Very professional and thorough! Replaced anode rod and drained our hot water heater, then water began to leak into the pan from the TMP valve on top. They came right back out and fixed the valve leak. Cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommended.Drain your tank 1-2 times per year, and get your anode rod replaced at 10 years. Will add years to the life of your HW heater.

He and co-worker also did an expert job of rerouting plumbing pipes from the hot water heater in the laundry room to the kitchen sink.

I thought I would have to wait a week at least, but they came out same day and fixed the leak and provided details and pictures of the faulty pipe. Monkey Wrench Plumbing was recommended to me by a Leak Detection Company and it was spot on. JJ and his crew replumbed our entire house with pex, purchased and installed a water softener/carbon filter/sediment filter, installed 2 new toilets and all new fittings. I cant express how pleased I am with the service. He is responsive, intelligent, user-friendly and timely. JJ work is very methodical and organized. He wont beat up drywall unnecessarily, only what is required for the job. All of his work was incredibly neat, organized and professional looking (and it doesnt leak). Not only did JJ and his crew clean up afterwards, but they cleaned up additional old insulation that was construction trash from our remodel...and he had no obligation to do so.We looked at several plumbing companies prior to going with Monkey Wrench plumbing. The installation was great. No one problem. We went with this company because our warranty department was taking way too long to order the part. We were without hot water for 8 days until this plumbing company stepped in. We were gonna wait another two days with the other company. I was unable to turn the water off to the house and the cities valve was stuck.I received multiple notifications from Monkey Wrench that they accepted the job and when they were in route.Within 15 minutes of my initial call Monkey Wrench Plumbing isolated the ROOT cause, dug out and cut the 3” diameter roots, cut and replaced the damaged section of pipe. We suffered some leaky pipe damage, and were so apprehensive about who to hire and the expense. Monkey Wrench Plumbing was a godsend!!! The leaks were quickly found and our pipes were promptly repaired, you can see the quality and care that went into the job. JJ was professional and courteous, answered all of our questions and guided us on how to prevent potential damage in the future. The job was so fantastic that we requested a quote for a water softener system, something we had been wanting but couldn’t afford. The quote JJ gave fantastic, so now we have that system installed and LOVE IT!!! Professional, courteous, fast repairs, beautiful job, what more can a person ask for?! Highly recommend!!!
