*Updated 12/2 based on follow-up visitChris was dispatched to us for our follow up visit and he was PHENOMENAL! He went above and beyond to provide 5-star service. He listened to every concern and physically evaluated every toilet. He explained to us what he was seeing, common issues with our toilet model, and identified issues that were not caught during the first assessment that were contributing to our observations. There were a few issues he fixed on sight, and he thoroughly made sure the toilets were functioning as expected after his adjustments. He was very respectful and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend Chris to evaluate any of your plumbing concerns. Huge thanks to Chris for turning our experience around and addressing! Also, thank you to the company who took our initial complaint seriously and took steps to provide us a better experience.*Original ReviewThe worker that was assigned to us was incredibly rude and dismissive. We were given this company through American Home Shield. He was rude when asked to move his truck so as not to completely block the driveway for guests that were arriving, claimed he wouldnt be long (which was true since he dismissed every concern), rude when asked about part delivery times for the one toilet he did evaluate, and completely dismissed our concerns about other the toilets while barely taking a look. Not only do I not recommend ever using this company, I will be calling to leave a formal complaint about this worker and leave a complaint with the BBB as well.In response to the business below: while I (mostly) understand the response to the sudden mold issue, that was not the only concern regarding those units. However, Drew was too impatient and dismissive (as registered by everyone present during the time of the appointment) to hear out and and further evaluate the other concerns, and at that point, we were happy to have him leave our property. I have since spoken with someone at the office who very kindly has assigned our follow up appointment to someone else, and I will gladly update this review if our second experience is better. Thank you.

We had a horrible experience with high priority, plumbing, who simply didn’t want to do the job. We use American home shield so we asked for a second opinion. They sent Darren with Pronto Plumbing and he was a godsend! Darin was friendly and professional, and very funny. He explained that our toilet had a leaky bolt. He replace both bolts and the flapper in the toilet and the problem was fixed in about 10 minutes. The other plumbing company said we had to remove our entire fixture for them to get to the toilet to fix the problem, which was a lie! Pronto Plumbing is our top pick for any of our plumbing needs. They were simply fantastic. Attached is a picture of the fixture the other company said we had to remove first what a joke!

Pronto Plumbing GA exceeded our expectations! Like many others, we had a bad experience with another plumbing company, so we turned to AHI for a second opinion. They sent Pronto Plumbing GA, and we couldnt be happier with the outcome.The technician was extremely polite, took the time to clearly explain the problem, and offered practical solutions. They worked seamlessly with AHI, and the job was completed in no time. A week ago while preparing for bed, we heard a crash and discovered a bedroom ceiling had collapsed. The water tank located in the attic just above, had developed a leak. Darrell from Pronto Plumbing (in the Atlanta Metro area) visited in the ensuing days to survey the issues. Darrell presented as focused, professional, knowledgeable. Within 2 days we had a brand new water tank!—and the return of hot water—installed and ready to go.We are so pleased with service of Darrell and Pronto Plumbing and are grateful for their help and efficiency.Please consider Pronto Plumbing for your plumbing needs. My toilet was leaking so I contacted my home warranty company and they dispatched Pronto Plumbing. Joe the plumber arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. Once the parts came in to make the repair Joe the Plumber was back on in the job. He came in and replaced my toilet quickly and efficiently. Joe was friendly and professional during each interaction. If I am ever without a home warranty but need plumbing assistance I will contact Pronto Plumbing for my needs. Thanks so much Joe!

Pronto saved the day! I had a plumbing issue that left us without water for Memorial Day my home warranty company dropped the ball and canceled my appointment after calling them back to get it resolved. Well, the day after the holiday was also my son’s 16th birthday and our family had plans to celebrate his day. Pronto Plumbing expedited my work order and Jackie came and quickly fixed our plumbing issue super fast! Thank you so much!!

He fixed several problems in a small amount of time and I recommend him/this company without hesitation. I can’t speak to the pricing only because our warranty company assigned them.
