. Juan arrived when he said he would and relatively quickly identified the problems with both units. Evaporator coil leaks in both. He also totally cleaned the condenser coils in both units, answered all my dumb questions, and added refrigerant as needed to keep me cool while waiting for ordered parts to arrive. I must say, service techs do not get better than Juan — thank you!
