The business was the utmost of professional at all times. They arrived early, but not without a heads up phone call first! Both men worked collaboratively to make repairs and provide maintenance. They kept me in the loop and provided detailed explanations of all of the work. They even found a suspicious area in the attic and provided me with pictures so that I could follow up on this issue with a different contractor at a later date. They left my home clean without any trace that they were here! Impeccable service!

Wow! I had such a fantastic experience with Professional Maintenance Service, LLC. They were able to come to my home and replace my leaky kitchen faucet on the same day I contacted them. Devin was such a helpful and friendly person, and she guided me through the entire process with ease. And I have to say, Jose went above and beyond with his work - he was just fantastic! I will like to give Professional Maintenance a 5 star rating. The company done a great job installing my new AC unit. Their staff were very knowledgeable and professional. I Had a small problem going on with one of my vents. The company did not hesitate to come 4 hours one way to check it out from me. Really great company they also work with my insurance company to get my claim processed and completed .

From the sweet lady who answers the phone to the workers they send out, everyone is wonderful!!! I looooovvveee this company!!! They are customer service oriented, friendly, efficient, do what they say, have great pricing, and most importantly, they care. I live in a very small town in Arkansas and PMS came to my home and assessed my cooling system and I was given the chose of letting them work on the unit and get it up to part or get a new one. I told them that my system was old and that I wanted everything replaced heat, air and the A coil. They came out and took care of me. My unit is colder than Ive felt it before, throwing out snowballs. Thank you guys for a job well done. Germarco and his crew seems like family to me. I would recommend them to everyone that is in need of their services.
