    Chandler Faulkner did a fabulous job this morning. Called to see if it was OK to come early, and he did. Got the work done quickly and efficiently. Still waiting for a part for my master sink but it was ordered through his service manager before he left here. Very pleasant and polite young man. This is our first time using Cowboy Plumbing, and we were happy with the work. Well definitely call you again. Hope Chandler will be the representative who comes back to install the new master sink part. We really liked him.

    A leaking water heater resulted in an emergency phone call to Cowboy Plumbing Services. Gary arrived about 35 minutes later and quickly diagnosed the problem. Complete replacement of the water heater and upgrading to code was done quickly. Gary and his assistant were very courteous and friendly and had the job finished in about three hours! I highly recommend Cowboy Plumbing for whatever plumbing needs you may have.

    We recommend Cowboy Plumbing. We called them because we had a drain backup in the house. They came out promptly as promised. The technician, Gary, was very polite and professional and quickly determined the problem was in the septic system and not in the house plumbing. (And he was correct.) He even said there was no charge since they couldn’t solve our problem. We will certainly call them the next time we need plumbing services.

    Very impressed!! We had what we thought was a pipe leak in our yard, after reading reviews we called Cowboy Plumbing as a first time customer. I was relieved (and surprised) when they said they could have someone out same day. Tech arrived even earlier than expected (they call when on way). He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and after investigating let us know it was not a plumbing issue for them/us to fix and we needed to call NBU as it was their responsibility. And the most surprising of all....They did not charge us for consultation! How unusual and refreshing is that? Needless to say they earned a new customer and we will be using Cowboy Plumbing for all our plumbing needs going forward! Definately recommend!!

    We woke up at 4:30am and had no water. I went outside to find the lawn flooded near our backflow preventer. I turned off the water and called Cowboy, leaving a message. I got a callback fairly quickly and they sent Gary by 8:00. He found that the deer had broken a pipe next to the backflow. Within an hour he had it fixed and we had water. From the first return call to Gary I found them very friendly and helpful, doing what they promised. We will definitely call Cowboy for any plumbing needs in the future.

Explained the problem and she said she would have a technician out between 3 and 5 PM. Logan arrived on time, accurately diagnosed the problem quickly and had to order a new part. Got a call from Abby Tuesday morning and said Logan would be there that afternoon between 2 and 5.Arrived as promised, replaced the bad part and we were back in business. These guys were at the door less than 10 minutes after I got off the phone with their office manager.     Professional, compassionate, and educational. This is Cowboy Plumbing!We had water faucets not putting out water pressure in our home and noticed it getting worse over the years. It was gradual and we didnt think much of it till we could barely wash our hands, let alone a dish.Chandler and his guy came out and checked on all our faucets and walked me step by step what the process would look like, how much it could cost (such reasonable pricing!).They deduced our problem to be the hard water and calcium build up.     My two sisters and I are so impressed with Cowboy Plumbing Service. Chandler and Ethan called before coming and took the time to answer all of our questions and the process of finding the issue with the washing machine drain. Chandler suggested we have the Septic tank drained and call them back if necessary. We will be calling Cowboy Plumbing Service in the future.4/25/24We had Septic tank emptied and continued to have an issue. Chandler, Ethan and supervisor Logan came out first thing the next morning. Using their camera were finally able to see tree roots in pipe. They explained what needed to be done and were so kind to our 92 year old mother during the repairs.     After starting to thaw one of our pipes burst in our garage. It was freezing outside and 5:00 PM, I called and Cowboy Plumbing was at my home in less than an hour. It was getting dark and they worked to cap the pipe, did I say it was freezing!! In less than an hour I was good to go, water was working and no stream of water.     We had a pre-Thanksgiving major leak in our kitchen sink. I called Cowboy Plumbing, and the dispatcher said she could send a crew out right away (about 30 minutes). The men called to say they were on the way. When the young men arrived, they were very polite, introduced themselves, and got to work. They explained what was wrong and started repairing the area of the leak. There were several parts which needed replacing. The job was finished in under an hour, and we were back on track for Thanksgiving.

    The person that I spoke with over the phone is who came out to help me. I have actually had Cowboy out twice now. One time they determined that this wasnt a job for them as I needed a septic service but they were just as polite and professional as the time I did hire them to move forward with the job which I liked. This last time he repaired my water line and since he was able to take care of it in less time than was originally estimated he charged less. They are not cheap but I do think that they are worth it and earn what they charge. I will use them again..although...hopefully not soon.

    Jessie is a certified master plumber who loves what he does so he is able to diagnose complex problems and offer solutions in a way that is easy to understand and affordable. His partner Arturo is kind and smart as well.They diagnosed a problem that prior plumbers could not in my home - my outdoor sink had been connected to the irrigation system and was forcing water into my home warping my hard wood floors, so I had that line deleted making the sink unusable. They offered solutions and I will be using my outdoor sink in time for Spring and Summer. I highly recommend.
