Guys that did the install were polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall a pleasant experience. Now that I have the generator installed, I wonder if Ill ever lose power again:).

After interviewing 3 other companies we found the Generator Supercenter of Louisville through Costco. The entire process was flawless. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. They show up on time for every appointment. Very knowledgeable of their equipment, process, and warranties. From the moment we agreed to proceed, they took care of everything for us. There was no pressure selling their product and/or services. If you decide to make the investment, we recommend to also purchase the GenMonitor warranty. Feel free to call this an investment, research has shown that a generator can increase the value of your home by 3%-5%. Did we mention that Generator Supercenter provided us with the lowest quote. Do not hire another company until you consult with Generator Supercenter.

Generator Supercenter of Louisville is absolutely the GO TO place for a Generac total home generator. The owners, Carol and Joby, are so knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions with patience and great information. The office manager, Jen, was wonderful to work with as she walked me through every step of the process from purchase to installation and final inspection. And the entire installation crew was fantastic (extremely talented, hard working, and respectful).I live in a section of Louisville where the electricity going out has become a constant worry with every storm that blows into town but now having the peace of mind that goes with knowing my Generac total home generator is always “standing by” is the best feeling in the world!

We purchased our Generac generator in December 2023. Haven’t had to use it yet, but every Monday morning it turns on for 5 minutes. Hasn’t missed a Monday. Makes me smile when it turns on knowing I have the protection in case of a power outage.The people at Generator Super Center in Louisville have been great. Gary came to the house. Explained the process in great detail. The installation went smoothly and each step of the install was as Gary promised. I would highly recommend using the Generator Super Center in Louisville for your home generator. Great product, great customer service and follow through.

If this an option for you, Generac is an excellent company to work with. Gary and his crew were punctual, professional, and personable. The young electricians were polite, knowledgeable, and patient with me. They kept us informed and showed up to work when they said they would. The unit works flawlessly and does its own maintenance schedule. The entire sale and installation went flawlessly.

After 3 days of no power following weather a couple of weeks ago my wife and I said “no more “ - time to explore a whole home generator. I started my research with zero knowledge so was determined to interview several providers before jumping into such a critical purchase. I interviewed 5 providers with 3 generator brands represented. This in addition to my own research on the web and discussions with several neighbors who currently have generators. We ultimately went with Generator Supercenter of Louisville which hands down was the most responsive, educational, thoughtful, timely and professional of all those interviewed. From our first meeting with Nate (our representative), to scheduling (Kim and Jen) to the actual installation (Mike, Jackson and team) the experience has been first rate. Even down to small details like registrations being handled by Kim/Jen and outside gas lines being painted by Mike. I basically haven’t had to do anything but write a check, let folks in to do their jobs and approve scheduling. We are absolutely thrilled with the Supercenter of Louisville team. And highly recommend to anyone purchasing a generator. A+!

I could not be more pleased with the purchase and installation of my whole home generator. Generator Supercenter of Louisville were incredible to work with on this project. They take care of everything including delivery, installation & coordination with gas and electric. They provided outstanding customer service, never missed a deadline and all of their employees were total professionals. You might be able to find someone to do this a little cheaper, but you will most likely get what you pay for. Generator Supercenter of Louisville was worth every penny!
