The services of 2020 Drain Clean & Plumbing were excellent starting from answering the phone, scheduling a diagnostic visit, usually the same day or the next, giving an estimate and then following through with the job. I have called them twice, once for a repair in my condo that I rent and once in my residence. I have had Josh come for the condo job and Jaime come for the job in my house. The only comment I would have is that the charges for a major job in my condo were reasonable because it involved about 3 hours of work (fairly complicated) but the charges for a 15 minute job (fairly straightforward) in my house seemed on the high side. There was no estimate given, just a final amount for my house job. In both instances, I would say the job was done in a professional manner. I will continue to use them but will ensure that I get estimates! I recommend their services based on their competence and professionalism.

This is the third time I’ve called 2020 Drain to solve my plumbing problems and, as usual, they got here in record time, diagnosed the situation, and presented me with repair options. Josh knows his trade. He did terrific work with a very difficult replacement of a large section of old, rusty cast iron pipe with PVC pipe. Quick, clean, and highly professional. Josh did a great job at our house. He came to scope our pipes and then came back to hydro jet. They were great to work with; professional, responsive, easy to understand, etc. Josh answered all my questions and was friendly to be around. The only very small thing they could have done better was protect the white cabinet frame which was slightly damaged and scratch up up from the hoses. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend to friends! Most importantly our problem is fixed!

2020 has done many big jobs for us like pipe replacement and building out the plumbing for our laundry room. Their prices beat other quotes weve gotten by thousands of dollars, and their work and plan of action was more minimal, detailed, and non-invasive. Their whole team goes above and beyond to do the best job possible, and the entire team stayed for an entire 16 hours to beat the rain and accommodate our schedule for a big water service line repair. Wasai, the owner, is extremely compassionate and responsive. Josh is inventive and thoughtful, Abdul and Jaime are hardworking and professional, and Mario went above and beyond making sure that the backfilling and restoration of our outdoor landscaping after a trench digging was perfect. Were so grateful to them, and will be customers for years to come!

I was very pleased with the service I received. The plumber showed up on time and worked quickly and professionally to solve all my plumbing problems. He did a great job on my sink drain. He not only cleared the clog but he replaced the pipe..He discovered a leak in the wall which he also fixed, saving me from future expensive damage and repair. He also agreed to do extra work as I wished to have my water heater flushed, saving me from having to make a second service call.

We had THE BEST experience with 2020 Drain Clean & Plumbing! Our repair situation was complicated in that a brand new AO Smith water heater failed upon installation by Plumbing Enterprises. Unfortunately, PE was not willing to perform the warranty replacement and AO Smith wasnt covering the labor cost on their failed new unit. Wed had a previous positive experience with 2020, so we were pleased when Owner Wasai Farooqi said he could help us out of what had become a very frustrating dilemma. Once 2020 began handling the situation, things got better immediately. A new replacement unit was found and it was installed expertly by Technician Jaime Moreno exactly as scheduled. But that positive result could not have happened without the amazing engagement by Wasai. He personally tracked down an exact replacement (by him working hours over a weekend). He spoke to store management to ensure it was placed it on hold (although there were four in stock at the time), and he followed up again with store staff on the day of pickup and installation. I was there in the store myself on that day and I will say 100% none of that would have worked out without the arrangements Wasai had made with store managers in advance and his experience and knowledge over the phone, talking everything through with the staff at the counter. In actuality, the only one of four units left in the store was the exact one in the back he had arranged to be put on hold. We literally would have had to start all over without his involvement and anticipation. That level of dedication was so completely opposite of what we experienced at the other place ... and for the 2020 Owner to have done all that himself? You just dont find someone so positive, effective, and kind-hearted as Wasai very often. This story was well-earned. Wasai saved the day, literally.

I had a floor drain that was overflowing. This sort of thing can be extremely upsetting and frustrating specially when you have tried everything to fix the issue on your own. I reached out to 20/20 Drain Clean & Plumbing. I received a pretty immediate response. They sent out what I’m assuming is their best man (Johnny Irizarry). He inspected the area and was very confident he could handle it. He scheduled an appointment for me the following day in order to give me time to think about the estimate he had given me. He came the following day with his assistant. He came in with his kind, positive, can do attitude and immediately began to unclog my drain. He walked me through his process and was able to answer every question I had. His professionalism and experience made me feel comfortable and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Johnny was amazing! Professional and courteous. You can tell that he takes tremendous pride in his work and it shows. Beautiful workmanship! I am sad to cover the pipes up with drywall. I will always use Johnny and 20/20 Drain Clean & Plumbing for all of my plumbing work. Johnny installed a tankless water heater, rerouted all gas lines including a large one that ran through a large portion of the house, raised the shower faucet, repaired the toilet flange, repaired and replaced old water pipes disclosed when we renovated our bathroom and reduced the size of massive water pipes and vents in our ceiling allowing us to raise the ceiling level of our bathroom. He was wonderful to have in our house, polite, and professional! I love the text message updates from the office confirming appointments and that the plumber is in route. This is a honest family owned company that has the highest quality service and knowledge. The fear tactics most companies use drives me insane, people will talk about the gloom and doom and how they cant do the job. I had an appointment this evening this company. Ahmad and Joe were prompt and friendly. Ahmad came in assessed the issue and began to work on the clogged drain. This was a clog that required chiseling and very careful snaking! I am a helicopter homeowner from a distance, because I like to learn as well. This was no issue, actually they took the time to explain what exactly was going on and why!!! That was the price of admission for me. I normally dont leave a review because Im lazy (thank you to all of you that do, I do read your reviews) but I had such an amazing customer service experience that this company deserves the praise.Anastasia (in the office) was wonderful in working with me and my home warranty company (so many issues...) in trying to get them to authorize a new hot water heater and installment. This was the second plumbing establishment my warranty company sent out because the first was not good. Anastasia was able to dispatch Adam Sobel quickly and he was extremely thorough with the issues he saw and the recommendations.After much back and forth with the warranty company, Anastasia was able to locate my specific hot water heater (of course it was not a standard unit and on backorder in many places) when the warranty company wanted to send a payout (dont ever agree to that, it is normally for a smaller monetary amount) I refused and demanded a replacement.Adam came back out with the new heater and made sure everything was perfect. He took the time to explain to me all the parts of the unit, how they work, what maintenance I should be doing and abided by all COVID protocols. He called prior to arriving, came in a company car, wearing a company shirt, wore a mask, and booties (was not done by the first plumbing company), I felt extremely safe and was not concerned for my health or safety.I work in customer service and this is the type of service I hope to get from every establishment I visit or utilize. Anastasia and Adam provided exemplary customer service and because of these two individuals, this company has made a life long customer. The expert Jose came with mask and put on a shoe cover as soon as he arrive. The drain is clogged very seriously as I once tried to put a 10 ft snake into it but did not work. Our expert use a very professional machine which unclog the whole drain about 50 ft deep in 20 minutes. Besides, Jose is very nice and he cleaned all the water/mud on tiles and inside the cabinets. He explained the issue and even made an appointment for me with their trusted water damage repair contractor. Hopefully this will allow for my insurance company to cover the damage. I wasnt charged anything for the quick visit and the referral to the other company may end up saving me a lot of money in the long run. I will use them for my future needs for sure.

I called 20/20 and talked to Anastasia at about 6:30 one evening, where she skied me specific questions about my problem and called who she thought would be best for the situation. Abdul and Johnny showed up by 7:00...very timely! They assessed the situation and did not make any rash decisions before troubleshooting and making sure they knew exactly where the clog was coming from. At first they thought it may be the main line, but they wanted to be completely sure, so they ran multiple tests and found that it was actually another clog causing flooding from a drain in my utility closet. They both were very professional and engaged in conversation while also explaining what they needed to do, step-by-step. I would recommend 20/20 as a company, along with Anastasia, Abdul, and Johnny for any future plumbing needs. Definitely 5 stars in my book!
