I called early afternoon and they came out the same day to give estimate on replacing fresh water line from the meter to the house. United was the 4th plumber I had come give estimates. Rockie was knowledgeable, professional, easily understood my situation, & was fine with any changes I wanted. Not only gave the best price but gave an option to save me even more money. Wait time is everything with plumbing issues so I was very pleased when they came out sooner than expected both for the estimate and when the work started. Work was completed in 1 day. I can barely tell my yard was dug up after completion which saved me even more money without needing to put new sod down. The price was exactly what was quoted, no hidden or additional costs. I own rental properties and Ill now only use United for all my plumbing issues!

Ive used United Plumbing for a few jobs in my home. I really enjoy working with them and would recommend them to anyone.When I called for assistance, I got a real person on the phone. They were incredibly polite and helpful for scheduling service. Before anyone arrived, I received a text that they were on the way along with information about the rep coming to work.The reps arrived on time and are super cordial and friendly. They were knowledgeable and worked quickly. They were able to resolve all my problems in a professional manner and at a reasonable price.Top notch plumbers!

I recently had a problem with a slow leak that suddenly made itself known. A call late in the afternoon to United Plumbing and they scheduled me for the next morning. James Tucker came a half hour earlier than scheduled, and got right to work. It was a long tedious process, but he proved to be an excellent dectective. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and persistent. He found the little pinprick leak and did an excellent job of repairing it. He had to remove several steps and he did so with care. He also cleaned up after the job was done. I would highly recommend United Plumbing and James Tucker.

I’ve been renovating a 100 year old duplex and have had 6 different plumbers for various tasks. Rocky and John from United are more than a step above all the others. They were super quick, but also helped explain some confusions I had with the general plumbing. I voiced to them my frustration with waiting 3 weeks to hear back from another plumbing company on replacing my water heater (yes, we were without hot water for a month), and Rocky and John said “dude we can put that in like tomorrow.” They made it happen.
