I have had two recent encounters with Ott Plumbing. Both times a young man named Christian Smith was on the call. It was handled very professionally and the prices were more than fair. If you need plumbing work done I highly recommend them.

I’ve used OTT for a couple of homes and have been happy with the results and impressed by their professionalism each time.Cost was reasonable (below what I was expecting), didn’t suggest unnecessary expenses, and solved the problems they were called to solve.Definitely will use them again.

We had a leak in our pipes at exterior of house. We couldnt find exact location. We called Ott but they were not able to assure us they could find the leak. So we went with a different leak detection Co.That company found leak then quoted us $1200 to fix it. My husband called Ott back.They were able to send out a plumber the next day. Since my husband dug hole himself, that saved us on some labor cost. Total charge from Ott was less than $400. Ott plumbing team was very professional and courteous. One was named William.He told my husband, we saved an hour and half time of digging.We appreciate Ott coming out asap. They were done with work in about an hour.Outstanding job.

I had a washing machine delivered and installed this morning (from a big box type store), and when I went to do a load of laundry I found that they had installed the hot and cold in reverse! Of course that company that I bought the washer from said they could not come back until Tuesday to swap the lines (5 days later!!), and I did not have the tools available to do it myself (I just moved into the home and dont even have a wrench here right now). Ott was able to send their guys out super fast, despite having a busy day of work lined up. They got here in literally under one hour and did the swap of the lines and got everything to work perfectly. Definitely appreciate how responsive and easy to work with these guys are, would highly recommend.

Steve and Orlando responded to our home after we experienced a drain system whole house backup. They cleared the backup in minutes but a camera check confirmed a break in our drain pipe just outside the clean out access. They promptly provided a quote and returned to fix the break and install new pipe. This they did with efficiency, professionalism, and skill. We trust these guys. They have helped us on several occasions. Steve and Orlando are good guys and great plumbers.

Our gas water heater needed to be replaced. My husband checked around on prices and availability and Ott was reasonable on pricing and timeframe. Julian and his helper were professional, on time, and got the job done quickly. Very pleased with our service and will call them again if we need a plumber.

During the great freeze of February (hold my beer) 2021 we lost water pressure as so did a few million of our neighbors. I decided to cal Ott because of the ratings and that they were not too far away. I also decided I was going to make one phone call and not call 200 different plumbers and just cause more confusion. I left a message, and they freaking actually called me back. They had hired people to return calls during that emergency - they called everyone back. I was put on the schedule and they showed up on time and got us up and running. That freeze was one of the worst episodes many of us will have to endure in S Central Texas and I was very impressed with how this company operate during that time.

Short: Highly recommend Ott plumbing. Plumbers Juan and Neddie were courteous, fair and did an excellent job despite the old plumbing (1930s house). Also great support from dispatching/admin staff.Longer version:An elderly friend of the family was having issues with her toilet. After spending a Saturday trying to fix it, I realized the leak was getting worse and had to shut the water off and looked for an emergency/24 hr plumber to come in. We got a hold of A-1 first thing Sunday morning, who said they couldn’t do Sunday (despite advertising 24/7 service) but that they’d be with us first thing Monday at 0830. Monday morning 0830 comes around, no plumbers. I eventually call and the dispatcher didn’t have us on schedule but said they’d be with us that morning but couldn’t give a time. After calling back after a few hours, the dispatcher informs me they can’t come until late afternoon. At this point we’re frustrated with the lack of communication and can’t risk them not coming, so we begin to call around for other plumbers.My parents were able to reach Ott, who said they could come to Seguin that afternoon. The dispatcher maintained contact and updated both my mother by cell and myself who was at the home. They provided an ETA for the plumbers, as well as called us when they were leaving NB.Juan and Neddie arrived that afternoon and were able to fix the leak despite the non-standard water supply line. House was built in the 1930s and has a non-standard shut off valve which is partially held with cement. They managed to rig up a supply line between the old shut off valve and the toilet pump, also the pricing was incredibly fair for the amount of time they spent. This was greatly appreciated since having to break the concrete and replace the shut off valve and piping would have been far pricier than our friend could afford, and would have forced her to leave her home during the process.Overall, we were incredibly happy with the service and highly recommend Juan and Neddie with Ott plumbing.

Called OTT plumbing to have a gas line added in our kitchen. Jason & Justin were a very professional team! Got the job done quick and efficiently, even helped move the old appliance and replace with the new one. Thanks, we will definitely consider using them again for any future plumbing needs!

Senior discounts would be nice. Most senior citizens are on a fixed budget that never increases enough to cover the increase in prices as they continue to go up and up.Your customer service is excellent, however.

Ive used Ott Plumbing for a couple of years for a commercial property, and they are always professional, and get the job done quick. Even when Ive had emergencies they have sought out to accommodate to my needs when others wouldnt. Price is fair, and remember you get what you pay for.
