I called them about the light being out in my main bathroom. Other businesses had weeklong waiting times, or a charge to come out look at it and give me an estimate. Mr. Electric had someone out the next day and had no charge to look at the problem and give me an estimate. Shaun, the electrician, was punctual, polite, and professional. He did a great job for a reasonable price and I am very satisfied with the service I got.

Had an issue with a former handyman not feeling comfortable installing a ceiling fan outdoor due to the light fixture being on a photocell, so he advised me to call an electrician. Looked around on Google for a bit, but everyone wanted to charge a run fee just to give a quote.Finally found Mr. Electric and they had no issues coming out and giving a free quote. The electrician was super knowledgeable and was good about asking questions to make sure he understood the situation entirely. The next day I had the quote emailed to me.I sat on it for a couple weeks before pulling the trigger. When I called in the phone repair easily found the quote and scheduled the job. The day of the appointment the electrician showed up a little late, but called me to let me know he was running behind. Even with showing up a little late he still completed the job within the time window they estimated. He was a complete professional and I have no complaints about the appointment.The fan is up and running properly, looks good, and the amount charged was the same as the amount quoted. All in all it was a professional, pleasant experience from the first appointment until completion, I could not have asked for better. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to a friend.

The customer service was professional, very polite and friendly. The appointment window was from 2-4. A woman called me about 15 minutes before 2 to tell me the tech was running a few minutes behind. He would arrive closer to 3. They wanted to let me know just in case we needed to go anywhere. I thought that was nice. Most companies just leave you waiting and end up arriving after the time window.The tech (Taylor) showed up on time and he was very polite and thorough. He fixed the problem within the first hour. I have no complaints.Price was comparable to other electric companies in the area.I would definitely recommend Mr. Electric and will use again in the future.

Nicest company, great customer service. Polite and respectful. Helps the customers and make sure they understand what they’re going to do. The electrician that was sent to our house was originally coming for just a quote we thought the quote was such a great deal we hired him on the spot and he immediately began to work. He was so informational and provided us with great detail and didn’t leave until we fixed everything. He helped us hardwire with an existing wire after another company said that the wire didn’t work and could not work. Daniel tested the wire and was very detailed about the job. He was very patient in his explanation of what needed to be done. I would definitely hire this company in the future.

This is the type of customer service that unfortunately is not the norm. My entire experience from the initial phone call to completion of work was exceptional. My initial call was only to get an estimate for my AC connection. After Daniel arrived and talked to me about my options, I felt confident in him completing an all new panel and two outdoor outlets. I was provided an estimate the same day. They arrived early and gave me outline of the scope of work. I could not be happier about the experience this team provided!

I sent an email request for a quote late one evening and the very next morning I received an email with dates and times they had available to come out and take a look at my ceiling fan replacement issue. They had something for that afternoon and I booked it. I received a call around mid day stating they were running ahead of schedule and asked if I wanted them to come early or at our designated time. Of course I said come as soon as possible :) Daniel P was our electrician. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job. The pricing was very reasonable too! I will be calling Mr Electric in the future for all my electrical needs. Thank you!

They came out on Christmas eve, gave the price for the work up front and did a neat and professional job. An hour or so later we thought there was an issue that turned out to be a non issue -- but since the installer was now off work the owner/franchisee came out to make sure everything was OK. We really appreciated that and would not hesitate to use Mr. Electric again.

Needed estimates for some outdoor lighting replacement and repair. They showed up on time and were very professional. Not only did he troubleshoot my issues outside he replaced some bad switches inside last minute! Very impressed and will be booking them to complete the work outside. Wish I could give ten stars!

I called and needed an emergency quote because my dryer installer blew my outlet. They fit me in on the same day. It ended up just being the fuse and he fixed it and hooked up my dryer. This company went above and beyond and I will definitely be using them in the future for all my electrical needs!

A tree branch fell and pulled the weather head off the side of the house and damaged the meter box. Matt came out on a Sunday with short notice and gave us an estimate and was very patient with us while we secured financing for the repairs. Our meter box was 125 amps, a bit out of the ordinary, Matt and his boss went out of their way to find the right parts. The repairs were completed quickly, too bad LG&E could not be as fast as they had marked or house as completed and had forgetten about us. Several phone calls later, we had our power restored. Highly recommended for their quick service and attention to detail, will call them again in the future.

Matt, from Mr. Electric, did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem on my pool pump motor! After determining the motor was getting current he went above the call of duty and checked the motor itself. He diagnosed that the installer had not connected the correct tab for the voltage. Now the motor is running great! Thanks Matt!

The experience was awesome but I think they are a bit pricy. I was charged a diagnostic fee of $195 even though it took less than an hour and this doesnt include fixing the problem. Paid a little over $500 to get an outdoor flood light changed to an led and to locate and replace a photo sensor. This incudes the cost of the material.

I had Mr. Electric add a 200a service to my home and run all the wiring for a new HVAC unit. They came out right on time and worked like crazy! They worked late to get my power back on so I wouldn’t go without heat and when my existing breaker panel broke they replaced it no problem. Super knowledgeable, great work ethic, and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for such a big job.They even had someone come out and sweep the dirt out of the road where they had done some digging. They go the extra mile and will refer them to anyone I can.

Adam came to our new home and did ALOT of work in a matter of 3 days. We received several quotes in the louisville area. Mr. Electric pricing was a bit on the high end but not by much. The professionalism is what convinced me to go with them. Adam switched out our 50 year old box and replaced it with a 100amp box. He made it neat and organized. He also fixed up several minor things around the house such as reverse polarity, securing the house attachment to the power cables, installing a vent in our upstairs master bathroom, and a few other things. The plumber came a day after Adam and informed us the garbage disposal outlet has a bad breaker. Adam was here first thing the next day to fix it. 100% worth our hard earned money. We will be using them again in the future.
