    Dylan sent a text to let me know he was on his way. He arrived about ten minutes after the text. When Dylan arrived he was dressed in a uniform & asked where the bathroom was located. Dylan assessed the situation & gave me a reasonable price. He was very polite & had a nice tool 🧰 box. Dylan worked efficiently & completed the job efficiently. Dylan tested for leaks & explained the warranty. I highly recommend Traditional Plumbing. I paid with American Express.

    Arrived when they said they would. Notified me each time they were on the way. Up front pricing with options so I didn’t have to be stuck with just one “fix”. Friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Would use them again! Had a broken flange/drain. Could have just replaced that but had been having issues with my faucets leaking after repeated other fixes so I ended up choosing to replace the whole assembly. Dylan was great to work with!

    I just had my first experience with Traditional Plumbing, and it was fabulous! Gage, my technician was wonderful. Once he arrived, he put on booties to protect my floors. Promptly went to work and then found me to explain what needed to be done and so we could agree on pricing and then got to work. He was in and out in probably an hour and a half wonderful experience, highly recommend Traditional Plumbing.

    Cody was very helpful when our water heater went out. They were quick to come and replace the unit at a reasonable price.     I contacted Traditional because of a possible leak under the kitchen floor. I researched their reviews and decided to call. Kelsy was friendly and provided a same day appointment. Shane arrived on time, professional, and immediately located the problem. Shane was able to pinpoint the problem without causing extensive damage. Our water has been off because of the leak. He provided us with water usage options until the major repairs can be completed. I really appreciate the professionalism as often this seems to be nonexistent. I will definitely use this company again because Shane came through for us!Update: Traditional Plumbing completed a reroute and repair. Shane arrived to introduce Dylan and Brittney to make me feel comfortable. They strategically decided on how to reroute the pipes as it required cutting out sheet rock from multiple walls. They were professional, knowledgeable, neat, and did an amazing job. More importantly, I was not expecting the clean up at the completion of the project. This is the BEST company I have hired in a long time.

    I called Traditional Plumbing about a sewer line backup issue after a recommendation from a friend and I am glad I did. All interactions with those that came to the house and those at the office were very positive and welcome, especially when you know a home repair expense is coming. Speaking about the cost part, I found that the estimates presented to solve the immediate issue and the overall system issue felt fair compared with quotes from others to solve the issue.Overall, I recommend.

Out of the three plumbing companies that came out, Traditional plumbing was honest, Efficient and thorough.The other two companies were quick to advise us in spending thousands of dollars to replace systems that could be fixed. Traditional plumbing was the only company who stated our water heater could be fixed And did not require replacement.

    Let me first start off by saying AWESOME...I wont call the other competitors name...but I will say they came to my house and wanted to charge me almost 500 dollars to run a camera because it was the weekend and if I waited Monday I could get it for free if they did the work...I couldnt wait until Monday I needed service then...But I refuse to pay almost 500 dollars on top of getting my problem fixed...Well I didnt answer their phone call when they called but instead Traditional Plumbing showed up...And came out ran the camera and did everything that needed to be done with very good pricing...Charles H. and Dustin came right on and did the job...I will recommend using Traditional Plumbing...They were professional,nice and they knew their work...Superb!!!Ps.James B, Olicer and Nate came and dug up the old Plumbing and laid new Plumbing 03/22/2024..When I tell you these guys are OUSTANDING..Thank for the Awesome work you guys did..Traditional Plumbing is THEEE BEST!!!

    God sent me the name of this company! They were the best price and I called 4 different places for estimates. Charles Haywood came to give me a quote and I had two men, Chris and Dustin early the next morning. They were very professional and nice. Hauled off the old tanks and were gone before I knew it.     Traditional plumbing is great. I was scheduled and they came right out and handled the concerns I needed. Cody also recommended a very affordable maintenance planned. He went throughout the home and checked all the plumbing on the toilet and faucets, then discovered my tub hose had a leak. I was grateful for that since I love a good soak every now and then.     Traditional Plumbing cares about the customer! Our hot water heater kept throwing codes and we called Traditional Plumbing to help us out. They stuck with us until the problem was solved and weve had consistent hot water for a week now and dont anticipate any additional problems!Calvin, Shane, Cody, Dustin and Dee were all respectful and attentive to our concerns.     Had a plumbing emergency and needed a water heater installed asap. They came right out within an hour and got right to work.     We first went the “normal” route of the home warranty which was a disaster. That company sent out a reach who never worked on a tankless. We then called Traditional Plumbing and Dylan was fantastic and professional. He fixed the problem (reset button) flushed the system and we are back up and running. Call them and get rid of your home warranty. It’s useless.

    These guys are the real deal! They were able to resolve a problem in my new build that had been ongoing for a year!!! Several other plumbers came out and had no idea what the problem was or how to fix it. I won’t name names there. But Traditional Plumbing came to the rescue and removed a whole THERMOSTAT from my line that had been placed there during the build. Yes. A thermostat. Picture incoming.

    I’ve changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars. The downgrade is strictly due to a from-the-top-down decision as to how to complete the contracted work. For 2 days, 3 men the 1st day, and 2 the second, worked their tails off to get to the damaged piping and remove and replace it. This required cutting an 80” x 36” area of concrete slab above the break inside our home, digging 5’ down inside and outside the house, and cutting out and replacing about 10’ of drain line that was broken in 2 places. They actually got all that done and filled the exterior excavation back in as rain was approaching on day 1. I was beyond impressed at their progress and their hard work and their work ethic. On the 2nd day, 2 of the original 3 workmen returned and proceeded to fill the interior trench back in, using a tamp every 2-3 inches to compact the soil. Again, extraordinary dedication and workmanship. It was the next step, re-concreting the cutout, that gave me pause and caused me to halt the job. Based on the price quoted in the contract for the concrete work, I assumed Traditional Plumbing would either sub-contract the work to a concrete finishing company, or they had their own in-house concrete finishers. Neither was the case. Instead, Traditional Plumbing tasked the 2 plumbers on the job with doing the concrete repair. That meant bringing an electric concrete mixer inside my house, lugging some 27 bags of concrete through my front yard, creating a muddy mess from the curb to the house, and then, most importantly, attempting to mix all those bags of concrete quickly enough to get a uniform pour and finish. I’ve been in construction for 55 years and I know when a crew is struggling, and these two poor guys were. So I halted their efforts and retained the services of an actual concrete finishing company. Don’t get me wrong, I would still recommend Traditional Plumbing to anyone who has a plumbing need. But, I do think Traditional should see this as a learning opportunity to understand now that concrete finishing, like so many trades, is not something that ‘anybody can do’.

    After a series of freezing days, my kids mentioned a column of ice under our exterior spigot. Of course they did not mention that fact until about 7pm.     Well unfortunately the pipes in our new house of less then 2 months decided to bust during the cold air freeze. So when we came home on Christmas Day with 3 rooms of our house flooded and ceilings caving in we were in shock to say the least.Thankfully we knew of Traditional Plumbing company who came out first thing the next day, that was considered a holiday for most people and businesses.     I first used Traditional Plumbing to repair a water heater. Cody came out quick, fixed the problem while explaining what he was doing. I also joined the Plumb Club, a great maintenance program especially for older homes. They check everything, leaks to running a camera through your sewer to check for problems. A++ staff friendly and professional.
