I wanted to take a moment to thank my installer, Tony Phillips. This guy was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Tony arrived as planned with the exact water heater that I requested, and waisted no time in the drainage and removal of my old one.During the new install, Tony kept things clean,neat, and organized and even made sure things were cleaned up afterwards. There was nothing left behind for me to have to worry about.He loaded up the old water heater, all left over packaging, and hauled it all away. You couldnt even tell that I had work done.This guy was TOP NOTCH. Tony, you did an outstanding job, young man. Keep up the quality work. Job well done!!

Awesome best electrician ever, made me want to become one. Andrew gives great customer service and so does his right hand man. They were in and out: stove, fridge, and dishwasher done in 12 minutes. Not to mention our electrical panel was spackled and painted into the drywall 🤦‍♂️. Took longer to figure out which amazing deal I was gonna decide on. Y’all keep up the good work. Drexler was fantastic and very open and honest with us. We had a leak in our water line, and they laid out several options for us to consider. Once we made our choice, we were scheduled in very quickly(next day) and had a dedicated team of 3 people ready to work at the house bright and early. The job took 2 days and they were very communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend Drexler for any plumbing needs!

Brandon C. Came to fix the stopped floor drain in my garage. I cant begin to say how pleased I am about the excellent service, reasonable price, and commitment to do the job thoroughly and well rather than quickly. Brandon was on site for nearly 2 hours. Saw it at the job was not just done but done so well that no one would need to come back anytime soon to repeat the job. Im so absolutely amazed at the commitment to doing the job thoroughly and the extraordinarily good customer service Brandon offered today. Absolutely five stars in every way. Great value, great service, great commitment to excellence. I recommend them to anyone who needs to have drain service. If you have the opportunity to ask for Brandon you will not be disappointed by the effort he puts in to do the job thoroughly and well. We had plumbing issues in our basement bathroom after having house guests. Chase Dean was our technician and he did a great job navigating and helping locate the problem. He called in his supervisor to help troubleshoot the clog. He was able to complete the job with minimal disruption to any of our plumbing. It has been working well and we have had no issues since then. They are also polite and maintain integrity in their work. We will return with any future issues.

Fast professional and friendly service. James was the absolute best. He went above and beyond what I consider great service. He explained all my options, made sure I felt comfortable with the decision I was making, and completed the repair. Once complete he stayed to make sure everything was up and running and even scheduled a follow up with dispatch. I did not get estimates with other companies, but the pricing was reasonable and the customer service experience made it worth every penny. I was hesitant to go with a “big company “ but they have made me a believer!

Installed our backup battery-powered sump pump while also fixing the other pump that needed raised. They also fixed our kitchen sink drain free of charge. Nicholas K was great. He answered all our questions and never showed if he got tired of all our questions. He explained everything that we needed to know, all of our options. As he was checking to make sure our new ejector pump, which he replaced was working he saw that our sink was slow and unclogged all my long hair from the drain and got our sink draining great again and he also fixed the seal in our toilet tank. If we ever need more work done, I would like to have him out again.

Just want to say how happy I am with Tom Drexler’s bath remodeling service. All of their team members gave us great service. There was no pressure during the consultation, they were knowledgeable, efficient and took great care working inside my home.After the job was completed, I had a small issue with a portion of the job. I called the next day to let them know, and they came out the very next day, to correct the problem and made sure I was happy with the results. They really did care that I was completely satisfied. Tony and Logan were the two technicians that came out to replace our water heater. Tony came out day one because we were having an issue with our pilot light staying lit. He found that we needed a replacement and had parts ready for next day installation. The following day Tony and Logan came out to do the install. Larry and his guys were great, they were here on time, and they finished up early. We had to replace our entire a/c unit and furnace and we had it replaced within 24 hours of calling them. Where to start with this service. Anthony, Brandon, Harley and Matt did an amazing job. The guys worked a long day but I took care of them by making them some Wisconsin brats for lunch. You take care of your labor workers they will take care of you. Guys told me what I need to do in attic to maybe help with better temperature throughout house so I plan to fix that in few weeks. Other then that the guys were very helpful and were treated with good hospitality. Simply a great experience! Very professional and knowledgeable crew who spent a few days tearing up the concrete in my basement to replace nearly 100-year-old old cast-iron pipes and move a washer and dryer during several days of rain. Recently purchased a condo. Called Tom Drexler to see if the old thermostat could be upgraded to a more modern one. When James D., the technician, arrived and opened the air handler to check out the wiring, he showed me several problems of which I was not aware (mold on the coils, leak in the refrigerant line, oil leaking from the fan motor). Had him complete a full inspection then requested recommendations and estimates for correcting the problems. An estimator, Tom L., came the next day to review the inspection results and provided various solutions and pricing. Everything was explained so I could understand and make an informed decision. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase a specific option. I opted to replace the system and had the work scheduled for the following week. The technicians who installed my new system, Chris D. and Timothy, were friendly, courteous and professional. They took time to explain what they were doing and answer my questions. When they ran into a problem, a supervisor, Anthony K., arrived quickly and helped them find a solution. When an option I had chosen was not possible to install, their office called to let me know it was being removed from my charges and I received revised financing documents to sign within minutes. I am completely satisfied with the work done and with the service I received from everyone involved in the process.

We took advantage of the Tom Drexler $49 HVAC maintenance special. Our service date was October 31, 2024. We requested Tony H. to be the tech to service our unit. He serviced our A/C, Spring 2024. Tony called to let us know he was on his way. During the servicing of our unit, Tony was found to be courteous, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. His communication of his findings was clear and concise. Well be requesting Tony again to service our A/C, Spring 2025. Thanks again Tony!

I am beyond satisfied with technician James Young job he performed while at my residence for a cleaning/check up. I am actually banned from Bryant for calling and getting my money back after a HORRIBLE service they did. This experience with James and Tom Drexler was a total difference. I could tell he spent the time to really evaluate and the system and went above and beyond what I expected for the service. James was extremely professional and made me and my family comfortable as he worked in various areas of my home. 5* through and through! Highly Recommend!

My only complaint is that I was rescheduled the same day as my appt @3:30pm after making it 2 weeks prior. I was rescheduled for the following week due to my work schedule.Overall my technician was great!! He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived, he explained everything to me before he started and made sure to ask if I had questions.He got straight to work and made no mess. After everything was done he cleaned up and explained what was done and was on his way.

Timothy Downey showed up right when he said he would. He said the job would take about 2.5 to 3 hours and was done in 2 hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable, fast, efficient and polite. I highly recommend Timothy Downey for any plumbing needs. I will definitely be calling him again for all my plumbing. Not all Hero’s wear caps. THANK YOU TIMOTHY DOWNEY!

Long story but I want to explain just how awesome my whole experience with this business has been, all the way from the customer service to 5 different technicians!!10:17pm Sunday night and half my electric and central AC stopped working, in June!! I had to work a long long day on Monday so it was almost 5pm before I contacted Tom Drexler for service. The customer service agent was so kind and scheduled me for the next day and even told me about the coupons online and their service plan that was available. The techs Michael and Andrew came out and immediately informed me it was a downed power line and instructed me to call power company ASAP and explained what the issue was to the power company service rep and informed me there was no charge, my coupon covered all costs!! Michael also explained the service plan that Tom Drexler offers in detail and helped me sign up for the small monthly payment that covers free inspections and check ups on both furnace and AC and include a discount for future work. There are other benefits as well and it was too good to pass up! The power company came later that day and fixed my down power line and restored my electric at 4:44pm but my AC was still not working!! So I called Tom Drexler late in the afternoon on Tuesday and explained I already missed a day of work to fix the issues and couldnt miss another day. Their techs were here early in the am. First tech Travis was HVAC and said it was not getting power and they would send the electrician back and did not charge me for his visit! Electrician techs Carter and Daniel were here within an hour and had my AC up and running in less than 3 minutes!! Apparently it was a super simple issue and they did not charge me for the service!! They also noticed my ceiling fan turning in the wrong direction and fixed those, replace 2 outlet covers and closed a window I couldnt reach!! They said that their motto was to treat people right and be fair and have a customer for life! I found this business on Google with over 16,000 reviews and a super high rating! Now I know why!! Tom Drexler Plumbing Air and Electric thank you to your whole team for going above and beyond and being so kind!! You have definitely made a customer for life with me!! Dustin with Tom Drexler just did plumbing work and was very courteous and did an amazing job resolving issues I had for a long time!! He went above and beyond, quality work for sure. Thank you!!
