    I broke a main underground pipe with a stake and had to turn off the water to my house. Initially, they thought it would be Friday morning. Connally called back and said two plumbers were on the way. They were on-site within two hours of my first call. They listened to my concerns and worked well with me. I am so happy I found them.

    I highly recommend Connally Plumbing Inc, they did a fantastic job and problem solved my water leak. Justin L and Josh worked their tails off digging multiple trenches four feet deep for more than five hours to find a small leak in a PVC pipe that was spilling close to 400 gallons of water an hour. They didn’t complain one bit and told me they’d stay out as long as it took to finish the job. That’s top notch service and those two young men need a raise and some beers for their phenomenal work and respectfulness. I’m so glad I went with Connally, you all are amazing and helped me and family out tremendously solving a major issue with my house. Thank you for everything, Justin and Josh!

    This team was amazing! After a much needed rain we noticed that there remained standing water near the front of our office bldg that was not draining off and when you stepped on the asphalt the grass near the edge of it was bubbling. Even though it was close to closing time when we called Connally Plumbing, the first person who answered our call seemed genuinely concerned about our dilemma. She called her supervisor who wisely suggested that we turn off the water from the street to prevent continued water waste. Thankfully she was able to schedule a crew to come out the very next morning to get the job done in one day. The guys gave us their expert advice on getting the best from a much needed investment. The whole team was professional, friendly, hard working and got the job done quickly. Thank you Connally Plumbing for getting us back up and running again!

    I called Connally plumbing on a Tuesday afternoon for a mysterious slow leak I had noticed and they were at my house less than 24 hours later! Jordan came and went right to investigating the cause (which ended up being from our A/C unit). Since it had been less than an hour, he asked if there was anything else he could look into for me. I showed him an annoying sound that is made in one room in my house when the bathtub is running from across the house. He went right to work and investigated and took care of a noise thats been bothering and puzzling us for 8 months! Thank you, Jordan and thank you Connally Plumbing.     Water main to the house broke and had to get it fixed. Called at 8 am and they worked me in by 3pm. Austin was knowledgeable about the needed repair and did the work in a reasonable time.     Came home this evening to water coming from the wall, I had a pipe bust! I called and spoke with Lacy she was wonderful she took my information called me several times to keep me updated that they would have someone on their way!     I had a pipe freeze and burst yesterday due to our recent weather and at 6:00 p.m. when I discovered it I called three local plumbing companies. I had to shut off the water to the house overnight so I wanted to ensure that I could get someone here to repair it the next morning. As of 2:00 p.m. today two of those companies have yet to return my call. Connally answered their phone at 6:00 p.m.yesterday and set an appointment for today. Josh and his helper Jackson came today, quickly assessed the situation, discussed the repair with me to include the price and had it fixed in a short time frame. I truly appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of your team from your office to the gentleman that completed the work today. You will be my go-to plumber from now on and I will refer you to my clients as well. thank you for putting the customer first and it shows!

    We had a wonderful experience with a yucky situation. An old copper pipe sprung a couple of leaks and the guys located it correctly, cut the sheet-rock out neatly, replaced the tubes with upgraded PEX(?), rerouted the tubing and were so polite, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. We highly recommend them.

    I highly recommend Connolly Plumbing in New Braunfels. My mom had a water leak in the middle of the yard after this hard freeze. I called them this morning about 10:30 and they were out there about 1-1/2 hours later (and this is a Saturday). They had the leak fixed in an hour. They are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, have Saturday hours, and very reasonably priced. Thank you Connolly Plumbing!!

    Josh did a great job diagnosing and replacing worn out sink garbage disposal at my mom’s house. Replaced all hoses, installed new unit (parts were on the truck, no waiting or return visit needed), ran leak tests, for pressure, hot and cold. He was a true professional. Set expectations. Showed up as promised on time, thoroughly explained to my mother what he was doing and why. Courteous and communicated well. Mom gives Josh a “gold star”. Will continue to use Connally Plumbing as our go-to team in the New Braunfels area.

    The folks at Connaly are the best. I had a leak in my water main for two months we couldn’t find. Lacy saved me a lot of money and time by recommending a leak detector to find the problem rather than them running up lots of costly billable hours. Within 2 hours we found the leak.She dispatched Evan and Logan to my home an hour later and the guys had it fixed in another hour. These young men were so competent and their polite demeanor made it a pleasure to experience. They were so knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. They cleaned up the work area so well that you can’t tell they were there.It’s rare to find this level of service these days so I am happy to recommend Connaly Plumbing to anyone who wants high quality plumbing services.     This is the second time I’ve used Connally Plumbing in New Braunfels and I was very pleased with their customer service and work. Most recently, my water heater was leaking from the copper piping and causing a mess in my garage. I called Connelly on a Friday morning, and a few hours later they were able to come by and get the leak fixed in under an hour. They replaced the copper piping and fittings so I can easily fix it myself next time. Very good response time and high quality work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.     We had a plumbing emergency at 3pm. My 92 yo father had a recent stroke and the toilet was clogged. I called Connally and spoke with Jenny. She reassured me that they would make the service call today. Evan and Ramon arrived at 3:30 and worked to get the difficult situation resolved. Evan and Ramon were calm and competent and professional. They fixed the problem in about an hour. Price was very reasonable. We will call them again for any plumbing needs.     FINALLY found my plumber! Lived in the area a couple of decades and have never had a go-to for plumbing. My 20 year old ice maker connection was leaking after a kitchen remodel and needed replaced. GRRRR. Based on reviews I called Connally. Front office staff was courteous and I was scheduled for the next morning. Notified when the team was en route. Brach (and Hunter, his helper) were courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, replacing the valve required breaking into the wall. Fortunately, Brach was skilled at putting humpty dumpty together again (can you even see where the wall was put back in the pic?). Price was what I was quoted over the phone and in-line with what I would expect to pay. Brach was able to do in 45 minutes what would take me hours to do. Worth every penny. GREAT JOB

    We had another clogged toilet, shower drain due at least in part to wipes being put in the toilet. We had been hearing strange gurgling noises from the shower to toilet in main bath for a few days. Caregiver was giving my elderly father a bath when toilet stopped flushing. I called Connally again. Just as before, they were very responsive and got us scheduled for service That Morning. Their plumber Austin arrived on time and did a major declog through both clean out valves. More wipes were most of the problem. Austin did an excellent job. He kept me informed and made sure I was satisfied. I asked him to clean out the sinks while he was here which he did to my satisfaction. He cleaned the drains fully. I would Highly recommend Connally and their technician, Austin. We will call them again when we need a plumber. Its so reassuring not having to wonder who to call with a plumbing problem. We are very satisfied with Connally service, technicians and responsiveness.

    I called on a Sunday morning, desperate to find someone to fix a plumbing issue at my business (one that another plumber had already attempted to solve for two days). They had someone out that afternoon and showed up with a very clean, very well supplied, tool truck. The gentleman on call did an excellent job letting us know what the issue was and giving us various options. He left no mess behind and gave us a clear understanding that the issue might return. By Sunday evening, it did. We gave them a call (at 9pm on Sunday night) and they said they would return first thing Monday morning to hopefully get it resolved. We also scheduled a scoping of our pipes for Tuesday, so that we could make sure the issue was fully resolved or understood. When all was said and done, our issue is completely resolved, we have the peace of mind in knowing that our lines are clear, and all of this was less that what the initial plumbing company charged for their two days of incompetence. I highly recommend Connally Plumbing to anyone, be they private citizen or business owner. They answer the phone when no one else will. They show up when they say they will. They do not stop until they get the job done. When they leave, there is so little mess, you would never know they had been there.

    Hunter and Omar arrived on time and went straight to work unclogging a sink drain and then taking apart and fixing two faucet handle leaks. They were courteous and very respectful along with doing an excellent job.     I called Connally plumbing due to our previous plumber being so undependable. I am so glad I did. They are now my new plumber for the property I manage and my personal residence if needed! Justin in the office has also been professional. Tyler and Jacob were the plumbers that came out every time and they are both very professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond.     They were so amazing! I had a late night back up and they responded within an hour and even though it was late justin was so nice and got me by until they could repair my drain line. Roxanne was also very nice and informative. This happened on a Thursday night and they squeezed me in the next day so I didn’t have to go through the weekend without plumbing. The prices were very reasonable and Roxanne kept me updated throughout the day so I knew they didn’t forget me. They cleaned up after they left and it was top notch work. Justin was also knowledgeable. I’m an insurance adjuster so I knew what to expect but they didn’t know that and they were honest, real and did great work for a fair price. I see similar services on a daily basis and this company is the best.

    Had the unfortunate luck of our pipe breaking at the back flow valve at night. I called Connally Plumbing and a lady answered (sorry, didnt catch her name) that was extremely nice and helpful and started a service ticket. A short time later I was contacted by Curtis who walked me through a few steps to make sure that water was shut off and then advised he would be at our house in 30 minutes. Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed the issue and was prepared to fix the problem, but after making sure we had running water we elected to wait until the following day when it was light out.The following day Curtis returned and fixed the issue while we were away and contacted us when the job was done. He recommended that we place a cover over the BF valve and said hed have his parts department check for one in stock. Later that day I received a follow up call and although they were out of stock, I appreciate the follow through and they provided recommendations of where to get one.Overall we were very satisfied with the entire experience, start to finish. Everyone was helpful, professional, polite and the price was reasonable.Thanks Connally and a big thanks to Curtis! We will definitely use Connally again for our plumbing needs.

    One of the hardest things to do when living on limited funds is to have the necessity of calling a plumber. I have dealt with other plumbers in the past, and was never treated as well as I was when I called Connally Plumbing the other day. From the friendly woman who answered the telephone to the 2 plumbers, Justin and Charlie, who came to my house, I was treated wonderfully. Justin and Charlie knew what my problem was immediately and how to solve it. They spoke to me with respect and did not talk down to me because I am a woman. They worked so well together and answered any question that i had with knowledge. Not only do they both have a great work ethic, as they worked quickly to fix my issue, but they had great attitudes as well. I called Connally because they had 5 out of 5 stars on Google when I searched for plumbers in New Braunfels, and let me tell you, they deserve far more than 5 stars. They are intelligent, hard working, and very fair with billing. I truly respect this company and will tell everyone I know to call them when they have a plumbing problem because I do not believe that there is any company who could do a better job. Thank you so much for your help Connally Plumbing! I will ONLY use Connally Plumbing if I have a future plumbing problem.

    Our hot water heater went out one evening after hours. When I called they had an emergency number. I called that and left a message. The owner called me back within a half hour. He told me they would be at the house the next day between 10 and 2. They arrived at 10! Awesome.Super nice, polite and informed young men. Instead of them having to leave to go pick up the correct water heater, another truck came out and delivered the new one. So, while waiting they worked on getting the broken heater out. So smart.The work was finished up in 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Connally to anyone. Love using a local company!

    My Dad has been having septic and plumbing problems since before Christmas. Ive called many different septic and plumbing companies from here to San Antonio and none could get out here very quickly. Lacie, at Connally Plumbing, was very friendly on the phone and booked me an appointment for the same day I called. About 2 hours later, Brack and Simon showed up and worked very hard to clear a tough clog. The price seemed fair, for what they had to deal with (it wasnt pretty) and they also both exhibited great attitudes throughout the ordeal. I would definitely call them again.

    Was having major plumbing issue on a Sunday, the washer machine water was backing up into the tub and kitchen sink, along with no cold water pressure at all. I called another plumbing company and they could not unclog whatever was making the washer machine water back up nor could they get the cold water pressure back. Even after two days of working on the plumbing nothing was working. Connally Plumbing was recommended to me and I called them. Luckily they were able to fit me into their schedule for the week. Justin and Evan were amazing, what the other plumbing company could not solve these guys could. Not only did the washer machine not back up in the tub or kitchen sink any more they even flushed out the pipes and got the cold water pressure back.     Connally Plumbing did a great job for us this morning! I called yesterday and they were able to schedule us for the next day. JJ and Hunter looked at our kitchen sink issue (water shooting up the opposite side of the sink when the garbage disposer was operated) and got right to work on fixing that, as well as installing a new faucet for us. They worked well together and had the patchwork of pipes directed more efficiently and resolved the garbage disposal issue. They were courteous and professional.     Connally Plumbing did an excellent job repairing our broken sewer lateral 2 days ago.Excavation crew showed up at 4 am the day after the repair & returned the front yard to a state that the 7 foot deep excavation in our front yard required for the repair was almost undetectable!Hero status:Connally Plumbing!!!Zero status:Sun Homes/Summit Ridge in Converse,Texas for accepting our property lease money month after month for 10 years and then forcing us to pay for a repair to what is actually their property.

    I called in for an emergency leak and they arrived in less than 30 minutes. Their service tech Justin was very professional and courteous. He immediately went to work and found the issue.     We had a leak that we first noticed because our water bill was high. We called another company to come out. They were a no show twice and finally showed up 3 hours late for the third appointment. They were rude and unprofessional when they finally did show up AND said it would be another week before they could actually do the work!I didnt book their services. Instead, I called Connally. They said they could get someone out that afternoon. A nice young man named Evan came to my rescue! He was professional and courteous.     We have gotten to know Connally Plumbing well over the past few years repairing minor plumbing issues, but recently contracted the company to complete a replumb of our entire house from copper to pex.     After reading so many positive reviews I called Connally Plumbing and visited with Justin. I explained that my 94 & 93 year old parents were having water pressure concerns and asked if he could come by that same day and help them out. Justin scheduled a service for that same day and was at their home in no time. Justin and his crew quickly assessed the problem and took immediate action to repair. They checked all the faucets in the house and washing machine and cleaned them all. He also noticed that the hot water heater had a concern and he addressed that as well.     I called Connally Plumbing early in the morning and they were able to make it out the same day. I had a pipe that was completely busted open under my house, and our kitchen sink was clogged. I would also like to point out that I had contacted three plumbers prior that were not able to take on such a job. I thought that just the pipe under the house alone would be expensive and take a while to fix as there was literally sewage everywhere. Carlos and Simon showed up around 4:00. I only assumed with it being later in the day that all I would get was an estimate and give them time to order parts to come back another day. I was wrong. These gentlemen got everything fixed in less than two hours! Not only that, but for much much less than what I was anticipating. That was including me making a last minute decision to get a new faucet installed, and they fixed the line to the dishwasher, which was apparently never installed correctly to begin with. Way to go the extra mile! Carlos an Simon were both so pleasant to deal with, and offered outstanding customer service. I could not be happier! I will definitely be using these guys for all my plumbing needs going forward. Perfection!

    I had a leaking hot water heater. Connelly sent out two very polite and professional guys to do the work. They were perfectly on time, arrived right around 9 AM. I was given a slot 9-12. They showed me the options they had for installing a new hot water heater, explaining everything very thoroughly; pricing, benefits, availability, etc.. They gave one inclusive price and that is what it was at the end. They had to have someone bring the heater because I wanted a slightly higher grade one than the one they brought. Even with a heater having to be fetched and brought out, they finished in 2 hours! The two gentleman were professional, ridiculously polite and the most important thing was left no trace they were here, other than a fully functional properly installed(as far as a amateur handyman can tell) water heater. Great experience, great plumbers, great office staff(phone), wont comment on pricing, because its plumbing...price is subjective...to me it was worth every penny I spent.

    I had a clogged kitchen sink. I called numerous plumbing companies but most stated they couldnt make it out until 3-4 days later. I was eventually referred to Connally Plumbing by TIG plumbing (due to him being booked up as well). Connally Plumbing stated they couldnt make it to the house until the following morning due to it being so late in the afternoon. About 20 minutes later they called back and stated they would be able to make it to the house same day. Curtis A. and Brack A. came to the house both very knowledgeable and professional. They managed to unclog the drain in a very short amount of time as well as mention what may have caused the issue to begin with to avoid repeat damage. Damage most likely sounds like it was from previous residents. They even mentioned good places to eat at seeing how we are new to the area. Overall, very satisfied.     Connally is excellent. Heres our story: Wed earlier used another plumber and paid a fairly high bill for some routine work, which turned out not to be very high quality. So after that experience we were reluctant to call on another plumber. But some friends recommended Connally and we are so glad they did. The communication from the company -- including an accurate estimate prior to the service call -- was very clear and professional. And the service itself was excellent. The plumber, Mike, ran into an unexpected complication while doing the repair -- and he handled the entire issue extremely well -- with skill, professionalism, and great communication throughout. The work turned into a 2-day project, and part of it was nerve-wracking, but we felt that we were in the best possible hands the entire time. I know that well continue to call on Connally, without hesitation, for all our future plumbing needs -- and we recommend them enthusiastically.

    Evan and Omar, two plumbers with Connolly Plumbing, were total troopers, coming to our home to repair a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink -- even though it was late in the day around 7:30 pm -- because we were on their schedule. They were polite, intelligent, and competent, repairing the problem and coming in under the original estimate. I discovered Connolly Plumbing after doing a pretty comprehensive survey of the plumbing companies in New Braunfels, and, after talking with the supervisor Scott, decided that Connolly Plumbing was the most trustworthy and the most on the level. I highly recommend Connolly Plumbing and will use them again, which is why I rated them at 5 stars. I would feel comfortable recommending Connolly Plumbing to all of my friends.

    I have a home in New Braunfels that is less than 2 years old, last week my main water line busted. I called the warranty office for my new home and was told “someone will call you back”. I have twins and going without water is just not an option. I called Connally Plumbing and not only were they responsive, they were courteous, professional and much better plumbers than who originally did my plumbing(thanks for nothing Gibson Plumbing!) Evan S and Aaron V not only dug UNDER my driveway but fixed the original shoddy work all while saving me literally THOUSANDS of dollars by digging by hand to avoid busting up my driveway! Connally plumbing ROCKS!

    If youre not using them youre using the wrong company. Called for a water heater replacement at 7:30 this morning and it was completed by 10:30 today. I had to use Connally for the 2nd time recently, and as much as you dont want to have to use a plumbing company for emergencies, they happen.
