We were very pleased with the service we received. The receptionist who made our appointment was really nice. Chris Stiles, the technician, was top-notch. He arrived early, he is very smart, he took the time to explain things where we could understand, he was patient in answering all our questions, he is respectful, and great guy. We needed three things fixed and it didnt take as long as we expected and we felt the price was fair. We will call Mister Greenway again and we will request Chris.

My ac unit locked up last year on a Sunday. I called Mr. Greenway and a highly trained service professional was there in less than 2 hours. He did a thorough inspection and determined my issue was an easy repair and it was fixed on the spot. Because of this, I signed up for an annual maintenance program. Since then, I have had an electrical inspection as well as an inspection and maintenance on my furnace. I would highly recommend Mr Greenway as they can provide a wide range of services and are easy to work with.

The technician, Adam, was awesome and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and told me what caused the problem. I had already had 2 other people from 2 different companies look at my furnace, neither one of them told me what actually caused the problem. Greenway provided quick service as well. I’m 100% satisfied and definitely will call them again for my HVAC services versus another company.

Sorry it’s taken so long to post this review, I was so thrilled with Mr Greenway I couldn’t wait to share.Anyway….I had a pretty decent gas leak, you know the kind that scares you…especially financially? Pablo and Junior came to the rescue, oh they were so professional and friendly. Junior had a hunch what it was and put my fears to rest. He was correct. Billy installed a home backup generator at my home last October. This past weekend it was put to the test with a power outage and it was so nice to have power in less than a minute automatically while our area was without power for 5 hours. Billy promptly scheduled time with me to provide the generator quote when requested. He stayed in touch with me and answered my calls while the generator was ordered to plan the installation. We had one minor issue during installation that we called him at 5am in the morning and he was at our home by 6 am to resolve our concerns. He and his team were very professional throughout the project and were dedicated to completing the project which was a 4 day effort!I highly recommend Mister Greenway, I have also had them install 2 ACs and a new furnace over the past 9 years. Adam was great to work with also on my HVAC jobs and Generator!

Was very disappointed with Greenway for not getting to my annual heat unit inspection until December 19th, some 6 weeks after having to use our heaters off n on. However, I’d like to applaud my young technician Mateo who came out today to complete. He’s a 5 in my book.Just so happy I didn’t have a problem earlier prior to inspection.

I would like to thank HVAC technicians, Oz and Daniel, for the excellent service they provided in installing my HVAC system. These guys worked non stop for 5 days and took on a challenging project. They were very professional and organized the project with electricians, roofers, and plumbers. They called each day to let me know they were twenty minutes away and kept me informed of the installation process. I will forever be a Greenway customer because this company took on a project that 3 other HVAC companies didnt want to do. Thanks to the entire team involved in making this project a success!

I recently had my hot water heater replaced by Greenway Plumbing, here in Cordova Tn and couldn’t be more pleased with the set I received Rondo, the technician, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. I had some hesitation initially due to previous reviews, but I am happy to say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. Rondo made sue everything was done efficiently and even asked to sweep up the garage. He took the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable with the work being done. Zach from Mr Greenway just saved me over $1500!!! When my toddler woke me up at 4am, I quickly realized I had no heat. In my sleep-deprived panic, I found a competitor. When the competitor quoted me over $1600 in repairs, I got suspicious. I called Mr Greenway for a second opinion. Zach came out quickly, and let me know my system was okay, but my problem was actually MLGW-related. I feel silly for not going with Mr Greenway first, but theyll be the only ones I call in the future!

Follow up review: Once again Mister Greenway came to the rescue! Our 20 year old water heater started leaking December 23rd. Aaron arrived around 5pm and quickly came up with a plan to stop the leak and restore hot water to our home. I recently purchased a Generic Standby Generator from them for my home. Billy Flynn manages their generator devision and he was so easy to work with. I knew right away he was the guy to install our generator. Less than 24 hrs after our install we had our first utility outage. The generator automatically powered up and restored power to our home with 90 secs. Im actually writing this reviews using its power! WAY TO GO MISTER GREENWAY!

I typically hate having to be the one home when a service repair man comes, but Presley just left our house to unclog a pipe due to a leak and he was so incredibly helpful! Love that he did not mind me asking questions about our unit, potential issues with water line, and he explained thoroughly exactly what he did and possible issues that may arise in the future. I called Mister Greenway after dealing with another HVAC company for a week. My system would not power on at all. The other AC company was unable to repair the system they wired and installed and pretty much went MIA by not responding my calls and texts. Mister Greenway sent out a tech within 2 hours of my call to them on a Friday. The tech, Jeremy, was very knowledgeable and after some troubleshooting was able to identify the problem and get the HVAC unit operating the same day. He explained the problem that was unable to be identified by the other company and showed me their wiring work. I highly recommend!

Our unit was blowing hot air and it made our house ridiculously uncomfortable. To make matters worse, this started happening around 5 PM so we were concerned about getting someone to show up since it was getting late. My Wife reached out to Mr. Greenway and they were quick to dispatch someone to our residence. We were fortunate enough to have Zach S. as our technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, and able to quickly resolve the issue for us. We’ve had a handful of HVAC woes and used other companies in the past, which provided mediocre results at best. Having heard the classic “Mr. Greenwayyyy!!!!” jingle, we decided to check out their reviews and saw nothing but positivity, so we decided to take our chances with them. It was hands down the best HVAC response we’ve ever had and we regret not reaching out to them sooner. Highly recommend using this company and ask if Zach S. is available, he will take care of you!!!!

EDIT - 02.07.2024 - Ive updated my stars to reflect the customer service weve received. After posting my initial review, I received a call from the customer care line and the representative we spoke to was very understanding of my grievances and we came to a resolution that everyone is happy with.We had an after hours plumbing emergency and Mr. Greenway was one of the only plumbers that answered. The technician didn’t actually get to our house until later the following morning. The tech himself was extremely nice, but we ended up paying over $500 for him to be at our home for an hour, run a camera down the vent shaft to tell us there was a probable root blocking the line, and tell us it would be over $1k to try to dislodge the clog and over $3k to install a cleanout to make future issues easier to deal with. I don’t necessarily disagree with the estimates, but $425/hr + service call fee felt like a bit much.

I joined Greenway as a VIP last year when my pipes burst then because the techs at Greenway were so kind and efficient. I thought I might be done with burst pipes, but my last remaining old pipes burst this year, so I was grateful we had joined Greenway as we knew they would help. But our tech this year, Joe, was more than helpful - he was amazing. He was thoughtful, lovely, gracious, and also incredibly efficient, in what was one of the coldest nights weve had yet. When we apologized for him working in the cold, he said I dont mind. I dont really see how its fair for me to have water and you not to have water. What an absolutely humble thing to say when he could have been frustrated or angry or brusk. We highly recommend Mister Greenway and are now a big advocate for Joe!

Im not happy with the service provided by Mr. Greenway. I had to file a dispute with Wells Fargo to get help with my account. Code enforcement has been out 3 times and failed the repair that Mr. Greenway charged me $3800 to fix. I lost time from work (3times) to be there when someone came out I asked if they (Mr. Greenway) would be willing to allow some type of allotment for the times Ive had to be there to let someone in, and I was told that the code enforcement was not necessary but at the time I had the repairs done, they told me that code enforcement would come out to inspect and made it seem like it was necessary at that time. I am so over it at this point. Call Conway or someone, else this family business is horrible. I said what I said!UPDATE12/01/2023 Im happy to say that I went from a never-again customer to a customer for life. after speaking with upper management all of my concerns were addressed promptly and the outcome was one that I was truly satisfied with. I want to first start by saying that I genuinely enjoyed the plumber and this is not a reflection of him, his work, or communication. I had a shower cartridge that needed replacing, which I have done before. When I got to the shower cartridge in the wall, it was not wanting to come out as they can be finicky at time. I decided to give up and just get a plumber to do it. I called Mister Greenway and they promptly set an appointment for the next day, which I appreciated. My technician arrived on time and before he started the service, quoted $600 for the repair (includes tech fee which was $70ish).I was absolutely stunned. The part costs $50 at any home improvement store, so we are talking $470ish to unscrew 2 screws and 1 hex bolt. He quoted me before he began the work and I understood he doesnt set the prices. I needed it repaired as it was the master bath so I told him to go ahead. He was in and out of there in 15-20min. The last couple days I have been calling other local plumbers in the area and all of them are giving quotes closer to $200.Again, this isnt a knock on the expeditiousness or quality of the service, communication, or the technician; but rather Mister Greenways current pricing model. I would highly recommend price checking with other companies for plumbing work, as it seems these arent exactly competitive or really even in the ballpark.UPDATE:Someone from Mr. Greenway customer service team gave me a call and straightened everything out with me. Genuinely the customer service Ive received from start to finish has been outstanding and couldnt be happier with the results.

Our AC went out during some thunderstorms and subsequent power outage. While trying to troubleshoot it ourselves we found some plumbing issues, so we decided to call the pros. My husband called on Thursday to get scheduled for Saturday, the operator was friendly and promptly booked appointments for each tech, they were upfront with the service fees and all of that information. Both the plumbing and the HVAC technicians showed up early, and were very thorough. They kept us informed of what they were doing, and that other things may come up with those things. They answered every question we had along the way. Adam and Zach were awesome, very friendly, even answering when we asked if little Whit from the radio ads really works there. He told us yeah and that he likes to check out all the work vans. We appreciated the amazing friendliness these two showed. In our opinion you guys have definitely lived up to your reputation and we look forward to working with this awesome family owned company again, for routine maintenance, instead of breakdowns of course. I spoke with a supervisor named Jason and with the company President, Devin Williams the day after my first review. Both were very apologetic and went above and beyond in resolving all issues in a timely manner. Jason sent Larry to resolve our issue and had the issue resolved within an hour of his arrival! Larry was professional and knowledgeable about our issue. He was also VERY thorough. He tested the heat pump, emergency heat, and the air conditioning before pronouncing the issue resolved. Zach then made a followup visit today where he looked everything over and assured me that he was ordering a new door for the inside unit. Chris Stiles from Mister Greenway came out to give us a second quote for some very expensive main line cast iron replacement that had bottomed out. When he scoped the line out it turns out there was no cast iron (hence no rust out). The whole house was PVC that was structurally sound but simply had some grease build-up. Three hours later we have the cleanest pipes in the neighborhood (which we could see on his scope) and the total price was $500 versus the $14,000 from the first quote. The sad part is this was my daughters house and the first quote gave her serious anxiety. The good news is Chris spent at least an extra hour helping her understand what was really going on and that unfortunately the other vendor either was scamming her or at the minimum not trained to read his scope properly. Thanks Chris and to Mister Greenway keep hiring terrific people.

Nothing available til “tomorrow afternoon”, but took it. Called back a few hours later with an AM cancellation, and took that. Office staff very polite & actually understands the “urgency” of such issues. Cheapest Service charge out there, and both reasonable/fair in pricing, and prompt/courteous in services. Did not leave a mess behind. Even ran D/W to be sure it didn’t back up in sink after his “big gun” machine finally cleared a monstrous clog. Very grateful for Greenway- highly recommend!!

Mr Ellis was fantastic and knew exactly what he was doing. He and the call center lady get 5 stars for outstanding service and communication. The reason I gave the review overall 4 stars was because of my initial scheduled cleaning where the tech arrived at 7:30pm for a 12-5 window to clean 3 units. There was no communication from Greenway about our status until I called at 4:30 to inquire about the timing, I was told we were on the schedule and the tech was running behind schedule, but I was not told the technician would come as late as 7:30 (thankfully, I was home as I had been since noon). The tech was very polite and did the best he could. He realized one unit wasn’t blowing, so I would need to schedule a repair, thus one of my 3 units wasn’t able to be cleaned. However daylight ran out and he had to do the outdoor work in the dark. I wasn’t pleased about that. On the follow up service call, Mr. Ellis had everything working within about 1/2 hour and now my downstairs is cool.

Awesome company with outstanding service. Mister Greenway has done just about everything over ~ 30 years in our home- initially because weve had a contract with AHS for decades. Greenway was the vendor AHS usually deployed. In 2020, I also enrolled in Greenways VIP customer service at their suggestion. (At their suggestion, I also bought a supply of Aprilaire filters through Amazon at a fraction of the cost of $89/per filter. Through that contract Dawson came out to do preventive maintenance on 2 heating units. We needed a ___ wheel (dont recall the exact name) cleaned because the filter hadnt been changed. The end of the story is they didnt charge me for that cleaning ($650+) because the non-filter change was their responsibility. Dawson went to get the filters (12) I would need over the next 2 years. Thanks to Josh from Mr. Greenway for a job well done repairing our busted water line. Had two plumbing companies come out and paid service fee for each with no results. Josh made the repair within an hour at a very reasonable cost. Again, many thanks to Greenway. Also we have a maintenance contract with Greenway and they are always on time to inspect/clean or make recommendations for repairs.

My compressor went out on my new A/C system. I was out of town so the person house sitting for me called in the issue. There was a miscommunication and Mister Greenway thought no one would be home until I returned. After clarifying the miscommunication, Mike called me to update me on my part and to ensure me that they were all over this. I spoke with him on 7/11/2022 at 3:11 PM He has also called me several times to follow up.In about 24 hours, Zach and CJ were on site completing the necessary repairs. Zach and CJ were courteous, professional and very respectful of my time and property. In my opinion, Mike and the team went above and beyond to ensure this customer was satisfied.I would like to note that I have been in the customer service business for almost 35 years. Today it is rare to see the kind of dedication and commitment I was shown by the Mister Greenway team. Good customer service goes a long way. My sincere thank you to the entire Greenway team.

In my initial visit, the technician and I discussed my issues, and we both presumed that my toilet leak was due to a bad wax seal. Without ever touching my toilet, he gave me a price to fix my leak, and i agreed to pay him to do it.30 minutes after he left, I heard my toilet running. I took the lid off and saw that the float arm was broken. Then I saw that the floor was still wet, I personally had to crawl on the floor to find where the leak was. I cut the water off.Then I called the office and told them the tech somehow broke the float arm in my toilet bowl and that i was still leaking water on my floor. I was told that they would get back to me.Around 7 that evening, I just had to go buy a $15 kit with a new float and replace it myself so I could use my toilet that night.The next day, I waited till 11 am with no contact, so I called the office again. I was told the tech would be back between noon and 5.Around 5:15, the tech called me. I told him what was going on and where my leak was actually coming from. He proceeded to tell me that was a different issue and that it would be an additional charge. I explained how, in my opinion, that he didnt diagnose the issue, fixed something that wasnt broken, and caused a different issue. Therefore, I didnt expect to pay additional money.After calling his supervisor, he called back and agreed to come fix the leak at no additional charge. He showed up around 6 pm and was here for 15 minutes, fixed the leak, and left with no mention of the time and money I spent to fix the float arm he broke.

I love their membership for being able to get 2 checkups a year.The only thing I wish they did is reach out to the customers for their winter/summer checkups instead of waiting for the customer to call in and schedule. Me GreenWay was fast and efficient. My fridge has not been working too and bottom for over a week. He dx’ed the issue in less than 20 min. My compressor had locked up and I needed a replacement. Unfortunately there was nothing further he could do to correct the issue but contacted the rental company to let them know of the issue. The bright side is I am getting a replacement while they wait on the part for the other one. I am pleased with the outcome and resolution.

If I could give 10 stars, I WOULD! Highly recommend!! Through American Home Shield, they sent DRAIN GO on yesterday and they basically ripped me off. They are a JOKE! Jacob from Mister Greenway came today and did the same thing he did and was able to unclog it even though I still had another issue. It was later fixed though. I had the pleasure of dealing with the 3 Js today, Jacob, Josh and Joe!! Jacob was my initial call and he was amazing and did everything so that I could bathe and use the restroom. I had an additional problem and Josh and Joe came this evening and took care of it with the quickness. Now I do not have to worry about any backup coming through my tubs and I can flush in peace!! Thank YALL SOO MUCH!!!!
