We called Nice Heating & Air when our furnace died the other day. They were very nice and professional. They gave us an estimate on when someone might arrive. John Mills came out promptly and looked at our equipment. The equipment was very old and not worth repairing. John got it back up and running for the weekend. Later that same evening Max Davidson came out, measured everything, gave us some options and we made our choices. No pressures and Max explained everything so even I could understand. The guys came out to our house the next Monday and installed the new system. They were totally professional. Very attentive to details and kept their work areas clean and tidy. We couldnt be happier with the system and Nices work. We highly recommend them for HVAC work. Were very pleased with their work!

Had an amazing experience with Nice Heating & Air and Hayden, the tech, who came out to look at my boiler. I have worked with quite a few HVAC companies and these guys are on a whole higher level. Frankly, it was almost shocking the difference in professionalism. I signed up for their care program, which I never do. I am looking forward to working with them in the future. Hayden was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

The Crew from Nice Heating and Air were punctual, cordial, professional and friendly. They replaced (Dave and Yvonny) two HVAC units in my house in a week - 3 days apart. Both installations were done neat and clean with due considerations to my requests. Both techs worked with a smile and were quite fun to have around as they had a light banter going on as they worked. The Sales rep Max also showed up on both days and made sure that the installation team knew what he committed and there was no break in communication. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The technician Justin was quick to diagnose the problem with no heat or air. He quickly remedied the issue and gave some additional information to watch for next spring with the ac. Justin was personable and professional. Also, the individual who answered the call to set an appointment for service was extremely proficient. The manner in which she spoke with convinced me she would do as much as possible to schedule am appoint as quickly as possible. In addition she called one day prior and offered an earlier appoint for that day if we were available., which was much appreciated.

Great experience with these guys, they installed a new heating and cooling system for us about a year ago, weve been on the service plan ever since and its been working very well. Any issues that have popped up have been addressed immediately. Colt came by today for a regular service appointment and resolved some freezing coils weve been encountering with all the hot weather. Top notch!

I had several questions about our HVAC system. I received honest and thorough information. He also mentioned that they do dryer vent cleaning! We added that service today. I am extremely happy that I decided to go with NICE heating and air. Everyone I’ve spoken to and dealt with has been extremely helpful and kind. All the technicians that came out to my house put on booties before entering the house which is a huge plus in my book. We’ve had a preventative maintenance contract with Nice since 2019. Yesterday was our spring service, and Freddy was the tech. Hes the best tech weve had from Nice. He was courteous, competent, thorough, and he showed us things nobody had shown us before - like that the control box for the fireplace they had installed for us has batteries. Our remote wasnt working and when I said we had changed the batteries, he asked if wed changed the batteries in the box. What box? LOL.He kept us in the loop on what he was doing, and he made sure to leave everything as he found it. He even remembered to set our thermostats back to the setting we had them on when he arrived. Most techs forget to do that.We had such a positive experience with him that I plan to always request him moving forward.

We just had a tankless water heater installed by Jonathan and Yovanny, the Senior install team at NICE and they did an excellent job. They explained the work to be done and they were efficient and left the utility room exactly as they had found it.We previously had a tankless water heater for 17 years that quit working. After dealing with another heating and air company without any success, I called NICE and I was given a very thorough evaluation of the water heater by David Brown. David explained everything very well and he was professional and easy to talk with about the options. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and when I still wanted a diagnostic to see if we could squeeze a few more years out of our old water heater, he made arrangements for Rolando to come the same day and do just that. After an hour and a half of Rolondo doing his best to find a way to fix it, we decided going with a new install was the best choice. We had our new tankless water heater installed 2 business days later. I highly recommend NICE Heating and Air.

My AC stopped working and after calling several other places, no one could come out to inspect the system. Nice heating &air came out the next morning, inspected the system and unfortunately the ac had to be replaced. Wilmer explain all our options. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite. He also inspected the second unit as well. I was scheduled for the installation of the new unit the next day. Rachel called me to keep me informed on the upcoming appointment (she’s very friendly as well). The next morning Bryan and Eddy got here early and they pretty much worked nonstop. Eddy ensure that I knew how to use the new thermostat and that I didn’t have any questions about the new system. I’m so pleased by everyone in this company. I highly recommend this company they have a great group of true professionals!

We really rely on our air conditioner keeping us cool. From consult to install to service, the Nice crew, ALL have been great! They are definitely comfort specialists, and not an ordinary heating and air company.On 28 June 2021, Kyle G came out, cause the inside drain was leaking. He was very courteous, friendly, and thorough, and replaced the drain, tested, and was done quickly.On 25 June 2021, Brian J came to see me today for the AC maintenance check. He was timely, thorough, amd well mannered. Brian told me about the cleaning provided with the membership/maintenance plan, and he offered an optional Teflon service when I asked about keeping the outside unit clean for optimal performance.In 2022, the NICE crew and comfort specialist identified lacking insulation in the attic, as well as some supply/return updates that would help keep us comfortable. We also replaced the HVAC system - furnace, AC, thermostat, and we have been most pleased with the results. I asked for a commercial freezer in my bedroom, and we can make the house do 64 or less at night, even when we’ve had 90+ temps outside!Flash forward a few years, and everything has still gone well, cleaning the outside unit, checks, AC drain, etc. Justin was the last tech that came out for the last furnace check, he too was great.Been very impressed with ALL of the NiCE crew!

Denis, our technician, came out and gave a complete assessment of our two (very) old gas fireplaces. Because we are selling our house we needed to get quite a bit of work done on them to make them completely operable. Nices quote was fair, and their service was top-notch! Technicians came out before the week was over with all the needed parts and they completed both fireplaces in short time. Later that week, I was a bit concerned that there might be some gas leaking and contacted Nice again. They immediately sent Denis back out and he retested the fireplaces. There was nothing wrong, but now I have peace of mind! Were we not moving out of state, I would definitely have stayed with them for annual fireplace cleaning and service.

However, it would have been better if they scheduled all services with the primary consultant, John, who knew what’s involved in the contract & demonstrated pride in his work. Someone else was sent to install fireplace, then john had to return to finish the job. However, gas fireplace can’t communicate with the remote control, which adds additional visits when the work could’ve been done consistently with the same employee. I recommend continuity to ensure all work is completed on time. Lastly, tracker for service arrival was not accurate.

Being able to dispatch technicians who are highly skilled, completely professional, and at the same time very friendly and customer-focused is a big deal, and a very welcome hallmark of our experience with NICE. Weve needed the firms help, to date, only with fireplace maintenance, but we certainly will be happy to call on them again and can recommend consulting them without reservation.

David our representative completed an awesome assessment of our dated Hvac system and presented in detail the efficiency of how a new system would benefit us. David is extremely knowledgeable in this field and someone that you can trust. I highly recommend him and Nice Heating and Air as a valued company for all heating and a/c needs.

I contacted Nice based on the positive reviews posted regarding their service and responsiveness and I was not disappointed. My A/C unit malfunctioned late one night and I called Nice for a service visit the next morning. They were able to send someone out by noon the next day. The service technician, Hayden, was courteous, professional, answered all of my questions and promptly identified and repaired the problem. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again, as well as recommend them to friends.

Update 8/16/2021 - Hayden was great! I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for my AC unit since it wasnt keeping up with the heat. They were able to schedule an appointment for me first available the following day (amazing!). Hayden came to the house today, and like all of the other employees I have met, he was very kind, courteous and professional. I think everything was completed in about 20 minutes, maybe 30 minutes tops. AC is working again and we again had a great visit from NICE.Very nice and professional!Update 12/15/2020 - Today Jeremy came out to check on my fire place and my heater. As I have said before every time NICE comes out it is a great experience! Thank you to NICE and all of their professional and caring workers.

Nate, my initial point of contact, was very customer oriented and addressed all of my concerns.John the install point of contact, and his team, were professional and personable and also provided answers to all of my questions. From the time that John and the team arrived until the installed was complete, their professional, yet personable and polite demeanor and approach to me did not change at all. I was particularly impressed by that because the team was faced with an unexpected challenge that arose because of the structural make-up and age of my home. John came by and was on time for the appointment. John was able to show me the areas in which needed to have serviced with videos and pictures. He left a very detailed note and gave me guidance on what I need to do to maintain the system. Previously Rolando had come by and conducted the maintenance as well as performed the services necessary to get me back up and running properly. He too also provide me with detailed information and pictures and videos. The services have also always been great!

Found ourselves without cool air on possibly the last day of warm weather. Called Nice to schedule a service call and was told would be afternoon. 20 minutes later Hayden was messaging saying he was en route to our home. After investigating the heat pump and air handler he presented us with three options, giving details on each one. We chose the top option and he went about locating necessary parts. Found them and informed us of his expected return time. Job turned into a little more and requires a second day. Hayden was professional and courteous. Brought back a portable air handler for the night which we ultimately declined. Job completed on second day and now the household is comfortable and our system has an added air purifier which will assist in keeping our system clean as well as our home. Enrolled in their annual service contract and look forward to having Hayden back For semi annual service. This is my second time using NICE Heating & Air and Ive been very pleased with their work. I had multiple parts fail on my still under warranty hot water heater and the technician Anthony made several visits to my home which included spending several hours working well into the evening one day to test & evaluate each part of my water heater to ensure my water heater would not only get back up and running, but continue to function error free going forward. Anthony went above and beyond to get my hot water back up and running. He even found a way to get the water heater to work while we waited several days on a delay receiving the last part we ordered from the manufacturer. The issues with my water heater were not a quick or easy fix and I appreciated the professionalism, communication, & concern for not wanting me to go any longer without hot water than was unavoidable.

I contacted Nice Home Services to fix my gas fireplace. The whole experience was superb. I was offered several convenient appointment time options. On the day of service, both the technician and the dispatcher kept me updated on the ETA, so I was able comfortable leave the house and get shores done without fear that the technician would show up at my house unexpectedly and me not be home to receive him. The company also sent me an email with the picture of the technician, which tells me that the company values customer safety. The technician was very courteous and communicated very well. He put on shoe covers and kept the working area neat and clean. He made it a priority to respect my home. During conversation he told me that the company holds daily morning reports where technicians receive continued education. This is similar to what is done in the health care industry. The company followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I definitely would do business with Nice Home Services in the future.

JC explained things along the way which I appreciated. Hayden installed our thermostat and Brenden gave us our estimate/sold us our HVAC system. All of the gentleman were great! Thanks NICE!
