My 75-year old clay pipe sewer line had finally given up due to tree roots (were guessing). It had finally backed up completely on a Friday night (because of course).My plumber gave me Ryans info and I called him for a complete sewer line replacement quote on Monday afternoon. He came out to look on Tuesday morning, and by Wednesday midday, it was done. He had said he thought he could get me in on Thursday, or the week after at the latest, so I was really excited that everything happened so quickly!Ryan was so quick and efficient, and he was careful to keep me in the loop about the important decisions of the job, like how he could take down the back fence to get the excavator in. He was patient with my questions and careful not to exaggerate what he could do or make any promises about timing, etc. The cost was reasonable, and I was happy to get this job done so quickly and professionally. He was great to work with! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with sewer issues.

A good experience all around. They were my third quote for a sewer line replacement for my basement and were the most affordable option by over half the amount of the other quotes. Responsive, quick, and was able to work with my households schedules. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The work was completed 2 days after approving the quote and paying the deposit. 10/10 would work with again for any future plumbing needs.

We had a sewer blockage in our yard. There is nothing more frustrating than draining an upstairs bath tub and seeing it flow out of a downstairs toilet. I wore blisters on my palm trying to get the toilet to drain with a plunger. Smith Plumbing diagnosed and located the blockage 10 feet deep in our front yard. Their excavators could not dig that deep. They recommended Ryan Foster at Memphis Sewer and Water. Ryan came out and said they could fix it the next day. He knew the way the sewers were ran in Cordova and fixed it the next day. I was expecting to pay $$$$ and was charged $$. These guys are honest, hard working and affordable. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I’m calling them.

I called Ryan early monday morning and they were there that afternoon and repaired the pipe and had water back on in a couple hours. Wow! Every company needs to strive for the level of service, competence and expertise that Ryan Foster brings to the table. We have a complex plumbing issue involving clay and cast iron pipes that are very deep and under structures. Several solutions have been proposed by various companies. Ryan’s assessment was thorough and his solution definitive. I feel confident with his proposal and plan. I wasn’t getting that from other companies…their solutions didn’t seem the best route. Thank you so very much for coming out today and providing your expertise on this situation. You have given us by far the best plan. I recently had an excellent experience with Memphis and Water LLC, and I wanted to share my thoughts. I needed leak detection services and decided to call them based on the positive reviews I had read. When I spoke with Bo, he was courteous and explained that they didnt typically offer the service I needed. However, he offered to come by later that day to take a look after finishing their current job.When they arrived, I met Ryan, who is the master plumber, and they explained that they have new equipment that could detect leaks. They asked if I would like them to try it out, and I agreed. Within 15 minutes, Ryan had found the leak. Thankfully, it wasnt from my main water line, but one of the irrigation lines. Although they didnt provide irrigation services, they recommended someone who could help.Overall, Bo and Ryan were honest, knowledgeable, and courteous, and I would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond to help me, and I would definitely call them first if I ever need their services again.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We bought a house in an older part of town with the original sewage pipes from when the house was first built. To be succinct, our sewage issue became emergent overnight, preventing us from being able to do anything that required draining (shower, toilet, washing clothes, etc.), and we did not have time to waste. After snaking and sending a camera through, the first reputable company we called was completely unable to help. Thats when we called Memphis Sewer and Water, LLC. Bo answered promptly and had Greg came out to our home that afternoon. Greg and another individual spent a few hours working diligently to figure out what was wrong, as this was not a cut and dry situation. Ryan came out to confirm what needed to be done, and they fit us in as soon as they could to completely replace the entire line. Greg and Bo had the line completely replaced and dirt covered and compacted in a day. Greg and Bo were some of the most professional and kind individuals that we have worked with, and they had the best attitude, especially for what they had been dealing with all day. On top of all of this, they both kept our home as clean as possible during the fix and answered my many questions. I cant recommend this company enough!

I had a new sewer line and water main installed from house to street. After several companies declined the job because of special difficulties with access for heavy equipment and placement of several very large old trees on the property- I contacted Memphis Sewer and Water. Ryan Foster came out in a more than timely manner, identified the issues, figured out options and discussed a couple of choices for proceeding. I found him straightforward and honest about what his crew would do and what I could expect. He didnt gloss over or sugar coat what it would take to get the job done. He sent me an estimate and fit me in to his schedule quickly. Ryan oversaw the work of his crew. They worked hard and professionally, dealing with sprinkler lines, trying to go easy on tree roots and even finding and fixing a problem at the last minute that could have easily been overlooked and would have been a major headache to rectify later. So- points for attention to detail.This was major excavation and the impact on the property was considerable- I feel they did an adequate job with back filling and clean up, but it is clearly not their main focus. You will need a lot of work done to put your property back together. Maybe Ryan and his crew should expand into landscaping as a side business. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. They are professional and skilled at their work.

Best service I have had in years! They returned phone calls, gave a timely quote, and set a date for the work to be done. They were professional every step of the way. They explained the process of replacing all of our outdoor pipes from the street to the house. Their pricing was fair, and their work was done well. When they were done, they even stacked the bricks back up that lined my flower bed (that had to be partially dug up for the repair). They told me up front exactly where the work would need to be done. I will definitely use them for any plumbing needs!

Had a sinkhole in the yard that was steadily getting worse and decided to have an expert look at it and recommend a fix. MS&W had done drainage work in the neighborhood and I called to schedule an inspection. Bo came out within hours and scoped the sewer drain. He found several areas where the original terra cotta pipe had separated and walked me through pictures of the issues with recs for a fix. Discussion was very thorough and no pressure at all to have them proceed with a repair. I asked for a quote and received a written one that was very reasonable. Decided to proceed and the repairs were done THE NEXT DAY due to a schedule cancellation they had received after looking at my problem. Work was performed and completed with excellent workmanship and outcome. Had to trench the line but much care was taken to refill and mound the soil so lawn issues were minimal. Thanks to Bo, Aaron, and the crew for a super response and a well done job. These guys are good!

Ryan got my call when I was actually out of town, he came over without me being home to do an inspection. He gave me a quote on the spot after inspecting the home. Once I was able to ask a few questions and decided to move forward, He and his team started on it 1 days later and finished 2 days (due to the rain). He is also offering to come back to smooth out the yard after all the digging once the ground is dried up.Totally recommend him for this kind of work.

It is never good when you are making an emergency call for a plumber late on a Friday afternoon! But Ryan answered the phone and got his team out to my house to address a backed up sewer line, even though their work day was wrapping up. They quickly assessed and stabilized the situation.
