Called Gordon this morning with no hot water. He said he would do everything he could to get someone out today the day before Christmas Eve to get us going again. Within minutes Tripper called me and said he could be there between 11 and 12. They were there when they said they would be, did an amazing job replacing two water heaters in the attic. I highly recommend Gordon the Plumber for any plumbing service!! Thanks y’all and Merry Christmas!!

Just found our new favorite plumber! Fast, fair and a really nice guy. Called when he said he would. Showed up when he said he would and fixed my problem quickly. Also provided solutions and quotes for other plumbing projects that other companies declared “undoable.” Best experience with a plumber that I’ve had in the 20+ years I’ve lived here. CALL GORDON!

We have used Gordon and his Team for over 15 years. He did our plumbing on our new build, he also came out after hours during the snowstorm to fix outside pipes that had busted, we have also called on him multiple times for simple leaks. Gordon runs a great company. He is honest, dependable and local. We highly recommend Gordon the plumber for all of your plumbing needs.

Five stars is not enough!!! I left town at 3:30am and everything was fine. By the time I landed in Philadelphia, PA the mainline coming from the water meter had broke and was leaking. My wife found it on her way out the door heading to work. Fortunately, she knew where the shut off was able to stop the water flow. Gordon The Plumber was her first call since they are a local small business, and huge supporter of our community. Gordon and his team quickly responded, found the leak, and had everything restored before lunch! They saved the day for sure. Do yourself a favor and save their number so you don’t have to think about who to call when you have an emergency plumbing problem. Way to go GTP!

Great experience using Gordon the Plumber. Had a tankless water heater leaking that needed replaced and called Gordon on a Wednesday. He knew our family had no hot water and told me he he could find a replacement and be at our house on Thursday morning. They were on time Thursday morning and had water heater installed and hot water in an hour.The two employees that showed up for install were truly professionals. (Tripper, Tyler) Answered all my questions and used slip covers over work shoes when they had to come inside the house. Hauled off old water heater and cleaned up area!They were half the price of some of the quotes I received from other big name plumbing companies. So glad someone recommended Gordon the Plumber.Will definitely use this company anytime I have a plumbing issue and would recommend for any home owner in the New Braunfels area!
