    I had reached out to Cory probaby over a year before I needed his services asking him questions as I got closer to my goal of building our forever home. Corys desire to bring great energy, desire, and quality to his jobs is what drew me to he and his companys services. They were contracted for all of the electrical for our new build. He helped us plan and pivot throughout the process. He is very thorough. He has a huge depth of knowledge and design and helped us make all of our visions come true. This job required more than just meeting code requirements as we did permanent soffit lighting, undershelf and cabinetry lighting, multiple panels and EV planning as well as planning for a future pool. They did a great job as maintaining a clean job site. Tyler was the main guy on site most days and he was fantastic to work with as well as the whole crew. We will definitely be continuing the use of their services moving forward.

    Showed up early. All communication was timely and helpful. Did a great job assessing the job and were able to execute same day. We had light fixtures hung and it was such a time savings for us and was perfect the first time with the electrician, Ian, they sent out. We will definitely use Lighthouse again!

    Ive used Lighthouse SEVERAL times now, I own a roofing company so we know our lane and know Lighthouse DEFINITELY knows their lane! On one particular panel install they were our lifesaver, I had tried to use a couple other electricians on the project has made a mess of it. I wish I had just started with Lighthouse, I wont make that mistake again!

    The service was outstanding all around. We had a electrical emergency and were needing a same say appointment. Sarah the receptionist was amazing. She asked detailed questions and made sure we knew what to expect with potential pricing charges. The electrician Jim was just as amazing. He made sure all of questions were answered and we understood what the problem was to include what needed to done to correct the problem. Additionally, Jim was on time and quick to find the problem. Overall the pricing was fair for the work provided and the professionalism is worth us coming back for more future needs.

    My husband and I used Lighthouse for a job at our house we just purchased less than a year ago. They quoted us the best price and were great to work with. We didn’t feel like they were trying to push us to do anything not needed and the two men we met were both really thorough in educating us about what was going on. Their system sends text messages to remind you of appointments and let you know when your electrician is en route. Customer service is top notch and they were in and out quickly. We will definitely be working with them in the future as any needs arise!

    Jimmy and Joseh were great. They were professional and very knowledgeable in assessing the problem and fixing what was wrong. I love their spirit. Made me feel very comfortable about how they were going to fix the problem. Showed me each step of what the problem was and how they repaired it and how to operate the new outlets that they installed.     PROJECT: porch light installed on the outside of my screened in deck and an outlet for an outside TV.-PROS-SCHEDULING:Prompt. Im always apprehensive about scheduling through a web form. However, I got a call within a few hours after filling it out. When the day came for the work, no one showed up. I called and found out there was an error on their end. They admitted it was their mistake, apologized profusely, and scheduled first thing for the very next day. Mistakes happen so not a big deal. I appreciated their honesty and making it right.CREW and WORK:The crew was on time, polite, efficient and offered an alternative to the idea I had for a switch. Since there was already power close by, they had the idea to use a remote switch to save on having to run a wire inside the house for a switch.-CONS-CLEAN UP: The clean up could have been better. They did vacuum but I had to go back and clean up scrap wire, metal shards, and dust from drilling in wood and brick.They used my patio table to set their tools on. It got scratched up. I know eventually itll get scratched up by me over time but it was brand new.CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: Provide something like a rubber mat that the electricians can place there tools on to protect homeowners surfaces.Provide the shoe coverings when going into the home.As an avid coffee drinker myself, I understand that nature calls at the most inopportune time but if possible, try to save the number 2 for the public restrooms.

    Light House Electric is amazing!I had a whole house rewire, and panel change. Cory, Tyler, Wei and Jared did an amazing job! Super nice, showed up on time, very professional, explained how everything worked, and what they were going to do. They know what they’re doing.     3rd time using Lighthouse and as always, they are great. First and foremost, their customer service is 2nd to none. Every employee that has been to my house has been extremely nice and polite, engaged in conversation with my kids and even love on the dogs. ON top of that, all of their work has been A+ each time they come out. They handled a huge remodel in which they did all the work and were great and they have fixed 2 other issues from old wiring. But beyond their ability to do good work, they are all great people and that carries far more weight with someone such as myself as someone that is in sales/service industry.     Estimator Jake was on time, friendly & quick to provide the estimate (within 2 hours). The electricians, Jimmy& Jared, performing the motion detection lights installation were right on time & polite. They made sure that the locations for the lights was exactly where I wanted them. They carefully adjusted the settings for the range, time on & direction for our security lights. They found a difference in the wire gauge & breakers (older home) that was unsafe, then corrected it so our breaker box wouldnt spark. These electricians were customer service oriented, & did not try to up sale like so many other companies. Quality work done by sincere professionals. Were extremely satisfied with Lighthouse Electric & will call them again for any further electrical projects. Highly recommend Lighthouse Electric.

    After a big limb fell in my yard and caused damage to the electrical mast on my house, I called Cory to see about an estimate. He came out within 24 hours on a Thursday evening and I received an estimate by Friday morning. Ian and his team were at my house to repair everything by Monday morning! They even contacted a roofer about coming out to patch up the roof where they took out an old electrical mast.They use a system that texts you with updates as to when paperwork is available, when techs are on their way, etc. so you always are in the loop about what’s going on. Cory and his team are awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

    Excellent service requires 4 things: good planning, good workmanship, work done on time and good cleanup. The Lighthouse Electric owner made 3 visits to make sure they had planned my needs correctly. On the scheduled day, tech Tyler B. had the plan, parts and manpower need. Despite 2 unexpected issues that he resolved, they finished the work a day ahead of schedule! My pet peeve is cleanup and I had no problem there either despite the downpour while cleaning up.     These guys are fantastic! Great communication and even better work - and they have fun while doing it. They went above and beyond on a recent remodel and were the definition of a true partner. One day, in specific, I really needed a couple things changed (the day before drywall started). He was on time, very efficient, and explained the work prior to completing as well as providing an estimate for the work. Upon completion he cleaned up any materials or debris, took all packaging away for disposal and explained how to use the new thermostats; making sure they were set to our liking. The fee was even lower than the estimate due to his efficiency. Their payment process is green - we completed paperwork and payment via technology on site.
