2nd time using them. Had 2 faucets replaced. The technician picked out the faucets and was impressed with the 2 modern faucets picked out. Photos of new faucets attached. Surprised how quickly they were available. Amazingly responsive to calls. Great price, very competitive. 1st time I used them, had trouble with another plumber. They solved the problem right away and were available same day. Highly recommend them.

Chris and his guys at CTC do great work at a more than fair price. They have taken excellent care of my family and my business. Very honest and great customer service. We had an emergency at our house (our basement flooded) and Chris was over there within the hour to address the problem. By far the best plumbers I have ever used and would highly recommend to anybody.

Awesome people! Had an emergency situation days before Easter with no toilets/showers etc. and short on funds. Justin- a very knowledgeable plumber- came out and tried to snake but couldn’t get the clog out. Justin came back out the very next day with water spraying machine and cleared the clog and saved us a ton of money!! The lady, in the office, was also amazing and even dealt with me while I panicked on the phone after the 1st day. CTC PLUMBING SERVICES has my business from now on and I will tell my friends all about them. They will work hard to help you. Great group of people! They were our Easter Miracle!

Awesome job, cant recommend anyone better for the job. Came out same day as called within 4 hrs and got my leak repaired so I could have water again in my house. On top of great service the price was ineradicable! If I run into plumbing issues I am not able to solve myself CTC will be my go to!

I am the pastor of a church that had a bad water leak over the weekend. We were concerned about having water back on in time for service. Chris dropped what he was doing. Came out and fixed our water line free of charge! WOW! Hard to beat professional polite, immediate, and free service. He even found some tools in the woods and took the time to bring them to us in case anyone was missing them.

I was livid not being able to run any water in my home with out it coming up through my toilet in the foyer! One guy came out and said he could fix the problem for $399.😬😬 No way!!! Then he had a stank attitude 💩! I decided to pray about it and call a friend to get a referral. My friend Brian texted me CTCs #. They were at my house in less than 1hr45 minutes!!! Then he fixed the problem before I pulled back up from a trip to the store. He went straight to the source!!! Malik was pleasant, respectable and very knowledgeable about the job he done. This company is the best plumbing service company not only in Norcross but in the entire state. They were very respectful and responsive. They analyzed my problem and offered to fix it the same day. We scheduled the work and the technician was on time and on schedule. He worked very fast and efficiently installed my new hot water tank. My water was off a minimum amount of time. The outstanding performance from the front office, to the technician, to the owner Chris of the company has reinforced my faith in the small business owner. Chris did an absolutely fantastic job!!! I initially called Chris at 9pm regarding a water pipe leaking from the side of my house, by 10 he was at my location, and by 12:30am the problem had been diagnosed and fixed!! He saved my wife and I greatly from a cost perspective, but it was also great having someone as knowledgeable and professional as Chris! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CTC PLUMBING!!!!
