The receptionist was incredibly cordial, communicative, and helpful, setting the tone for a great experience.James and Ben, the technicians, truly went above and beyond. They not only ensured the job was done properly but also took the time to be friendly, informative, and thorough. They patiently addressed all of our concerns, answered every question, and never made us feel rushed.Based on this experience, I would confidently choose Culpepper Plumbing for future needs, especially knowing how outstanding James and Ben are. Called for help with replacing a water heater. The ladies answering the phones were very professional, easy to talk to, and took my situation to heart. They communicated with me, regularly, to help me get an appointment set up as early as possible. The two men who came to my house to do the work were professional as well. They took there time answering my questions, they made sure to check their work, and communicated with me about what was going on. I appreciate the service that Culpepper Plumbing provided and the professionalism given to me to take care of my hot water situation. I now have a second plumbing company I can trust, and Im not hesitant to recommend their service to anyone. Culpepper Plumbing, thank you for your hard, honest and professional work from the ladies answering the phones to the men doing the work. You may just have another lifetime customer.

The best and most reliable plumber in the area. Bobby and his son, Travis run a top rate crew that are all as reliable as they are skilled. Dont waste your time and money going anywhere else for your plumbing. Theres a reason theyve been in business forever.

Amazing - we will never use anyone else. We bought a house built in the 80s that had previously been a rental, so it has a lot of landlord specials hidden in the walls. We’ve spent a lot of time, and money, fixing things that were just done wrong.I called Culpepper to service our water heater, and diagnose a weird smell in our guest bathroom. It intermittently smelled like someone ate eggs, pooped their pants, and then died in there.I was convinced it was the roof vent, and Culpepper’s team members humored me and climbed in the attic. It was not the roof vent. They were extremely thorough and checked every drain in the bathroom before following their plumber Spidey senses and pulling the toilet. I am so thankful they did - it was installed incorrectly, and the smell that came out was atrocious.They fixed my toilet and put my bathroom back cleaner than it was before. They even re-caulked neatly around the base, which is a huge deal to me.The service was excellent, clean, and I got lots of advice for keeping our plumbing in shape and selecting shower fixtures. I will definitely be calling them back for our fixture replacement. I’m so thankful I called Culpepper before the damage under the toilet got any worse (or smellier). The price was also extremely reasonable for this area. 5 stars.

The receptionist was cordial and understanding of our situation. She was calm and we even had a humorous exchange. She did her best to advise me what to do until plumbers could get to us. Scheduling was a pleasant experience.The two plumbers were polite, worked steadily and readily answered questions. One of the gentleman had been to the house in earlier years and remembered where everything was so he went right to work. They cleaned up afterwards too.I would recommend Culpepper Plumbing.

Jordan and Noah have visited my home Twice for different Plumbing repairs may home was built in 1972 and the plumbing is old. Those two gentlemen resolved both issues in an hour or so. Culpepper people are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If you have a plumbing problem large or small, dont waste time calling anyone else. Sent Culpepper’s a FB msg around 6 am, Fri, 6 Nov 2020, received a call at 8 am (30-minutes before they opened), young lady took my information and had someone dispatched by 11 am, she called around 10:45 to let me know they were on their way. Super professional, identified the problem quickly and resolved (floor installer had installed new toilet’s wax ring incorrectly). Culpepper’s cleaned up afterwards and kept me informed along the way. Super guys!!! Would definitely use again.
