    All of the employees that we interacted with including, Tim, Joe, Austin, Taylor, Mark, and Amber, plus more, were absolutely phenomenal! They executed the process to help diagnose and repair our plumbing emergency. They communicated with us regularly and were always amazingly friendly. Our main water line burst under our garage and it was no easy fix but they persevered and fixed it as efficiently as possible. We are immensely grateful and would recommend this company to anyone!     Incredibly pleased and thankful for Smiths. Allen was super personable with great communication. Unfortunately they werent able to clear a blockage from the inside and he and another tech (I missed his name) were out tearing up my driveway at 9 on a Friday night to figure out the problem. They completed all the repairs the next day faster than I expected with my plumbing working like a dream!

    It started with Brock, a proficient, patient, helpful, thorough, and courteous representative of Smith’s Plumbing who arrived at scheduled time. With 3 bids on hand, after Brock responded to my questions on different brands of tankless, position of gas and water pipes, along with a competitive price, It was an EASY decision to have Smith’s Plumbing replacing my 2 tanks water heater with a Rinnai RSC 199 tankless!Respectful, pleasant, and skillful install crew, Cody and Eli along with roofer Scott, took great care to protect wood floor and extra careful with hauling equipment up and down the stairs. The tankless water heater was up and running prior to 5PM on the same day.Rest assured it was my first and surely not my last experience with Smith’s Plumbing as I am an extremely pleased customer!

    Will Newman was so professional when he arrived at my home to run a camera to look at my sewer system. What I really appreciated the most was the HANDSHAKE when he greeted me! That was unexpected and rare when I have dealt with other companies in the past. Will explained the process and could relate to the issue I was having. The young lady that answers the phone was also very nice and helpful. I was referred by my parents and I am so glad I went with Smiths Plumbing. It is also a plus the company is a supporter of Bartlett Police Dept, so gold stars in my book for service and community support!

    We had a great experience with Smith’s and our plumber Allen. The staff we spoke to by phone were pleasant and efficient and they were able to get someone to our home much more quickly than I anticipated. Allen was able to diagnose our issue quickly and gave us quotes that we felt were reasonable and fair. He fixed our issue same day. If we need to use plumbing services again we will be contacting Smiths and requesting Allen for any future issues.

    We noticed our water heater had a leak and called Smith’s Plumbing Services. Even though we called after regular business hours, Joe H. came out and was able to fix our problem the same night. He was kind, considerate, and obviously enjoys his work.     Ethan worked with us after our big box store toilet developed a crack and caused water damage to our floors. He helped us select a replacement toilet and installed same day. After the flooring was replaced he came back out and re-installed the Toto 12” with bidet and an additional 10” Toto. He was prompt, courteous and very helpful. Smiths Plumbing is the only plumbers I will ever use.

    I cant say enough about the outstanding service I received from Smiths Plumbing Services, particularly from Allen. I had been dealing with a persistent sewer smell in my home, and after having two other plumbers out who couldn’t figure out the cause, I was starting to lose hope. Then, Allen came to the rescue.What set Allen apart was his thorough approach. He took the time to explain every possible scenario that could have been causing the issue with my toilet and provided transparent pricing for each option, so there were no hidden fees. His honesty and clear communication were incredibly reassuring.Beyond that, Allen didn’t just stop at fixing the toilet. I asked him to take a look at my shower and an outside faucet. Despite the extra tasks, he didn’t hesitate to help. He fixed my shower, which had been rattling since I bought the house, by simply replacing the cartridge—something another plumber had suggested would require cutting into the wall. Allen’s solution was much less invasive and saved me a lot of hassle.I truly appreciate Allens integrity; he clearly cares about doing the job right, not just making money. He even took the time to clean up after himself, leaving everything spotless.When I’m ready to address the outside faucet or have any other plumbing needs, I will definitely be calling Smiths Plumbing Services again, and if possible, I’ll request Allen.     Tyler the Technician was professional and knowledgeable about my problems. He explained everything thoroughly and offered several options that would help me to resolve my problem. Tyler and his assistant returned a second visit to repair the kitchen sink faucet. He arrived on time and problem was repaired quickly.     Our tech, Brandon, was very thorough and was able to do the work same day. He was on time and professional and talked me through our plumbing issues so we knew what to inspect. He went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved ! He also inspected our other water spigots and our hot water heater as well. We were contacted as well by Smith plumbing to keep us updated on Brandon’s arrival time .

    We had a water leak from a pipe in the wall. I called Conway Services and the guy quoted $5,800.00. I called Smiths and they came and repaired the day I called. The technician, Steven Reeves, was on time , professional andid a great job all under $700.00. I HIGHLY recommend Smiths and I am no longer doing business with Conway. They should be ashamed of their business practice.

    Pilot light would not stay lit on my water heater and after diagnosing the possible causes, the technician Steven offered me a free estimate of couple options. I could either replace the specific part or, due to the age of my tank, replace the entire unit. I opted to replace the part myself, and Steven shared some pointers from his professional experience. Overall very satisfied with my experience.

    Called Smith’s plumbing about a tub that wasn’t draining in my newly purchased house. Ethan (service technician) was able to quickly identify and explain the issue. He took the time to explain all my options with pro’s and con’s as well as give me price estimates for each prior to choosing an option. The option he recommended was affordable and solved the problem. Afterwards, he sent a video detailing the original issue and the way he solved it for me to keep for my records. Smith’s gained a customer for life.

    Smiths Plumbing is my plumber for life, and if the rest of the company is as good as Ethan was, then I would honestly trust these people to babysit my kids! He was kind, thoughtful, direct, found and diagnosed the issue, resourceful, and treated me and my roommate like old friends- but in the good way, like old friends who love and respect eachother, not old friends who secretly had a rivel in highschool and pretended not to- and overall, it was an unmatched experience. I am very thankful to have my toilet functioning, and he also explored the rest of the slightly haunted home I live at. Hire this man for ghost busters or something lmao because he went to the basement- no one, no one goes, to the basement. ANYWAY he made it out alive and left me some options on other work Ive been meaning to have done. He was charming, funny, and most of all- a dang good plumber!Would recommend! Great value for money, time, effort, and lifelong customer made in the process.

    We had a leak on the second story that was causing concern. We called Smiths Plumbing at 6:30PM and within 20 minutes our technician, Ethan Saari, was on his way!! He immediately found the leak and fixed the root cause of it. Not only that, he went above and beyond and gave us a referral for mold inspection/removal. They called and scheduled while Ethan was still here working (it’s 8:30pm on a Sunday night!) This is unbelievably helpful and one less thing we had to worry about and ensure everything is safe. Exceptional, high quality service. My only regret is that we hadn’t called Smiths and Ethan for all our plumbing needs before.

After dealing with another plumbing company that came out for less than 10 minutes, gave an outrageous quote, and still wanted a $100 service charge, I decided to give Smith’s a call.Technician Ethan S. came out and immediately let me know the situation, explained it to me in terms where I (non-plumber) could understand, and gave me a price that fit my budget and felt fair and reasonable. He also let me know that if anything were to change, he would stop work and let me know of any price changes. Ethan went right to work and got everything done in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and had great customer service. He let me know why he started working for Smith’s and that the owner gives back to the community. Smith’s plumbing is the best. Give them a call for all your plumbing needs!

    After I worked on our clogged pipes and leaking sink for over 7 hours, within 2 hours before my daughter’s party starts, crisis has now been diverted with the help of Dustin Smith and Smiths Plumbing Services coming out and saving the day.I’ve known Dustin since he was 18 years old way before he started Smith’s. I remember when he got started in plumbing and talking to him one day when he called me needed some labor because he was in a ditch hand digging a trench himself. Now he has one of the biggest and best plumbing businesses in the city. But it didn’t just happen by chance. I have referred people to his business since he started working for himself and but fortunately never had to use him as I am usually pretty handy. But when I needed someone, they were here and came in clutch. His tech, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly (and he’s a bbq’er like me). Even never using them I still have always referred people because I know Dustin, know his character, know how he runs his business, and ask any of his employees and you will see how he treats his family of employees plus not to mention his 1000’s 5 star Google reviews. But now that I have had to use them, I can say from experience, if you ever need a plumber, Dustin and Smith’s Plumbing ARE your plumbers for LIFE! Thank you again Dustin!

    Brandon is an outstanding member of the Smith Plumbing services team! We had to replace an antique air conditioner system, and needed the drain lines checked before proceeding. Brandon worked tirelessly to try to find the source of blockage in our system. He also mapped out an excellent plan to reinstall drainage pipes at the correct angle and elevation to make our complete air condition system work perfectly!     Thank you to Ethan and Smith’s Plumbing for coming out to help us on Sunday evening during an after hours call to help us with a busted toilet that caused water damage. Ethan was very professional and informative. He replaced our toilet and referred us to a water mitigation company for water damage repairs. I appreciate Ethan helping us during our time of need which was outside normal business hours. He even came back a few days later when there was a slight drip and to remedy the situation. He waited over an hour to make sure everything was bone dry which I appreciate. He was also very informative and helpful by explaining everything to do with plumbing.

    Just completed an initial visit by Smith’s Plumbing experts Cabe and Hunter. Had some shower drain issues and wanted a full house review (as I’d just purchased a year ago). They were pleasant, thorough, helpful, and efficient. I had a full house estimate to be completed in less than a day and they did the entire process including estimate review in just over an hour. They even tightened up some leaky faucets while they were at it!With a house over 85 yrs old, I feel quite satisfied with the estimate and their work.Highly recommend!!!

    Hunter with Smiths Plumbing just finished installing two Toto toilets for us. I was thoroughly impressed with Hunter and the job he did. He visited our house on Tuesday and he personally installed both toilets on Wednesday. He made an appointment, confirmed the appointment by text, sent a text that he was coming with a gps link to track him, called 30 minutes before he arrived and he arrived on time. He answered my dozens of questions. He fulfilled every promise and was professional in every way. Hunter was over the top in knowledge and service. Do not hesitate at their price. It is worth every penny.

    I was very thankful for Smith’s getting us on their schedule within a couple of business days! Other companies had us booked multiple weeks out.Our technician, Allen, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He came initially to assess a leaky faucet and shower head but while at the house, he took the time to inspect all faucets / under all cabinets in the house to check for any other potential issues. He even checked our AC units in the attic and provided helpful maintenance tips!When it came to fixing our leaky faucets, Allen provided options for repair and for replacement along with his technical recommendation. He also highlighted risks related to executing the repairs so I was aware of all potential outcomes (regarding time and money).A very positive experience with Smith’s and with Allen.     I am new to Memphis and needed a new hot water heater and a variety of other plumbing needs. After reading all the 5-star reviews of Smith’s Plumbing, my decision on a company was made. The experience from the quote to install was as expected (based on the reviews) - absolutely professional. The installer - Cody - showed up on time and inspired confidence from the start. Each portion of our job was done professionally, including a hot water heater replacement in a pull-down attic above the garage. Cody and his team did a terrific job!! There is more to the story, however. Part of our extensive quote involved a new vent through our roof, which required another contractor and additional cost. This cost was included in our original quote, but they found a new vent that did not require any roof modification - good news. I called Will, who provided the original quote, to discuss the fact that this roof work was not necessary. He whole-heartedly agreed and refunded that portion of the job within minutes...single digit minutes. Actually, I believe the money was refunded less than 2 minutes, and I am not embellishing. If you are new to Memphis (or not) and want the best, call Smith’s Plumbing. I have owned a multitude of homes in many different states over the years. I immediately made Will/Smith’s Plumbing a contact on my phone and will be the first phone call I make for ANY plumbing needs. *updated 11/4/2020 - we used them for new clawfoot tub and new toilets. They were, once again, FANTASTIC!

He helped me compare options based on price and function so I could make the best choice for me. Also he didn’t try to sell me on more expensive options.     I am a facility maintenance manager of 20 years. I need a new water heater. As much as I would prefer DIY this. Im not going to break my back getting a water heater in/out of my attic. Tyler, my tech, understood that I am experienced and didnt talk down to me. I wanted a specific Bradley White tank and they offer those when other companies didnt. Before I could finish saying the model number Tyler already had it pulled up on his tablet. To be candid I am paying $200 more than another quote, but Tyler was so professional, on time and didnt talk over or at me that I choose to use Smiths Plumbing. I will update after the project.UPDATE - I changed my five star review to four stars. There were minor issues during and after installation. Also, the job didnt get completed during the scheduled appointment. I was told I would get a call to reschedule. I waited nearly a week with no follow-up or calls to schedule a time to come back. I finally had to call them & they didnt know what I was calling about.The work that was done is good quality

    Smiths Plumbing conducted themselves with professionalism, kindness and honesty. They did such a good job with all of the things they did: faucet install, refrigerator water line, pressure valve and the main shut-off to the house. All were done so well and efficiently. Brandon did a great job providing us with a quote and answered all of the many questions I had. The work was performed by a number of people (Brandon, Hunter, Johnie and a few others), and they were all great.     WOW! So thankful that we chose Smiths plumbing this time. First let me say, Thanks Kourtny!! When Kourtny set our appointment, she must have heard the frustration in my voice because she waived the service fee when I said weve already paid a company to come out and give us a ridiculous estimate. However, our plumber Hunter from Sniths was very professional and respectful. In other words he didnt act like we were old buddies by calling me by my first name - I was the customer Ms. Jones. But he was also personable. He had a good attitude as if he liked his job and we even had a few laughs while he worked. Most importantly though, he knew his job, did it quickly, and the leaks were fixed. We have a six month warranty.We had two issues: the backyard faucet needed repairing and the valves in the bathtub faucets needed replacing. Hunter fixed the backyard faucet in 10min. He didnt have to cut out the Hardy board siding on the house, like the other company said they had to do, and so, charge us a special price for the special job. I am impressed with the service and with the technician.Furthermore, we took up the bathroom rugs so they wouldnt get muddied up by the plumber. Guess what Hunter showed up to the door with? Shoe covers to protect the floors🤯 WHAT⁉️ And cleaned up after himself🤯 WHAT⁉️I see why this company is top-rated and wish I had known about them sooner.     My pipes for the whole house were clogged. Called this plumbing service company last night, and in the morning Cabe Baltimore (employee at the company) called me and said he could be at my house within 10 minutes. I explained to him what I thought was the issue, and using my prognosis he detailed a plan for me over the phone before he even got here. Once here, Cabe and his trainee (another well-mannered professional whose name I’m unfortunately can not remember at this moment), walked me through the two options. One was a lot cheaper option and didn’t require taking out the toilet. After a couple hours of work, they managed to figure out the cause of the clog, a gatorade bottle! We were all perplexed on how it got there, but Cabe and his trainee worked diligently to get the bottle out as well as the rest of the clog. After, they had me test the bathrooms and everything was back to normal. As a typical client, I stood over them a lot just watching and conversed. These guys were friendly, experts at their job, and overall just have a great head on their shoulders. Smith’s should be more than happy to have two great men representing their company. By noon, everything was back to normal and for definitely a competitive price. I would highly recommend Smith’s, and ask for these two guys if possible!

We discovered water seeping up in our yard after regular hours but someone was there to take our call and get the ball rolling for us.     Started with some leaks at the kitchen faucet. Within the day Smith’s had come out and evaluated our situation finding that the faucet needed to be replaced. We purchased one on our own and 2 days later Smith’s was out to do the install. After installation, all seemed well and good but another leak developed an hour later.     This is my second time using Smiths Plumbing and was glad I did! Our drain in the tub on our second floor was completely clogged and overflowing from a backup from the AC which uses the same outflow pipe.     Outstanding service! We called on day 3 of some of the worst snow to hit Bartlett/Memphis in a very long time. We had checked the attic to ensure everything was ok only to learn that 1 of our 2 hot water heaters was about to cause a huge problem. We called and they came Wednesday to review the situation and get us on the schedule. They were able to send two technicians to remove AND install the new hot water heater Wednesday afternoon.     This is a review from receiving a quote for a leak under my driveway. I have not used them yet, so this is just my first impressions. The company is very professional and has techniques implemented the most, if not, all company should actually use. First of all they did do reminders, which I do appreciate greatly for my appointment. The thing they did that really got my attention was not only did they remind me of my appointment but the day of my appointment they texted me and emailed me a picture of the gentleman that would be showing up to my house to give me my quote. This is something I think every company should do just to add a level of security for the customer as well as the employee. Will Newman is the gentleman that came out to give us a quote. He gave us two options and let us know that he understands that money can be an issue so he did not try to pressure us into taking the more expensive route.     I have a leaking bathtub faucet and had purchased parts to repair the issue. I replaced those parts and still had a leak. I called Smiths and one of their plumbers, I think his name was Will, called me and talked through the issue. After speaking for a minute, he told me that yes he could come take care of this issue but advised it may be worth trying one more spring/gasket replacement which is available at Home Depot or Lowes. I sincerely appreciate the honesty and help. I will replay these pieces and hopefully save myself some money. If it doesnt work, I will gladly contact Smiths again to fix the issue. It is always refreshing when I am treated as a person rather than a payday. Great experience even if this doesnt fix my issue.

    Smiths Plumbing (Ryan specifically) totally saved the day. After completing a pantry upgrade on a Saturday, we detected wet drywall on the following Monday. Tuesday evening we cut out some drywall to find that we had put 2 screws through a pipe. We had to turn off our water (not ideal with a preschooler) and scramble to find someone who might be available. Ryan was 10 minutes away and came straight here. He had the repair done in less than 2hours. He was professional and so personable. We enjoyed talking with him and he gave us an estimate before starting and explained everything along the way. He gave us quotes in a very non-pushy way for a couple other things we mentioned and a referral for the drywall repair. The price was extremely reasonable and we were SO satisfied with the service.
