I recently had a water leak outside, I called Maeser to handle the repair. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. Despite the challenging location of the leak, they identified the problem and got to work. The job was completed, and they left my landscaping tidy. Im extremely satisfied with their service. I am very satisfied with the Maeser installation team. These fellows were very experienced and professional. They worked long and hard in +97° temperatures to complete the removal of my old HVAC system and the installation of my new units in record time, less then 6 hours. About a month ago I had them check my mom’s a/c because it wasn’t blowing very cold. A technician put some Freon it but let me know it had a slow leak. He gave me an estimate for that repair if she wanted to pursue it at a later date. Last week her house was hot again so she decided to go ahead with the repair. After discussing it with the tech, it turned out a new outside unit wasn’t much more than the repair and she decided to go ahead and get a new unit. Made total sense to go that route. Hers was about 12 years old so it was a matter of time anyway. They were prompt, friendly, and got her all set up with some nice cold air and she won’t have to worry about it for a long while.Everyone is always so nice from the folks in the office to the techs, installers, and the plumbers. Maeser is my go to for anything I need! They’re honest and not pushy with extra work. I really appreciate that!

The 2 men from Maeser arrived promptly as scheduled. This means a lot as I hate waiting for hours. They introduced themselves and as I explained our problem they covered their shoes to protect my floors. After explaining what needed to be done we agreed on the price. The men were working the entire time. Two new toilets were installed to conserve water and prevent further trips for the current problems. I am completely satisfied with the service and delighted with the look. Everything was left clean and neat.

I recently bought a home built in 1954 and wanted to have the plumbing inspected + estimates on a few jobs. Since day 1, Jim K has been my plumber and advisor on all my jobs. I appreciate his honest assessment of each situation and his recommendations to resolve the issue, both near-term and long-term. Yesterday, he was here to run a water line to my furnace for the humidifier and he discovered the breaker for the hot water heater had broken. Jim was able to escalate this to his boss and get a Maeser electrician on-site in no time. I’m grateful Maeser has so many tradesmen on their team and am grateful for their responsive and efficient service. I’m glad to have found them and look forward to doing business with them for years to come.

We called Maeser Plumbing because we had a kitchen vent stack that was broken where it exits the roof. Our technicians were Josh and Tyler. We were impressed with both of them from the very beginning of our service visit. They took the extra time to fully explain the repairs that were needed and to fully investigate what needed to be done before starting work. They took extra care in cutting the holes that were needed in order to make the repairs and even bought a special tool to make a cut in one of our cabinets since they knew we were concerned about having to cut the cabinets. Their work was excellent and we are extremely pleased with the work that they did. We will definitely ask for Josh and Tyler the next time we have a plumbing issue!

Josh, the technician, was excellent. The toilet replacement was done quickly with perfect results. The only issue was with being late for the appointment. It was scheduled for 10:00 AM and he arrived at 2:30 PM. I certainly understand a delay if a previous job is taking longer than expected but might suggest a courtesy call from Maeser to make the customer aware of the situation. Other than this one time Maeser has always been on-time and a great company to work with.

Highly recommend! We’ve had a water pressure/temperature issue with our shower since we bought our house years ago. Multiple plumbers have quoted over a thousand dollars & basically having to tear into our shower wall to fix it. The problem recently got worse so we decided to try Maeser & I’m so glad we did. Mark came out the same day I called & fixed the problem within 30 minutes!! I’m amazed. They saved us so much time & money, compared to what we would have dealt with if we’d let one of the other companies do the job. His partner worked on removing the old disposal and cut the time it took to resolve all the issues. The company has set prices so you know ahead of time the approximate cost. I contacted Maeser to address an immediate plumbing need for an after hours situation. Josh answered the phone and was very courteous in getting information and explaining the procedure for after hours calls. Communication via texts and a phone call was excellent so I knew when the service plumber, Keaton Roberts, would arrive. Keaton was very thorough in his assessment of the situation and took the time to explain what he was doing as he went through the diagnostic assessment. I felt he was thorough, professional, and empathetic to my needs. I would definitely recommend Maeser and plan to use them for my future plumbing needs. My wife signed us up for the 5 Star Club program which she said sounded like a good deal. Well, she was absolutely right! First visit was for spring AC inspection and our technician Mikael was great. He was courteous and professional and made the recommendation for a repair without making me feel like I was just being sold something I didn’t need. The installation of the new item was scheduled and he came back out and finished the job when the part arrived. Perfect service, experience and the pricing was very reasonable.Recent cold weather and furnace decided to stop. Called back expecting a few days until they could get someone out but to my surprise, same day service. To top it off, I was fortunate enough to have Mikael again and he did another great service finding the issue. A few hours later, I have heat again.I absolutely recommend becoming a 5 Star Club member because the service is great from start to finish. Maeser is terrific.Brian came out to deliver a quote for a blocked/collapsed sewer line. This is one super personable, highly intelligent young man. He took the time to run us through the details of the work and delivered a VERY competitive quote compared to another major provider. He also said they could complete the work by days end. Wow. Because the blockage was on the edge of the MSD responsibility area he graciously stayed around to provide counsel and see what MSDs determination would be so, if need be, Maeser could get going quickly. (MSDs team was excellent too, by the way.) Luckily (for us) MSD is taking care of the problem. But Brian and Maeser will be our go to guys for plumbing, hvac and electric in the future. Brian left us with a Maeser rubber duck, his card and a lot of good will toward the Maeser operation. Management should make sure it takes good care of Brian.

Unfortunately Sunday not even 3 days later the air was out again so John B came out today. He went above & beyond checking everything inside the house & the outside unit as well. He was very informative, helped me weigh my options with my freon being almost completely out & he got the job done in great timing & came earlier than my scheduled time as well. John was great to work with & I hope when you call Maeser he’s the one to come out for the job. I’m a member with this company so I’ll always call them before anyone else, hopefully if I have to call them in the future John will be the one sent back out here.

I was very pleased with the overall service provided by Maeser. They were quick to commit and make an appointment for the next morning. It is difficult to find vendors who work on food trucks. Jesse was very knowledgeable even though he said it was his first food truck . After showing him my issue he was quick to diagnose the problem. Freddie S is the best! I called to get an estimate for a water heater install/removal and expected to get one of those 2-4 hour windows a couple of days from when I called. Well, I got a call back that someone could be there in 30 minutes. My tech was Freddie. He went over everything and showed me options of what I would need. He didn’t try to upsell me or get me to buy things I didn’t need and also helped me with a water hammer issue I was having with my washing machine. Another company said I need a regulator valve and expansion tank. Freddie said our water pressure was fine and those items were’t necessary. Anyway, Freddie picked up our water heater and installed in a few days after my first call. He installed it very quickly and professionally and cleaned up after the job. He stayed to make sure we had hot water before he left as well. I have been ripped off or attempted to be ripped off by lots of companies but not this time! You don’t find honest hard working people anymore, but I’m glad I was lucky enough to get Freddie! I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues and more as he is very knowledgeable! Jason Smith arrived this morning to replace the PVC running in the ceiling of my finished basement. The run of PVC was not in the correct position to drain correctly and has been causing severe clogs in my two bathrooms and backing up into both tubs as well. On the visit last week, the likely issue of the clogs was narrowed down in the basement ceiling.Today, Jason removed the drywall as carefully as he could to access the main exit line. He replaced the cheap builder grade plastic straps with better quality metal straps, resulting the correct angle. He removed the urine protein deposits and ensured the hookup was complete with no leaks. He even lined up the pieces of removed drywall in order so that it can be reinstalled easier. He explained what he was doing through the day and was so kind to me and my dog.Overall, I am wholly satisfied and so appreciative of the quick service and detailed action plan that resolved my plumbing issues.Thank you so much to Michael Seckman, Brian Alvey, Jason Smith, and the customer service representative that scheduled my initial service (ensuring that a technician would be out on the day of my Saturday late afternoon call). Brian did an excellent job fixing my unusual plumping issue. He was knowledgeable and explained what was happening and how he would fix it. Maeser Plumping was able to service me the same day I called. Other plumpers were a week out. I will recommend Maeser to family and friends.

Josh was our master service tech today and he solved our water pressure problem quickly and efficiently. He noticed a non working water turnoff and fixed it. We would not have found that out until we were in a bad spot so we were very grateful. He explained carefully the things that were wrong and how he would fix them. Yes I would recommend Maeser Services and Josh Kayce for any of your plumbing needs.

Mike was very pleasant to work with. He was friendly and respectful and explained everything he did step by step. The work he is did was excellent and he cleaned up so well that you couldnt even tell he had been here, except that he had fixed our issue.Max came out this time on a different issue and was just as nice and professional. He explained the issue and fixed it quickly.

I had a plumbing problem I couldnt figure out how to fix. Called a friend whos full time job is Handy Man to solve my problem. He made a fix just wasnt the right one. I gave up and called Maeser who had previously installed a water heater and I was very pleased with their work. Keaton arrived in the time frame I was given and immediately went to work. He found the problem in record time and the repair was top notch. I formally give up on plumbing and will call Maeser and request Keaton. While here he was polite, kept everything clean, and as I said earlier his work was top notch.

Mike Seckman & Devin were Great!! After Initial Sticker Shock of $564. for Installation of New Faucet (we bought last pm) w/ new shutoff valves (they supplied) & reinstall of existing Disposal & Drains things proceeded smoothly.. Very Professional & Friendly considering the knee jerk reaction to my sticker shock that could have prevented job completion. Mike took my Reaction in stride & was very Diplomatic in his Response which led to a nice dialogue between us.. He explained everything very nice & clear which demonstrated to me he wasn’t a Rookie..He was very Patient with his Apprentice as well & I have Mentored in the Military so I know a few things in this area.. They were also very Polite & Animal conscientious as well.. I asked for business cards & will ask for them in the future. I had some plumbing work done today (Tuesday 1.23) by Masers. I made my appt online (super easy), then had to reschedule it and called. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The plumber (Brian) was so professional, agreeable, quick working and mindful of my home. The price was more than fair and Id 100% use them again!

Maeser Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Technician James Yevick saved the day!On 5/10/2024 my husband and I discovered a strong smell of gas in our living room and contacted LG&E, they arrived within 15 minutes. We were to contact our plumbers, after multiple trips to our home and failing inspections by LG&E for gas leaks multiple timesa being told repairs were completed and tested! After new gas lines and repairs were “Completed” our home continued to fail LG&E inspection this time due carbon monoxide gas detected at unsafe levels when the gas was turned on and gas water heater turned on. We were in a crisis, almost 7 days without hot water. My current plumbing company didn’t have anyone available till Maybe Saturday so I contacted Home Depot online, filled out a short questionnaire and submitted my request for a tankless, gas water heater that vented outside the home via PVC for immediate installation. I was contacted within 30 minutes via text. Maiser Plumbing responded with appointment for the work next day with a solution for all our needs. Our technician James Yevick from Maeser Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is on the way! Your personal safety is our priority, so please let us know if there is anything we can do to accommodate your needs. If anyone in the home is feeling ill, please let us know so we can take extra precautions to keep everyone safe. James gave logic and knowledge to our come up with a solution. We had continuous hot water within hours of the new tank! installation. Knowledgeable, Experienced, Master Plumber James Yevick finished the install, tested, and cleaned work area within 1/2 a day and I was able to have gas restored immediately after contacting LG&E. I am more happy! I am Grateful for the expeditious, professional work.
