    Kevin (and Cole) did a great job replacing two of our bathroom vent fans. Kevin was punctual and professional. Our home was treated respectfully and both work areas were cleaned at the conclusion of the work. Pricing was transparent and outlined up front. I was already aware of the service/travel fee from both the website and from the scheduler. The whole process from initial outreach to work completion was seamless.

    Yoshi did a fantastic job for us. He arrived and immediately reviewed a copy of Harrisons official policies and processes for each job (which I really appreciated, no surprises later is a good thing!) He wore shoe covers anytime he was in the house. His estimate was detailed, clear, and the pricing was fair. The final job was very impressive as his pride in being an electrician really shows. Overall, we were very impressed with Harrison and would use them again.

    Harrison Electric always comes through for me. Not only did they address a faulty switch, but recognized a wiring issue with smoke/CO detectors and replaced those as well. Not an upscale - something that was truly an issue and needed doing. Ive worked with Harrison Electric previously - they always come in timely fashion, take the time to explain everything so I can understand what theyll do, and then do the work promptly, and the clean up too! Very nice folks, and very reliable service.

    John B and Cole did a wonderful job on installing a fan in our bathroom along with a light in the shower. The appliances look so nice! Also, they put a new fan in our downstairs bathroom, surge protector on our fuse box & a better smoke detector in our hall. John was prompt and courteous and asked me questions and gave me choices which was fun. We will definitely call Harrison Electric again soon.

    I had 8 electric companies on my list. I called Harrison Electric first, and I’m very glad that I did. John B. was great! He was out in 2 days and fixed my garage issues. Because we are looking to sell our house in the near future, we asked him to give us some advice and suggestions on some updating. He did that and gave us 3 quotes to look at. No pressure, just honest advice. He did that all in one afternoon and we were pleased with all of it. Friendly, easy to talk with, professional and we couldn’t be happier.     After calling me at the time my appointment time range was supposed to begin to tell me the electrician had to go back to another job to finish some work, they rescheduled the service for another day. On the rescheduled day, my electrician, Matt, contacted me right when my time range was about to begin, letting me know he was on his way. He arrived approximately a half hour later, and we began talking about what the job would entail. He quoted me a price for one job I had inquired about, and said he would need to do some checking for prices on the components for other one. He also recommended a service I had not requested, installing a surge protector on our service panel. It seemed like a good recommendation given our needs, so we decided to move forward with both projects given his quote. He completed both within an hour and a half, and was interested in the Ring Floodlight Cam I had him install. He asked great questions, and completed the job on time at the agreed upon price. I appreciate that up front pricing, though it seemed a little high for something I probably couldve done had I owned a taller ladder, but it was nice to know it was installed by a professional, and he didnt hesitate to answer any other questions I had. Ill definitely be using Harrison Electric in the future.

    We wanted an outlet under our kitchen sink for a reverse osmosis water system and, eventually, a dishwasher. John explain that was possible but, because of the dishwasher, it would need its own circuit.     I was able to get an appointment within a day or two of initially contacting Harrison. Tyler represented them on his visit my property in Minneapolis in order to diagnose & repair one electrical issue: lights & outlets on one circuit had suddenly stopped working--he clearly explained & displayed the up front diagnostic costs & the scope of possible repairs that would also be covered before I authorized the work. The root cause was found, which Tyler also clearly explained, and issue was fixed--power was restored.After initial diagnosis & repair, I added on the optional service of re-wiring one outlet on the aforementioned circuit that still had Knob & Tube wire and thus a two-prong outlet, to bring up to current standard with modern grounded wire & 3-prong outlet. In order to bring everything up to code, the circuit breaker in the electrical panel--while perfectly functional--also required replacement with an arc-fault type breaker (a breaker with an integrated test button/function). But again, Tyler clearly explained everything & was up front with the costs before I authorized the work. I wanted it to be fixed the right way now, rather than have a Minneapolis city inspector flag it as a required repair item on the city-required Truth In Sale of Housing inspection report when its time to sell (because the City of Minneapolis can & will flag such items).After Tyler completed the work, he thoroughly cleaned up the mess and took me on a final walkthrough & validation to make sure everything worked & looked good before I paid. I liked being able to pay with card.Everything was completed in approximately 4 hours, which includes him taking a lunch break in between (who am I to deny someone the chance to eat?) which means it actually took only 3-3.5 hours--I consider that pretty efficient from a lay persons point of view.In the classic home owner repair scenario, the costs added up because there were unanticipated things found. And let me be clear: they were NOT cheap. For both items (repair and re-wire) I paid just over $1500. But I definitely got what I paid for in terms of service & quality of work. Tyler delivered on both. Would use them again.P.S. My only criticism, which I was willing to overlook because things do happen--and ultimately the service & quality was excellent--was that Tyler arrived approximately 10 minutes after the end of the quoted arrival time window. To his credit, he called me BEFORE the end of the arrival window, explained he was running behind & gave me an accurate estimated time of arrival. And really, it was not a big deal: I had cleared my day for this appointment since I was uncertain how long it would take, and everything worked out.

    I have used Harrison Electric twice and both times they did a great job. The electricians go above and beyond. They made suggestions on what types of bulbs that would be better to use. My experience with other trade workers is to do what they came to do and do not offer up any additional information that will help avoid future repairs. Harrison is nothing like that. They demonstrate care and value of their customers.

Reliable and friendly electrician could visibly be counted on not steal while at my home and be safe with the family members alone.     Only had a quote so far. Im getting other quotes because I cant pull 10k out of my butt right now. But Brian was super friendly, professional, on time and most importantly - KNOWLEDGABLE. I almost felt bad to tell him not right now because im poor. They do offer financing through Synchrony bank. I didnt get the full details but he did mention its 0% interest for first 6 months. Im going to go ahead an assume 25-35% interest rate after that (which is highway robbery and another old lady rant ill save for another time).

    We worked with Harrison Electric for a remodel and panel upgrade when we bought our house. Timing for this project was everything in order to finish before we moved in and Harrison was great to work with. They were available to come back and do phases of the electrical work as the construction progressed.     Chris did a great job and helped us get power restored to over half our home. We had some bad wiring that blew fuses.     Service was good and friendly - but they are EXPENSIVE. Their appointment crew was responsive and I like the text communication with a picture. They spent some time with me answering other miscellaneous questions. I didnt feel pressured to give them the work. I had them do a couple smaller items and quote a panel upgrade. Their panel quotes were in the $5,000-$6,000 range; I ended up getting it done elsewhere for less than 1/3 of that. I had no problem with their level of service its just their pricing that was too rich for my blood.
