My spouse contacted the management office, distressed over the fact that we had spent $500 yet the water heater was still not operational. The management acknowledged this as unacceptable and dispatched Harrison to look into the matter. Harrison committed himself to diagnosing the issue until he discovered that a blown fuse worth $8 was the actual cause of the water heater malfunction. This meant the earlier $500 effort was unwarranted. Instead of refunding the $500, Harrison provided us with a $500 credit for future plumbing work. Despite the expensive mistake, Id still endorse this plumbing service because Harrison stayed on the task until the problem was identified. Mistakes can happen, but integrity is paramount, and this is a value that this plumbing service embodies.

This leak was a good 3 - 4 feet down in the mucky soil and particularly difficult to get to as it was buried under multiple other pipes. Despite these challenges, Earl successfully replaced the leaky union and a section of PVC. He spent nearly the whole day working, even as it started to rain, to excavate and refill the area. Even when he was soaked and covered in mud by the end of the task, he maintained a cheerful attitude and a smile on his face. What an excellent job he did, and it was certainly not an easy one! I highly recommend their plumbing services in New Braunfels.

Landon was well-informed and trustworthy in providing a quote for a new plumbing system. The guys that installed it were friendly and showed respect. They made sure to tell me their names right at the beginning (which i unfortunately forgot). My children were fascinated by the protective sheets and red carpet that they laid down to safeguard our floors in New Braunfels. All this was done by Terry Family Plumbing.

We had a clogged drain and Beau Reilly arrived rapidly and cleared it. While he was there he pointed out a degradation in the main line under our house and quoted us for installing a liner in it. We had the work completed by Terrance Brown, Brent Lekpeyee, Louis Snyder, and Excavator Darius. They were professional, and did an excellent job. The liner probably saved us 50% of the cost of a complete pipe replacement, not to mention they did the whole thing from outside the house in one day! Cant go wrong with these guys.

Francisco went above and beyond being knowledgeable, efficient, and Moving and renovating a home can be chaotic and stressful at times - we had multiple contractors in our building but that did not stop Francisco from providing terrifc service. He committed long hours working to put up new light fixtures in our building so it would be ready for us when we move in. He did a wonderful job working along side other workers and was adaptable during the renovating/moving process. Overall, Francisco knows what he’s doing and can get the job done well with a smile on his face. I would recommend him for your electrical needs!

Our main floor bathroom had a leak originating from the toilet. I had heard that its wise to get 2-3 estimates before committing to any home repair work, so I reached out to a plumbing firm (not Terry Family Plumbing). This company suggested replacing our main floor toilet for a hefty sum of $850. Moreover, they inspected the other two toilets and declared them unfit as well, recommending replacements. If we didnt want to replace the toilets, they suggested fixing the supply lines and flappers for $250 per toilet, bringing the total repair estimate to $750. Contrarily, when I reached out to Terry Family Plumbing, they provided a much more cost-effective solution. They replaced the supply lines and flappers in all our bathrooms and even fixed our bathroom sink for a total of $350. Not only were they punctual, but they also worked efficiently and ensured the area was clean after the job was done. Their professionalism was commendable! We had previously availed their services to replace our sump pumps and install our water pressure backups two years ago. Each time weve had any issues, theyve promptly addressed them at no additional cost, ensuring everything works perfectly. From here on, we see no need for multiple bids when it comes to plumbing issues. Terry Family Plumbing will always be our first and only choice.

They were a superb service on short notice! Silas was my repairman who worked on my house. He made it to my place late on a Sunday night after having worked since 7am that morning. It took a couple of hours and his larger device to unclog my sewer drain. However he succeeded and gave me good advice for cleaning and maintenance. I would recommend them again.

Initially, I reached out to Terry Family Plumbing to get a pipe replacement for my water heater. During Earls visit, I decided to inquire about a few additional issues. Im delighted I did because it turned out that there was considerably more work to be done. Not just the water heater, but also the water pressure from the regulator and a spout on the side of the house required attention. Earl was meticulous in explaining everything, providing me with a detailed walkthrough of the tasks that he and his crew, including Harrison and Avery, were going to tackle. The level of professionalism exhibited by Earl and his crew was commendable, especially their commitment to cleanliness after completion of the work. They even ensured the patch of grass they had to dig up was restored to its original state, which I greatly appreciated. The entire experience was outstanding, and it certainly provided me with a sense of relief and satisfaction.
