    I cannot say enough good things about Roto-Rooter and their incredible service on Christmas morning. When I had a plumbing emergency, they arrived within an hour of my call, which was a relief, especially on a holiday. Darrell, the craftsman who came to our rescue, was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did he complete the repair in just 45 minutes, but he also went above and beyond to ensure all the drains were running perfectly before leaving.What truly stood out was his friendly demeanor. He took a few extra minutes to chat like an old friend, which turned what could have been a stressful morning into a surprisingly pleasant experience. And the price? Completely reasonable, even for a holiday emergency!I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter, and if you’re lucky enough to get Darrell, you’re in great hands.     Thank you Roter Rooter SATX - you were the only ones to come to our rescue late Christmas night to restore our plumbing!!!! The central call center kept us informed on the status of our technician during the relatively short wait (1.5hrs), while the others didn’t contact us until the next morning (after saying we’d be contacted by the tech in an hour or so, smh). We appreciate your efficiency, professionalism, and customer service. Granted, the cost was higher than normal, but for a Christmas Day emergency solved, absolutely worth it!

    Excellence work, called them at night, advised they would be at my place within 30 minutes. After resolving my issue, I called them back and advised them not to come, if plumbing issues continue in the morning, call them back. Had the same plumbing issue this morning. Called them, they were at my house within an hour. Three individuals arrived at different times, had a supervisor arrived first, he checked the inside of the house for water damage. After minutes passed, had a service person arrived, he was able to unplugged my drainage issue and after the third individual inspected the drain with a camera and found the issue. Now they will send repair workers to fix the plumbing issue tomorrow. All three individuals were very professional in the work duties and explained everything that needs to be done. I would recommend them as a very professional company. Only surprise in the process of fixing the plumbing issue was the price, felt it was expensive, but I understand the work involved and how quick they responded. Thank you.

    Excellent experience! We will definitely use RR for any plumbing needs in the future. The plumber, Jared, arrived earlier than expected, was very knowledgeable about our issue, and explained to me that there was no need to use a scope because he could see we had no blockage (saving us hundreds of dollars!).     I had an excellent experience from the start. No lie. I called on a Saturday, which as we all know is a busy day, and someone showed up at my door within in 30 minutes. They werent able to repair my issue at my election (price to repair was $1300) but they did identify the issue. They charged me only for the labor which was easily like 2-3 hours. I was charged only 100 bucks when they could have easily charged me the $450 that I was initially quoted, but they didnt. I am extremely grateful for that. If I had the money I would go with them bcus they definitely earned my trust.

    Julio Aleman and Raul Morales of Roto Rooter of San Antonio did an excellent job today of repairing our bathroom sink drain pipe, which was clogged due to tree roots invading the pipe. They cleared the tree roots and used an Apoxy to coat the lining of the existing pipe to seal the loose fitting without any digging that would risk foundation damage. They completed the work within one day, which was much faster and for significantly less money than the estimates we received from other companies for digging through the rocks under the foundation of our home. Julio and Raul were extremely helpful, friendly, respectful, and efficient. They showed us the work through the drain camera and answered all of our questions. They caused no damage to our home. We highly recommend them and the Apoxy process, especially if you have concerns about digging under or cutting through your foundation. My research found that they are the only ones performing the Apoxy repair method in San Antonio. E. Smith
