I needed a new hvac system because mine was old. I had kept replacing parts in the past but something was always breaking down. This time it was heat and old man winter was approaching fast in just a few days. I found Absolute Solutions and they helped me out. Frank was awesome and stepped me through my options. I was able to secure a new unit with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Having peace of mind is awesome.They were super quick! We agreed to a purchase and the next morning Carson and Jamie were there to install it. They were very helpful and showed us exactly what they did. They did a great job and made sure we understood how to operate everything and take care of routine maintenance such as cleaning to improve the life of the system. Wonderful job! I highly recommend Absolute Solutions if you are ever in a pinch like I was and want peace of mind fast!

When I called absolute, they got a Service person out very quickly when Kevin Harrison arrived he was polite very easy to understand what he was telling me gave me choices and then told me he would be back the following Monday to install. Kevin did a wonderful job of Installing my garage door opener and helping me set up the app for opening it, I couldn’t ask for a more Pleasant and informative person to perform the install

Jazz was just great! He was kind, friendly, & wanted to be sure I was happy before he left. Unfortunately, he couldnt fix my problem (not his fault), but he did give me a quote & schedule me for the 1st available appointment that fit my time frame.I do, however, take issue with the woman I spoke with when I 1st reported my issue. I was VERY clear that my toilet tank was in pieced & couldnt be repaired. I told her Id turned off the water. I offered to send a picture, but she didnt seem to hear me. If Id talked to someone who took me seriously, I might have a working toilet now.

5 ⭐️s excellent service!!!!!Wonderful Warranty Service Technician in Steve Cox!!!!!Steve was kind friendly and very respectful.Steve patiently, attentively listed to my concerns about my issue upon his arrival.He then promptly went straight to work after hearing my concerns.He was able to promptly find the problem and resolve the minor issue within minutes.When Steve was finished with his work; He then patiently and respectfullyrepeated the issue that he had found and resolved to me multiple times as to insure that I understood everything correctly & that I remembered everything exactly as to relay his findings and his resolve to my husband.He took pictures as he was working that he was able to show me that helped me understand the issue more clearly.I was highly satisfied with this Technicians knowledge professionalism and work ethic. I will request this Technician again should I experience any more issues during my warranty on my unit.

They never stopped working from the minute they arrived until they left and were extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. Frank was a thorough and careful problem solver for us. Our furnace closet is a small, awkward space and required creative solutions. He even had to adapt a way to make the furnace filter accessible and easy to change. He explanations of how the furnace is constructed and its secondary backup features to offset water overflow addressed my concerns were clear and direct. I had a fantastic experience working with Stan on getting my garbage disposal replaced. He was polite, efficient, and straightforward about what needed to be fixed and why. He informed me of other plumbing issues that usually come up but said we didnt have any of those, and then he offered to fix the disposal same-day. He knew I was working from home and made sure to do the job without causing a distraction, no interruptions or anything. I would absolutely recommend Stan for any plumbing issues anyone has in the future.

Had Jazz out for some plumbing work with a leaking toilet and he correctly pointed out that my water heater was from the Mesozoic era (knew this was coming). Also needed my main shutoff valve replaced. So, hired absolute for all 3 things. With the toilet, he fixed in a few hours. Priority number 1. A week ago, Jacob Higgins with Absolute Services came and did a great job of fixing our older garage door to get it working again.Jacob recommended two additions items that he said would break at some point. I declined to save some money. Sure enough a week later the tension spring on the door broke and I couldnt even open the door by hand.Jacob was back within about an hour and a half after my call. I opted this time to have him fix both the broken springs and replace the rollers, his other recommendation.Now, everything but the door and track are new and it is working beautifully and quietly.New time, which I assume will not be for a very long time, I will listen to Jacob and do what he suggests.Once again I give Absolute Services and Jacob Higgins an A+.

Garage Door Service: We had a spring break on our garage door and Nathan Wilson with Absolute Services arrived on time, completed a thorough inspection, and offered us repair and replacement solutions ranging from just replacing the spring to entirely new system door & all. I appreciated the review and all the extra information, and ultimately chose to replace the spring along with some additional worn hardware (rollers, cables, etc.) All service came with a lifetime warranty for replaced parts & labor. very pleased with the end result as the door opens and closes much quieter and I have the peace of mind associated with the warranty in case we ever need another replacement (note: Weve lived at our residence of 14 years and have replaced this door spring 3 times including this round - And we plan to stay here for quite some time yet, so upgrade with warranty seemed right for us).I highly recommend Absolute Services and Nathan Wilson for any of your garage door repair/replacement needs.
