I discovered water leaking next to the front door last night, but I dont know how long its been leaking. I was really worried, so I contacted this company and they came this morning as quickly as possible and handled it promptly. Since I’m a tenant, I need to bill the landlords company, so I asked for a detailed report of the work done, and they provided it. I was really concerned because I have a trauma from water leaks, but I’m so grateful they took care of it quickly and efficiently.I wanna recommend Chen plumbing to my friends.I’m really appreciate it.

I found Chen from Google ratings. I called for help at 11 AM on Friday. They booked me for Monday. When I said I had no hot water, they said they would try to find a team that could come in the afternoon. Emails kept me in touch when the found a team and dispatched it. By 5 PM the team arrived. They found and fixed the problem quickly. But since they could not understand why it had happened; they continued to work on the phone with the manufacturer to try to eliminate the possibility that it would recur. By the time they left, I was convinced that I was not just lucky. Rather I am confident that Chen Plumbing is a well-organized company who wants to give good service and succeeds in doing so.

Juan from Chen Plumbing did a great job on replacing our main line. He was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. He showed up on time and cleaned up his mess, including repairing the yard when he was done. He also thoroughly investigated and explained the issues and fixes to us ahead of time. Afterwards he again walked us through what was done, explaining and showing us the changes. He also noticed some issues with our irrigation system and was able to make some small fixes free of charge. This is the 2nd time we’ve called Chen Plumbing for a big issue on our house. Both times we’ve been very pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge of the plumbers who worked with us. Would definitely recommend them and will call them again if needed in the future.

Dawson went out of his way to keep us safe in the future by adding a more accessible shut off valve and putting a sleeve over the new line due to the proximity to the sewage pipe. Had another great experience with Chens plumbing today. Max did a fabulous job explaining his work, what the issues were and how he would address them Except for time getting a few parts, everything was done quickly and professionally. And the two toilets are back to perfect working order. Max also cleaned up so well that I would have had a hard time knowing he was there if I hadnt seen the tank parts laid out carefully on the floor just 30 minutes before. This is my 3rd time using Chens Plumbing. I will call them again if the need arises and will recommend them to family and friends

Matthew did a great job. It was more complicated than anticipated because of the constraints of the cabinetry where a water line had to be added and the ice maker was to be installed. He was friendly and efficient, got the ice maker to work, and he cleaned up after himself. I have used Chen plumbing several times and have been impressed each time. Highly recommend them.

Very pleased with Chen Plumbing after getting the run around from my home warranty company. I called Chen on Tuesday and they came out on Thursday to install a new hot water heater. Scheduling was easy and they came out, checked the issue, and installed the new hot water heater in about 2 hours. Even though they gave me as arrival window of 10-2, the technician (Dawson) actually arrived around 9:30 and immediately started working and had everything up and running by noon.Im impressed with the great service provided by Chen Plumbing, Ill definitely use them again.

Dawson Foster and Josh (last name unknown, a second plumber) were wonderful! Very friendly, polite, hung plastic to keep any debris contained in the work area and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner.The work requested was extensive as our kitchen was being relocated in a different room. Additionally, our plumbing was cast iron piping in good condition in the vertical runs, but showing age in the horizontal runs. Dawson replaced the horizontal cast iron with PVC, including P-traps, branching, as well as stubbing pipes through the ceiling into 2nd floor bathrooms. He cut and connected the previous copper piping for the sink and dishwasher in the old kitchen, moving them to their new location using brand new copper piping and stainless valves. The dishwasher pipe was moved to the same cabinet location & stubbed out of the floor next to the new sink pipes so both can be connected inside the cabinetry.Additionally, Josh removed the cast iron in the upstairs bathrooms and connected the new PVC piping, which required removing both toilets and reseating them upon completion, as well as replacing the pipes to both sinks. A small replacement was required in the tub. Josh also reworked the pipes in the basement with new copper and PVC as needed.The work we needed was extensive and required 1 1/2 days. We were impressed by how clean Josh and Dawson kept the work sites throughout their time here and by how professional/knowledgable they were about what was needed to get the job completed. Additionally, they left all work areas neat and orderly with all tools placed out of the way over night. Except for the new pipes left, wed never have known they were here. Extremely satisfied and would 100% recommend Chen Plumbing, Dawson & Josh, for having everything that we value when hiring out a service: excellent work completed in a professional manner by truly good people.

Max from Chen Plumbing was fantastic. A few years ago, they came out to quote running a gas line for a pool heater and pointed out that I already had one, saving me from paying $600 quoted by another company. This time, I actually needed their services. They were prompt on the initial visit, offered a fair price, and completed the job on time. After jackhammering a concrete pad, they realized the work was less extensive than anticipated and charged me less than the agreed amount. I hope I wont need their services again, but if I do, they will be my only call.

Dawson has been great, and Blanca in the back office is always prompt to respond.From the front line to the back office, they empower their team to be problem solvers and decision makers and that was palpable at every step of the way. From assessing our situation, to dealing with our HOA. They were exactly on time, every time. They were accurate in the amount of time they were going to take to perform their work.They’re not the cheapest, but they’re not the most expensive…for the service and quality of work we received from them, I’d call their price fair and square. They didn’t try to upsell us. There was no: “I’ll call my manager” to negotiate the price. Or I need to consult with my supervisor to figure out how to solve this. By 3:45 pm all work was complete. CLEAN SMOOTH TRENCH! Re-Fillled it beautifully. He an his crew Re-ran the water line as well, so as to pevethvin to destroy the front porch were original line runs under to get into the house. Smart, reliable, freely, and very easy to work with. Tim Chen came late on a holiday weekend when our laundry room was filling with liquid. While there, he saw another impending problem. He came the next day and quickly and efficiently fixed both problems. He replaced our cast iron pipes. When he took them off, they were mostly cracked and almost completely closed with gunk. It was shocking we werent having more problems. He saved us from an imminent bad situation. Recommend.

Eric replaced valves, fixtures and updated plumbing in my guest bathroom that fixed the leak. Josh repaired master bathroom leak by replacing showerhead cartridge. We were nearing the end of the project and I called Tim and within two hours he had a technician on our job site performing the inspections and making the connections to the meter for us. We called Chen plumbing on a Sunday and were so fortunate Tim came out within a few hours. He immediately found and cleared the issue as to why our sewage had backed up in basement. Within 48 hrs for permanent fix, he quarterbacked a big dig 12 ft deep in the front yard and repaired faulty pipe connections compromised by roots. Smart, honest, hardworking, fair priced. No better plumber!!!!!

Mr. Chen was recommended to us by my mother, who began using Mr. Chen sometime in the 1980s.
