I cant say enough about the service I received from Matt and Blake. They were prompt, polite, and efficient. They showed up on time, got right to work installing my lights and neatly stacked my old fixtures in my garage. The whole process was so easy. Carla was super nice when I called. She had me text photos of the lights that I wanted installed and sent an estimate the following day. I needed to swap out an old ceiling fan with a new one, which isnt unusual. But I needed to do it within a week and I had a 20ft ceiling. An electrician who did not have a tall enough ladder suggested I call Knight Electric and Im so glad I did! Not only did they have an extremely tall ladder, but they were able to get me into their schedule within the week. Matt and Aiden came and did a superb job, were very professional and super nice too. I really enjoyed having them in the house and would use them again for sure. Really responsive and nice company!

Chris and Matt were excellent. They showed up on time, and were friendly to both me and my inquisitive children. They worked quickly and professionally and were extremely clean and neat both in their appearance and their workmanship. They went above and beyond to be sure the finished product was exactly what I wanted. They installed 2 ceiling fans on a bare ceilings, replaced two chandeliers, one with a fan and one with a light, replaced my front door lights, replaced 3 outdoor lights across the back of my deck, and fixing a ceiling fan that was shaking badly and making a lot of noise. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them again and using their services in the future. I am new to the area and am very glad to have found a solid company that I can trust. As an added bonus, Kyle, Chris, and Matt all dealt directly with me, without any condescension or mentions of how I could get my husband to fix it. I appreciate that they respected me as a female and respected the dynamics of our household without skipping a beat. 5 star company

Lights by Knight Electric is an excellent company and offers services at a much lower rate than their competitors. We had Chris as our serviceman, and he was polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond while installing our Ring. He worked quickly and cleaned up, and he did his best at trying to make two technologically inept older women understand how to get the app on their phones to view the new system and did so in a very helpful and patient way. If I ever need any additional electrical work, I know whom to call. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for friendly qualified electricians at a very reasonable price.

This is the second time I have used Lights by Knight and have been impressed each time. They’re easy to work with, they show up on time, and they’re very knowledgeable. Today Matt and Aiden were here. Most of the work was routine but they were very quick and efficient. They ran into one complication. I was impressed by how they handled it. It turned out I had purchased the wrong kind of thermostat, and they did the research to find out exactly what I needed to get. I will absolutely use them again

Matt and Aiden were professional and had patience of writing and communicating with one deaf couple ourselves. They did great job of installing electrical wiring, 5 ceiling fans, 2 light fixtures, and checking the GFCI breaker for the screen porch. Also their office staff was professional and communicated with us promptly; they arranged one county electric inspector to inspect the project work and approved the permit form for our file. We will certainly recommend this electric company to new customers!

A+++ I have nothing negative to say. Matt and Aiden were absolutely 💯 professional from arrival to departure. These two Re great, on time, personable, thorough, great attitudes and what was refreshing was their demeanor, they both seemed happy and like they enjoyed their work! I had 4 Ring, floodlight security cameras installed. Three of them needed to be wired, a new ring doorbell and a garage motion sensor all completed in 4 hrs. I was quoted hourly rates. Very reasonable. They made sure I was able to add the device, have it angled perfectly and before they left, asked me to take a look again to make sure i was happy. I cant say enough good things. Matt is very knowledgeable and helps you to determine the course to go, which is also refreshing compared to some businesses employees who just say its your house you need ro be happy with it. Matt will suggest things based on experience which helped me a lot. Both Matt and Aiden were fantastic. So happy with the experience and work so I will definitely use them again in the future.

I posted in the Culpeper yard sale FB group and asked for recommendations for a reliable and honest electrician, and I received a TON of recommendations for Lights by Knight. I gave them a call that day and we were immediately able to schedule a time for them to come out and look at my house. The project I needed help with was a small one, but Kyle made sure I was not overlooked or forgotten, and he was prompt and professional when he came over for the consultation. I also appreciated that he didnt take up my whole morning with chit-chat, yet he was very kind and personable. We scheduled a day for the work to be done and I was able to meet Ricky, who was just as professional and kind! As a mom of a little baby (whose husband works during the day), I am always a little hesitant of strangers coming to the house when its just the two of us. I can say-without a doubt- that I was immediately at ease with the guys at Lights by Knight. I would 100% recommend this company for any electrical needs you might have and I know that we will definitely be customers for as long as we live in the area!

On a very hot day, after a hard storm, our AC stopped working and we thought we needed an electrician to check the breakers and wiring. Kyle from Lights by Knights Electric returned my call the same day I called and worked us into his schedule. Upon checking the electricity, he let us know that it was not an electrical problem, but the HVAC unit that was not functioning properly. Kyle was professional, very friendly, honest, and fair. I highly recommend Lights by Knights Electric.

I had sporadic power outages in my home that were affecting our appliances and HVAC. I called Lights by Knight and spoke to Kyle Knight. Kyle worked us into his schedule and came out right away to see what was causing the problem. Kyle diagnosed the problem as a failing main breaker and drove to Fredericksburg to get the part we needed. Kyle was able to get our power fixed promptly and was very professional. I was expecting to get a bill, but Kyle covered this under warranty. Kyles willingness to stand behind his work and his treating our home like it was his own really impressed me. I will definitely use Lights by Knight Electric for any electric problems in the future. I cannot overstate how outstanding Kyle was in fixing our problem so quickly.

Very pleased - we were concerned especially about an intermittent outlet problem (which could be dangerous, depending on what was happening). Matt and Aiden arrived and were polite and friendly, and not only replaced the bad outlet and a switch for our porch lights, but they also were able to answer a question about some mystery switches that we had asked at least two previous electricians about and still had no answer! Definitely recommend, and will be calling again for future needs!

LBK changed out our electrical panel, added a whole house surge protector, installed a whole house Generac generator, and wired up our new garage. LBK got the permits, coordinated the work with REC and O.M. Cooperative. LBK did an outstanding job. We also contracted with them to maintain our generator. Late last night I found that none of the wall outlets in my basement had power. This morning I called Lights by Knight LLC, described my problem, and asked to see if someone could come out and fix my electrical issue.Even though there was no one available, I received an unexpected call back from Kyle who suggested things I might check myself. He suspected it was a GFI circuit problem and, if needed, he could stop by on his way to see another customer. I was unsuccessful in finding anything wrong. Kyle did stop by, looked at the wiring, and found the hidden GFI outlet that caused the issue.Kyle went over and above to solve my basement electrical problem! Great customer service and professionalism! I am very grateful and will be a returning customer!
