I liked the customer service from the get-go. I like how easy to read & understand the estimate was and the agreement info was. I appreciated the follow-through from being to end. Only suggestion to Chris would be to put on those slipper things over your shoes inside of a home (maybe he forgot). He worked quickly and listened well to my wishes. Your handymen did a great job on my deck! Very intelligent, respectful and thoughtful. they were very detail oriented and took the time to discuss details with me. they also helped me find ways to cut costs. Also very organized and tidy.

I had drywall installed and a door installed and both turned out great. There was an issue with the door I had purchased to be installed and they were very helpful in helping walk through my options. I also appreciated how they tried to stick close to the estimate they provided and updated me on how the price was looking through out the project. I would definitely use them again.

We received great service from scheduling the service to the actual repair. The brick moulding around our exterior door was rotting and needed to be replaced. Dan completed this quickly and correctly. We are very impressed with his work and will definitely use Ace Handyman service again!

Dan was super helpful installing the pieces of my cat wall. I didn’t always have a clear idea of what I wanted and he asked good clarifying questions. His work was professional, the end product was sturdy and safe, pieces aren’t going to fall off the wall and the cats aren’t going to fall off the shelves. Very satisfied.

Pleased with a previous Project done by Ace, I called again to get a couple more repair projects done “before snow flies”.Multi-capable Handyperson Kevin K. was GREAT = highly pleased with his expert work.My one issue is that at this time of year with early sunsets, an afternoon appointment starting at 1pm, Project Time Estimate was of course NOT enough to beat the darkness => IMO, you overbook your Talent, shoot-from-the-hip Project “Estimates” usually WILL take longer, etc.

I had a mixed reaction to the service. On the first visit the handymen came totally unprepared, despite numerous advanced emails and phone calls with product names and model numbers for weatherstripping and a radon fan. They took my displeasure to heart and came back the second time totally prepared, and John, the lead man, did nearly four hours of work pro bono. So I had a one star first visit and a five star second visit. That averages to a three star, but they really did go above and beyond the second time around, so I bumped it up a star.
