    Over the years John has been to my home many times for a/c maintenance. John is always knowledgeable and respectful of my home. We have never had any breakdown of any kind since installation of the unit six years ago! I’m a big fan of John, give him a raise, a Tesla and a Vespa!

    We had Jason Franzman from John Waters Inc come out today for our yearly furnace service. Also, years ago our gas company and HVAC company had no luck finding a leak from a sporadic Gas odor near the furnace. Jason found the leak in our gas fitting to our gas line. The furnace is in perfect working order and we feel safer because of John Waters Inc employee.

    JW is great. I’ve had them come out for HVAC ventilation and electrical work. All top notch results. My home now has 10 new outlets, updated wiring and 7 new lights because of them. I also have much better air flow in my kitchen.They were able to easily navigate my older home and complete the work flawlessly. Very communicative and professional.     I recently had my Bryant HVAC show a code on a Sunday Evening. My unit is barely two years old so I was distraught over what could possibly be wrong. One of their technicians came right out that evening and worked diligently to find the cause only to say it needed more deep investigation. The next morning I didnt have to call about a follow-up as Cassidy from service called me. She stated she would be sending technician Marcus out. Marcus came out and after investigating believed it could be my compressor ( I was floored in disbelief because of the age of the unit-its new). The next obstacle was locating a replacement compressor but Cassidy searched and found one ( she was fantastic). Marcus came back out and before taking the old compressor off, he and Cassidy had did more investigating and even contacted Bryant about the code and found another possible reason for the code and our HVACs problem. Marcus came out and replaced our Inverter board and wow blessed us! He was absolutely amazing and so gracious! John Waters is such a family oriented company whose employees care about their customers and always put in the extra effort to ensure everything works and youre completely satisfied. Please give them a call because you wont regret it. You find better service is John Waters. Thank you Marcus and Cassidy!

    Last name is Jackson, if you want to verify I’m not in any way being solicited for this review.I submitted a request online on Sunday. The lady called Monday at 07:43est. Polite and curious. Was told someone would be out between 15:00-17:00est. The lady called back at 17:25est. She said a gentleman would be arriving in around an hour from Louisville to Vine Grove.My husband was home when the gentleman arrived. I was at work.My husband said the gentleman was very professional and polite. Was in and out in about 20min. We were both amazed at the bill. Much cheaper than we anticipated. As of now we will definitely be using their service again.Also, absolutely none of the other “big box name” places I reached out to have not responded; as of Tuesday morning.Please consider using this company.Will update later if having any issues.As of now, I’m loving my AC.Thank you to your team.

    Awesome company with great service techs. Always on time and do very honest work. We’ve had other companies tell us we need a new system. John Waters came out and looked at it and indicated the problem was due to a recalled part. No charge at all-even the labor cost was covered in the recall. John Abell is the tech that usually comes to our house and he is superb! Highly recommend John Waters!

    I have an annual contract with John Waters and have for years. They are the absolute best. Recently, I allowed a competitor to do a complimentary assessment of my HVAC system. Coming out of it I was advised that my system needed ~$900 in repairs ...$600 critical and $300 nice to have. I immediately contacted John Waters to advise of competitor recs and provided them the documentation. They revieeed it and assured me there was no urgency for repairs and recommended I wait until my next appointment in 30Days to review with technicians as that appointment would be free with my annual plan. I decided to hold and have my John Waters team out in 30 days. On that day 30Days later, I told them I had to.leave for work, itrusted them and to make the repairs they deemed necessary. I even left my credit card with my mother to make sure to cover the costs I knew were inevitable. Guess what that day cost me...$0. Yes, $0. They saw no need for the recommended repairs at this time. Honest, dependable and competent...John Waters. Thank you.

    Have had them install a AC unit as well as the complete ductwork. Great job and kept to the committed timeline. Also, had a 200 amp panel upgrade and gave another fair price. The reason I am now writing this review as we had an issue with our AC after 3 years and we got a 10 year parts and labor warranty that I figured they would try and get out of like most companies. Not John Waters. Called first thing in the morning, they were there within 3 hours and had it up and running. No charge to me! Shook my hand and said thank you for being a customer at a John Waters. Would highly recommend.

    Excellent work for a fair price. Dyer and Robbie brought every outlet and light fixture up to code in my 75 year old house, plus added fixtures and extra outlets. They thoroughly answered all my questions and gave me good advice.I called John Waters, Inc again when a tree damaged the electrical on the side of my home and they were out assessing it within thirty minutes. I had my power back on that afternoon.

    I have used John Waters a few times including for systems inspection when I purchased my home, and I cannot say how appreciative I am for the professionalism!     I actually found this company when my mom had work done in he house and she was very happy with their service, professionalism and excellent attitude of the guys that came out and did the work and she is rarely happy with technicians but she likes John Waters Inc. So when I needed some electrical work done I called them and theyre the best electrical company that I have dealt with, so far. I got quotes form only him because all the others could not get to me for at least a week. John Waters Inc was there the next business day and the owner came to make sure that everything was done correctly. I was shocked when I got the bill because it was way less than I expected. They trouble shot wires at several outlets within my kitchen one of which was affecting my refrigerator from not operating. They were able to correct problem. Received excellent service.     Excellent service! My air conditioner went out over Father’s Day weekend and it was 90 degrees in the House! I checked with my home warranty and the company they referred me to said they could not come out for 5 days! I decided to contact John Waters and they came out and fixed the air conditioner for a very reasonable price within 3 hours. I am very happy with there service and would refer anyone to them.

    The service tech, Brett, came out to see what was wrong with my heat pump fan. He worked for abut thirty minutes, came back in and it was working!!! I monitored it for the rest of the evening and there were no hiccups. I am very grateful to Brett and John Waters for fixing me up!!! I will definitely use them again when needed!!!

    Have always got a good experience with Waters. On time and professional workers get work done and have all equipment with them to complete the work in 1 visit. I recommend this company to save you time and peace of mind knowing the work done is good and correct.     I was notified when the tech was on his way, and it was within the window of arrival. John did a thorough job and explained things as he went and had no problem with me hanging around and asking questions. The big concern for me was the 14 year old furnace and its status. Replaced the coil and other things in 2019 but the metal pan and such was showing rust.John was able to allay my concerns. The next concern was the blowing out of dime size dust flakes out of my split unit. He explained how the split actually was structured and why that occurred and what was needed to fix the problem. He also explained it didnt hurt performance and even if cleaned it would come back in a few years and we would need to do it again. Or I could just keep vacuuming the particles. He called into the office to schedule a cleaning of the split unit.Made my part easy.Great experience. John was patient and considerate of my questions and concerns.

    Great experience! I had a long list of electrical services to be done - from bringing closet lights up to code, adding coach lights by the garage and another outdoor outlet. Because of the age and design of the house, some of the wiring took a great deal of time. John Waters sent a second technician and a supervisor to complete the work, and to look at what would be the best option. Work was done professionally, in a timely manner and at the rate quoted. The electricians took great care with my home, and cleaned up throughout the day so I hardly knew theyd been there. Highly recommend!

    Very prompt. 4 hours from my initial call for service, my AC was up and running again.Efficient, fiendly, knowledgeable technician diagnosed the motor as the culprit within moments of looking at the machine. He got the cost for parts, picked up the new motor, and had in installed in a hour.I have an older system and he provided some wonderful advice on maintenance. Never pushed for a new system (like others Ive had out before), completely understanding my desire to keep our old behemoth running for as long as possible (and financially feasible).Will call again if I need anymore work done on our system.

    Love this company. Weve used in the past for our HVAC and have had great experiences every time. Tonight we had an electrical issue in the house. Called after hours on a Friday and my call was returned within a few minutes. An electrician was here promptly. He was courteous and worked quickly to diagnose the issue. He explained the problem and had our power back on in no time.     Have used them several times in the past. Called them because I suspected a furnace scam at my daughter’s home from another HVAC company “free” inspection. John Waters inspection determined furnace was OK. They returned to get CO reading when furnace was turned on first time to insure there was no health hazard. Shame that all companies are not this trustworthy.

    John Waters Inc. was absolutely wonderful! From the lady who set up my appointment to the technician that was very knowledgeable and efficient! I am not very experienced with hvac systems, but the technician was patient and very kind while working! He showed me how to change my filter in the future and walked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it to help me understand what was going wrong with my unit! He also fixed the unit very quickly and stuck around after he reset to make sure everything was working correctly. I can not recommend them enough! Great experience and I will definitely be reaching out to them for any other Hvac issues or maintenance!

    My air conditioner froze up and it was a scary situation. I called John Waters who I had recently contracted with to do my semi-annual maintenance and they sent someone (Joe) quickly. Joe was very professionally and explained what had happened and the cause. He worked to fix the situation, all along, patiently informing me of the next step and how my unit was responding. Joe was able to reach a successful outcome and my 10 year old unit has more life left in it.The cost was not as high as I had expected given how long Joe worked and that he made multiple trips.Very appreciative for Joe explaining everything so clearly so I understood my options.I have no problem in recommending John Waters to other homeowners based on my experience this week.

    These guys were great! Easy to set the appointment and was updated throughout the day on their arrival time which was slightly delayed due to rain.     I really like their bi-annual service plan. The twice a year visits make sure everything is in tune seasonally and provides a discount on replacement parts. They replaced our AC a few years ago and did not to to over-sell on the new equipment. The service techs have been friendly, timely and always clean up after the job.

    Fantastic service! A technician quickly responded to my emergency call over the weekend when my heater stopped working and the outside temperature was low! Instead of paying the emergency rate for a house visit, the technician spent time on the phone listening to the issue and provided suggestions that temporarily fixed the problem. The office called me first thing Monday to schedule an appointment and the problem was fixed before noon! Thanks!

    We discovered that our home AC was out late one hot afternoon. The office was due to close ten minutes after our call, but the people at John Waters Inc. couldnt have been more pleasant and cooperative. As a service plan member, we were able to get a repair technician in less than two hours. Denis was personable and professional and answered all our questions. The problem was identified and repaired in less than an hour and temperatures were back to normal by bedtime. It is difficult to imagine a better experience under the circumstances. Well done!

    We live in an older house, and our HVAC system was getting close to 20 years old so it was getting time for a replacement. I had worked with John Waters previously for some HVAC service calls in our previous house so I figured I would see what they had to offer regarding new systems.Mike was quick to respond and laid out multiple options for me, he was very on point in making sure I was kept updated on progress in regards to install date. He answered all my questions thoroughly (and I tend to ask a lot of questions)In regards to price John Waters prices were competitive with other quotes I had gotten and they were able to work with me regarding financing (They had better financing options than other companies).Kevin was the technician that came out and did the install. He was very professional and did an excellent job as there were zero problems during the install. Kevin also ensured that the workspace was cleaned up afterwards as well.I would absolutely use John Waters again and plan to for any more HVAC related services.

    I was totally impressed by his efficiency and his expertise. John (the service tech) was more than happy to give me some pointers on how to keep my air conditioner running at peak levels. I will be replacing both my old A/C unit and my furnace in the near future.....and I think John Waters will be the company I will chose. I talked to a lot of friends trying to get recommendations but none were willing say say anything good about those repair services they had used. Angies List of such companies was much help either. So....I checked out the Better Business Bureau and found they had plenty of information on many of these companies. Seems I could find nothing negative on John Waters.     Absolutely love these guys and gals, cant recommend them highly enough! I had a whole new system installed back towards the beginning of the year, and the AC was struggling to keep up with the recent heat wave. I called them when I came home to the house in the 80s (after hours), and a tech was at my house within half an hour, identified the issue, and had my system strung back together for the next day until they could get the parts for a permanent fix. Everything was covered under warranty, but that didnt stop them from going the extra mile to make sure everything was fixed, cleaned up, and in absolutely perfect condition before they left!

    This place is great. I picked them because of the average google rating and Joe did not dissapoint. I called at 4:45 on a Friday and he was here by 5:15. The other company was trying to tell me the compressor was bad, and it was going to cost $3300 to fix!!! Frank with JW came out took a look and said the fan was loose and I needed a new fan blade. $300 parts and labor, compared to $3300!
