    These guys really went above and beyond to solve our AC problems. When I pulled up to the house during the afternoon, my dash read 99° outside and this is what our thermostat read inside. This time last week it was 85° in our home so needless to say I’m beyond a happy customer! I couldn’t recommend reaching out to Richard, Chris, and Rickie for any and all of your HVAC needs. Their same-day promise is no joke and the price was extremely reasonable. Hit these guys up and you won’t regret it!

    Lundon was at our house today. He did an OUTSTANDING job. He went beyond our expectations in trying to figure out a problem we have with the heat. He even went into the attic to figure it out.     The employees were extremely helpful and polite. They answered all our questions and did not try to sell us anything more expensive.     Wanted to send a huge thank you to Crowe Services / Crowe Heating & Air.I have had the pleasure of knowing this crew for almost 2 years now. When my heater went out they came to look. I had a home warranty and they already told me I needed to replace the whole unit, but wanted over $13,000 for the whole thing, which seemed high for the size of home.Crowe Services quoted the same thing and added a water heater in for free. They did a great job of explaining my options, and when price was a factor they offered options for more cost-effective units. They also helped by including a warranty and service visits that will keep the long-term costs down.Appreciated the personal touch and highly recommend Crowe Services.

    If you are searching for a locally owned HVAC company, I highly recommend Crowe Services. We have a zoned A/C system in our home that has been difficult to regulate. Daniel Calaio replaced a faulty electronic damper motor and then made adjustments to the unit so that it is cooling the way it should be.Richard Crowe also stopped by to introduce himself and took the time to help Daniel adjust the system to make sure the it was cooling properly.Their charges were very reasonable and I will be using them for all of my HVAC needs!

    Working with Crowe Services was an excellent experience. Pierce was our rep and he was very knowledgeable, personable, and available for all our questions and concerns. We had a brand new HVAC system installed, moved to another location in our attic, and all of our ducts replaced and re-routed to make space to finish our attic. They had all of this done in 3 days. The installation team, led by Seth, was very professional and efficient. Overall, we are very pleased with Crowe Services and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.     In the past I have been forced to use a wide variety of HVAC companies in the Memphis area due to my Home Warranty.     I contacted the company for a diagnosis. The technician was very professional and thorough with letting us know what the problem was. He even noticed other things that we needed to get checked out that we were unaware of, but it had to be addressed by a plumber. He took his time to explain and show what was going on. Wes was very knowledgeable, and I would most definitely recommend this company to someone based upon his professionalism, how notifications were provided, and his ability to provide details with the capability to explain in lamens terms.     I just bought my house in Germantown, and had only been in it about 2 months when we got hit by the Ice storm and lost my power, and my gas logs would not work. I called Friday morning to try to schedule an appointment (lol, I know, like that was going to happen), but they were so nice and concerned and promised to have a technician out that day (shocker)! Not only were they out that day, they were there within 2 hours, and the technician said they just wanted to make sure I got some heat!     We highly recommend Crowe Heating and Air. We had an entire new air conditioning system installed and the entire crew was very careful in covering our floors, and were so polite and helpful when going up and down in the attic and installing the outside unit as well. While we were waiting for the major installation, a Crowe staff person installed window units so that we could endure the 90 degree plus weather.     Finding a good HVAC company is not an easy task. After dealing with three companies either not showing up, or not returning calls, or overall poor customer service, I found Crowe Heating & Air by chance. To describe Crowe Heating, I would say they operate a perfect 3-way relay race. First Leg: My call with the Diane (I think who answered), the appointment scheduler, was my first indication I had found the right company. She was polite and explained what would happen next. Second Leg: Through my interaction with Richard, the estimator, I knew I was in good hands. He was polite and assured me they would complete the work correctly the first time. Anchor/Third Leg: Completing the installation was not an easy task, given the position and close quarters in the attic; however, Tim and crew (the installers) completed the installation and my house has never felt this cool. Their scheduling, communication, promptness, and professionalism place them in a different class of other HVAC companies. If you have HVAC needs, go to Crowe.

    Our previous HVAC company was bought up by a large corporation, whose time line to replace a blower motor was over a week. I called Crowe’s at the recommendation of a neighbor. I was super impressed. They jumped through hoops to help us out and even overnighted the motor we needed to get us fixed by the weekend.     Our 20+year old AC condenser had been giving us issues for about two years. Crowe Heating & Air was quick to come out every time to make minor fixes for what was needed depending on the season to save money did not try to push getting new equipment.Finally after two years of our AC unit causing problems with the whole system we decided to replace it and the 20+yr old furnace because the temps were rising and we only had AC upstairs.Crowe Heating & Air was able to come and install the units within 4 days. They came to our rescue two days before our son was born when our HVAC died. They replaced the whole unit the next day making sure we could bring our baby home to a properly heated home. Fast forward to May and the crew came back to install a home generator for us. They were incredible -- knowledgeable, patient, fairly priced, and dedicated.
