Jerrid was our technician today and he couldn’t have been more professional. He was confident in his job and spent more time than he should have listening to what we needed. We have a contractor building a deck for us and Jerrid did a great job helping them understand where the irrigation system was located. He also installed a spigot, completed the job quickly and came to the door when he was finished and answered all of our questions. We will be requesting him for any other jobs in the future.

Garrett was more thorough than any other technician we have had out here assessing our system in the last 6 months. The last technician came and went in 5 min and never actually checked the system. Garrett figured a problem with the wifi and our irrigation system which was an issue the last 2 times but neither bothered to fix it. Garret fixed the issue

Nancy was very helpful and Austin, Michael, and the rest of the crew did a great job with all the lines, install, heads, rerouting due to issues with my driveway, roots from oak tree, and everything in between. Austin took the time to show me how to use the new wifi Hydawise controller. Set it and forget it! Wow! Now for all the landscaping next week! Thenstart it up! Will never recommend anyone else than Rainscapes Knoxville!Update 7.8.24. Had a pipe break at the pressure reducing valve Mike came over immediately and fixed it and adjusted all the heads! I want to take this opportunity to praise Zach Roseburgh. We developed a leak in our waterline and Zach came out to our house on the afternoon of July 2. He worked very hard on repairing the line and when it did not hold he started over and worked until 6:30 p.m. He returned to our house at 6:00 a.m. the next morning to turn the water back on and to make sure the repair had held. Update - 7.11.24 my drains and sprinkler heads are complete! I couldn’t be happier with the crew that finished up the project. Both crews had an Austin as the leads and both did marvelous going over and beyond making sure I was updated on any changes with the overall plans and making sure the sprinkler heads were clear and functioning properly.Daniel was fabulous, he came out and checked on the crew and made sure all was running smoothly.Thank you all for your hard work, especially during these extreme temperatures.Pictures to follow !————-7.1.24 I am changing my overall rating again! Rainscapes discovered the error in the project estimate and will be completing the drains as originally requested and discussed with their project estimator. They have done much better with communicating and scheduling.The project manager Daniel has taken great efforts in making sure everyone is on board with the project and had sent out a crew to check the sprinklers to be sure all are working properly and even had moved a sprinkler head and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper watering.Photos to follow when project is completed.———-/////———-unfortunately I have had to change my overall rating. The customer service has been challenging.I had new yard drain lines and an irrigation system installed last month. My yard has dirt mounts and sunken areas that make it merely impossible to mow and to top it off the drains were not put in as expected and discussed. Rather removing the old catch basins and collapsed drain line, they ran a drain line next to it leaving the old material collecting water to lead nowhere.The company just makes excuses and does not take responsibility for their errors. Communication is terrible and has been a complete challenge trying to resolve the matter.Overall, the work was not worth the price !Austin and crew were wonderful. They paid attention to detail, programmed and explained how to use the irrigation system.

For years I’ve had to struggle to find someone reliable to turn on or off my irrigation system at the right time, not to mention performing a repair or upgrade. That all ended when I found Rainscapes — they are a full-service professional irrigation system service approved by our local utility to do anything we need, to include inspections. I went with one of their annual contracts (btw they have a 5 percent military discount) because I was impressed with the quality and speed of the service. I’d like to give a special shout-out to the technician Zach who replaced my backflow device today, and patiently explained the answers to all my questions. JJ says thanks Zach!

I have used Rainscapes for 6 years since we bought present home. I have always left excellent references for the personnel servicing my account and have been very pleased with them. That has now changed with the technician this week. It was for a regular maintenance check and I noticed at the end of a zone check one sprinkler was not working well and pointed this out. I was told it was on a zone with too many heads and not getting enough pressure. I knew this to be incorrect as what he was talking about was actually two zones and not one. I told him This but he said I was wrong but he did nothing to double check. I later performed my own zone test confirming that I was correct, as well as, noticing a number of heads were not providing proper coverage. I also noticed the time on the controller was incorrect after he left and he also had some difficulty in explaining how to turn off the rain sensor. Very disappointed in the service provided and will be advising Rainscapes of such.
