Kelley at Twin City Air and Electric did a dynamite job. He spent the time to get the job done right. When he got a faulty breaker from the warehouse, He went to home depot and got the correct working breaker. We have a gas clothes dryer, so they never installed a 30 amp dryer plug in our house. My significant other is a porcelain artist. So being able to plug in our larger kilns is the difference between night and day. Up until we got this plug installed shes had to use a tiny jewelry kiln. This makes a huge difference. Thank you Kelsey! For your hard work!

Recently, Jason and Cameron replaced a furnace for us, and it was clear they knew their stuff and got it done in the time they said. They also answered all my questions and made sure to test everything so they knew it was working properly. Their comfortcare program that services furnace and ac preventatively is a great service at a reasonable price too.

Scheduled the appointment on a Sunday, Viktor came out the very next day within the time frame scheduled. He was very attentive and listened to what I have already tried and was able to go from there. He was able to find the issue and fix it rather quickly and was able to explain what exactly caused the issue.Very fast and efficient and I will call them if anything else pops up.

We have been working with Twin City Heating for several years now on their Comfort Care program. We finally got to the point where we needed a new furnace due to a cracked heat exchanger. The team has been absolutely amazing at every interaction whether it is a maintenance check up or a major replacement. This is the second time Alex Smythe has serviced my home. Last summer, he saved the day by getting the AC back online quickly during a 90°+ heatwave. Today, he saved the day again by fixing some problems with our heat distribution, and he found an issue with the furnace that would have been very costly if not identified early. Alex is great at his job, very thorough with inspecting all pieces of the HVAC system to look for any other potential problems. He is transparent with the service/repair options and pricing, and doesn’t force you into choosing the most expensive option. Booking with Twin City Heating and Air is easy, and they are very communicative about who is showing up and when, making it very safe and secure!

I’m a little late to write this review, but at the end of last winter we woke up to a cold house as our furnace had quit over night. I called Twin Cities and they had a technician over within a couple of hours and a diagnosis not long after that. The technician was able to show pictures and explain pretty well what we were looking at cost wise for repair. We decided a replacement was going to be the better option and so Mitch arrived shortly after to give us some clear options and estimates on a new furnace. The next day we had Jerry and Vue by first thing in the morning and then after a few hours the install was completed. They did an outstanding job on the install and were friendly and clearly communicated the process for the follow up quality checks by the company and the city. I didnt have a go to HVAC company before, but the next time I need something I know who to call!

I called Twin City Heating, Air, and Electric for an afterhours service call for my AC at my home.It had stopped working and it was getting hot!Dan W. was out to my house quickly. He identified the problem and even did a safety check on my whole system.He had the part my AC needed and we were back in business cooling off the house. Such a relief to have the AC working with the next heat wave about to arrive.I really liked how I received a text with a picture of Dan and few details about him. Very nice to know who was coming and what they looked like.Dan was exceptionally personable and I could tell he cared about my situation from taking off his shoes before walking around my house to the detail examination of the system to solving the overall problem.I was so impressed by the whole experience that I put Twin City Heating, Air, and Electric into my contacts. Had no clue so he just did an AC tune up and said hopefully that will fix it. Unfortunately the noise is still here. I’ve done some research and I believe it is the refrigerant lines. Probably a leak. Hopefully twin city heating and air can make it right.TC heating and air was quick to get back out, re-evaluate and explain exactly what is going on. We paid said company a $75 dollar diagnostic fee and was told that we needed a level 2 QCA check which would cost about $1k and did not include repairs.Viktor arrived around noon(when they said he would) and was incredibly helpful. He quickly identified our issue and had us up and running in an hour for nearly a third of what the previous company tried to charge just for an assessment. I recommend Twin City Heat, Air & Electric to anyone in need. I can’t praise them enough for how great their service and attitude is. If I could give more stars, I would.

If youre looking for a company that shows up even during the evening, I definitely recommend this company. Dan Wong was my technician and he was extremely professional and informative. One recommendation I have for management regarding the after-hour call service is to somehow provide a way for customers to contact the technician directly with scheduling because where my location was, there is actually a North and South location and the answering service missed adding the N part of my address which led him to the wrong location and created a potential safety issue because he was knocking on the door at someone elses property in late hours. He called me and told me he was at the property where I instructed him to be and when I opened the door he was not there so I tried to call him back and it went directly back to the after hour service who informed me they could not directly contact the technician or provide info for me to get ahold of him either. Luckily Dan called me back and I got him going in the right direction but he was outside of someone elses property for over 10 minutes in total probably, and if the wrong person would have answered his knocks or saw him on their property uninvited, he could have potentially had problems. He took this mishap with a great attitude and arrived, performed his checks as necessary, and got the heat running! Thanks, Dan! Will use this company again.

Kelsey, Angela, and their crew were the best of all the subcontractors that worked on my remodeling project. They ran electrical to my new kitchen island, ran conduit all over my 16’ ceiling to install new light fixtures, installed a smart control panel, and wired my new bathroom with LED strip lights for backlighting on the mirror and vanity. They installed motion-activated underlighting on my bathroom step and ran electrical to the DIY bookshelves I am building. I threw a lot at them in terms of complicated or less traditional fixtures/devices and they worked with me to figure out how to incorporate them into my project while maintaining safety standards and ensuring everything met code. They were friendly, respectful of my space, and took pride in doing a really good job. They took the time to explain things so they could problem solve with me and I learned some cool electrical stuff in the process. My dog even liked seeing them!
