    We continue to receive excellent service from United Air Temp. We’ve used them for plumbing, heating and electrical service since 2014. They’ve always been professional and provided high quality repairs and installations. Recently, we had plumbing work performed in our master bathroom. The technician Antuan was highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about our particular issue. He also communicated well prior to and, during the appointment. And he was very patient, as our issue required him to come back to our home the same day.

    I needed the faucets in my bathtub/shower replaced. United Air Temp responded to my home warranty call the same day and set up an appointment for the following day. Rudy was the technician who came to my home. (He has also made repairs on my sump pump and installed a new toilet.) He is great! He always explains the issue and what needs to be done to fix it and answers any questions I may have. He is very professional and friendly and completes the work in a timely fashion.

    The quality of service here seems to depend on the individual doing the work. I give 5 stars to MELVIN P. who was knowledgeable, professional, and delivered results when I needed assistance with synchronizing thermostat and HVAC unit.     I had UAT over for service and maintenance of my HVAC units. The technician Jason was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He serviced two units and a mini-split. However, he could not service the dryer vent as they can only handle upto 6 ft long vents. Overall a very good job.

    Rudy was FANTASTIC!!! Not only did he arrive early due to a cancellation, but he quickly took care of the repairs. He took the time to listen to my concerns and walk me through the causes of the issues and repairs made to resolve. And he could not have been nicer! This was scheduled through my home warranty company after my recent home purchase, but I will definitely use United Air Temp for any future plumbing or HVAC needs.

    The plumber Rudy was able to advise/fix all 3 issues effectively and quickly once my bldg engineer was able to successfully turn the water off. Due to no fault of Rudy’s what could have been a one to 2 hour visit turned into 3 separate visits because he wasn’t given the proper means to complete the work the first time. Once the engineer in my bldg could accommodate him, all repairs were fast and smooth. Rudy even gave him advice on what to look for in the future on bldg wide plumbing concerns.

He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He explained his survey process, the work required and explained why and what would happen if the work was not completed.     When I was rushed to the hospital, I clogged my toilet in my worsening confusion. I called UA Air Temp from the hospital as my return home required a working toilet.I called the American Home Shield home warranty number and explained my situation. I been advised I could get a plumber in 24-48 hrs. She called UA Air Temp and intervened. I called them a got an appointment the next day between 1230-1430. My next problem was that I was in the hospital and couldnt let them in. My realtor friend suggested we use her key lock box to hang on my door with the door key in it. Carla facilitated getting this approved and the next day my toilet was fixed. Stellar service

    I had a pipe leaking at my residence and called United Air Temp. The receptionist who answered the call was amazingly polite and responsive , and in a short period of time dispatched the order. To my astonishment ( I have been waiting for 4 days to receive service for this problem from another company!!!! ) in less then 2 hrs the on call technician from United Air temp Called me and showed up on my doorstep. He introduced himself as Juan and immediately started the work, diagnosed and repaired the leak. His timeliness, professionalism, and work ethic was exemplary and deserves to be recognized. United Air temp! you have earned my respect and trust and you truly deserve the recognition as nation’s top HVAC service company.

    Had a terrific service by Rudy, he fixed all of my problems on my claims with AHS. Normally my experiences with AHS are abominable. Rudy and United Air Temp gave me the first positive experience in a very long time with AHS. I will definitely use United Air Temp again in the future and I am very thankful that Rudy was so diligent fixing several plumbing issues including the garbage disposals.

    I purchased as service warranty with United Air Temp last year and again this year. So far their service personnel have been prompt to appointments, knowledgeable of what needs to be done, polite and able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The United Air Temp phone staff for maintenance appointments and services calls are easy to work with also. I am very happy with my dealing with them. They fixed my furnace within days of diagnostic of the issue, it was just a matter of waiting for the part come in. Maintenance service calls alway end with suggestions to keep my system in good order.

    I had a toilet that needed a shut-off valve replaced. The first contractor apparently did not know how to fix it. When United Temp Air technician (Isaiah Strawberry) came out, he replaced the shut-off valve. He was very professional. He did a great job. We were very pleased with his service.

    This was my first time using this company and was overall satisfied with the service. They were referred by my mother.I requested the furnace and hot water heater be checked and cleaned and my pipes/plumbing system checked. Ms. Darlene called to get me setup. She was friendly and customer service oriented. She quoted me for the services I requested and immediately emailed me the information as I requested. The Technician arrived 20 minutes outside the hour window. He was very professional and thorough. He explained in detail what he found and made his recommendations. I was a bit disappointed that there wasnt more to the plumbing/pipes check than what was done, turning faucets off and on, flushing toilets, and checking the water pressure from only one of the outdoor spigots, but overall my experience was good. Ill just have to get an actual plumber next time. The prices were reasonable, the communication was great, and the staff was professional.

He identified the problem rather quickly and after informing me of my options, restored my air conditioning. He ordered a part and came back AS PROMISED one week later to install the part.     The technician was very professional and very thorough. Ultimately, I was pleased with the service. However, the technician also tried to sell me service agreements with United Air Temp and I made it very clear I was NOT interested. I already have home warranty insurance and, without the benefit understanding the overlap and/or gaps between the products I was not going to make that decision on the spot. Great service but they will try to sell you service agreements.

    My technician was extremely helpful, thoughtful and did his best to address immediate issues. American Home Shield (AHS) is the company that contracts United to do their service work. AHS is a terrible company. Will not replace items under warranty without a catastrophic failure occurring in any item. They will let you pay $100 for service fees on a problem that repeatedly happens forever. Ive paid $600 in individual service fee visits and they will not replace the toilet. Nos. Am replacing it on my own expense. AHS is terrible.

    Outstanding service!! We had our yearly winter service maintenance completed on our boiler and our service technician for the heating needs was Mr. Will who did an outstanding job. We also had a second appointment same day to install a new water heater with two service technicians on the plumbing side was Dave and Hosea (sp) in which they did also did an outstanding job and all work was completed in a timely manner. All three service technicians arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. I was very satisfied with all work that was completed. I want to thank you for your great customer services.     Eric was great...arrived on time..did not mind me checking on him frequently or answering the many questions I had. I got an hvac check snd clean and I saw he actually cleaning the many of the ac parts. I noticed the system performing better once he was done. My only complaint is that i did not received a receipt detailling the services performed as I requested. I only got an email receipt showing the company name and the amount charged.

He was really informative about what he was going to do to fix the high pressure in our house, replaced the pressure regulator valve, and told us what to do in the future.     My AC stopped working on a 91 degree day--the next day was 94. The scheduler called me back promptly and was pleasant and professional . The technician called me a few hours before my scheduled time to say he could come right away if I was available...I made myself available. The tech repaired the unit quickly, but without trying to sell me anything, pointed out that my unit (23 y/o) was well past its expected life span of 12 to 15 years and perhaps I should consider replacing it. I have American Home Shield and could take my chances; Im still thinking about it, but would consider using United Air to do the work. I thought they were excellent.

    Was disappointed that there was a difference between what the technician who inspected our plumbing and the technician who came out to do the work.Good repairs to the toilet leakage.But, the kitchen faucet leakage was not repaired. Had a replacement faucet on hand, but the technician said that work was not covered by the agreement.Very disappointing!!Plus, the appointment was at 12:30, but the technician did not arrive until after 3:45. Big waste of my time away from my work in the Pentagon.You could do much better!

    Of course my water heater conked out at the worst possible time. It was approaching the holiday weekend and they were all booked up, but I was not prepared to wait until after the long weekend for hot water, and United Air Temps worked VERY hard to meet my difficult scheduling request. The gentleman showed up on time and worked to thoroughly fix the problem that had been a frequent and costly recurrence. He also pointed out a few other things I needed, but it was not a hard sell and he left an estimate as requested.     I called the United Air Because it is a lot warmer in my house these days. (No kidding about the heat wave, right?!?!!!) The person on the phone was very supportive and took the time to listen to what was happening with me even though I know the phones were ringing off the hook Because of this heat wave. She took the time to help me get an appointment that worked best for me. That was very helpful.The United Air technician came to my house to check my attic fan (since I just had my roof replaced). He was very knowledgeable, helpful and had a lot of integrity and authenticity. I was very impressed that he wasn’t just a salesperson trying to get me to buy more and spend more money on another thing in the future. Sure, there are things I can do, but he helped me see my choices without pressure. That also was very helpful.Thank you United Air! My house thanks you too for all the other times over the years.

    My home warranty company set me up an appointment with this company. From the start of the process when United Air Temp called me up setup an appointment with dispatcher was highly professional. I picked an appointment time and the tech arrived at the appointed time. The tech Rob fixed the my central unit with an hour and also listed some recommendations to do in the future. I was very pleased with this company service from start to finish. I must admit I was a little worried about this company because of the review i saw online, But the service was amazing.

    I had my Spring AC/furnace cleaning/maintenance and I opted to have my dryer vent cleaned as well. The tech did everything, was very polite. That evening I dried a small load of laundry but after an hour it wasn’t dry. We realized that no air was coming out of the dryer vent outside. I called UAT the next morning, they were prepared to come out within 30 minutes to check/fix the issue. I requested after 3pm due to my work schedule, they had no problem accommodating me. They were at my home at a reasonable time, they found & fixed a clog in the dryer vent, were very apologetic, polite, & professional. The original tech came but his manager also came. I appreciate their timely response and the fact that they viewed my problem as important as I did. (Some companies behave like “oh ok, we can fit you in next Tuesday” attitude even if it’s their error.) UAT was 100% on top of it, they cared and wanted to correct the issue immediately. I wasn’t mad at the “mistake” because mistakes happen. I was appreciative that they acted immediately. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

    I have the maintenance agreement with United Air Temp after they installed my a/c a few years ago. They are always there for twice yearly maintenance and any other problems I may have. Never have to wait long for an appointment and always on time.Phillip, by far, is best technician I have dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and professional, as well as very helpful and friendly. I would choose him over anybody to come into my home to do work.And, what can I say. My two chihuahuas love him and wont let him get to work until he has greeted them and pet them. He has a 5+ rating with myself and OZ and SUNDAY.

    Great experience. We were connected to this company via our Home Owners Insurance Policy. We had our heat go out, called in a work request to the Insurance company and they connected us with United Air Temp to complete the service. They were able to schedule a same day appointment. Even though I wasnt available to let them in b/c of my school and work schedule until late it wasnt a problem. Their technician was a little late to the 7pm appointment but he was very nice and professional. He told us a lot about out digital thermostat we didnt know. The part for our furnace had to be ordered and was in by the next week. We have nothing to complain about so far! Plan on using them again.

    I was able to get a good time scheduled rather than wait on a long window . The technician called prior to coming , and he arrived earlier than scheduled and I let him know the issues with my system. I showed him to the thermostat and let him know where my heat pump and access was located. He set the temp and got to work while I got some cleaning done. In about 30 minutes he notified me that he was done and he had to change out a compacitor. System was humming all through the night. Fast and professional service. Good technician!

    United Air Temp always does an excellent job. Almost two years ago they replaced my HVAC (including ducts) and installed new plumbing in my entire house. They explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. I have not had any problems since the new installation. They cleaned up well after they completed their work.     United Air Temp installed a new water heater for us. Installing a much larger tank in a tight space and having to update the pipes to todays code was tedious, Im sure.     My technician arrived on time & was very friendly. He determined what was needed & explained to me that my American Home Shield warranty wouldnt cover this. I had already paid $100 to AHS for my repair under my warranty. When I booked the appointment through AHS I told them exactly what was needed. They knew they werent going to pay for the repair at that point but charged me their $100 copay anyway. I cant say enough about United Air Temp . They were very apologetic about having to charge me $175 to complete the job. They suggested I contact AHS to get my $100 back. AHS stated my $100 goes for my technician to walk through the door.     I have a home warranty that uses the services of this company. To get the appointment asap was challenging but once I informed my home warranty that I have people with medical issues the AC company called me right away to schedule the appointment. The next day they came and a Tech by the name of Brian was so knowledgeable, professional, and caring. He explained things to my level and did not leave until he was sure the AC would keep working and told me I can always call him and he would come back if there was another issue. With the heat and humidity in Florida I am grateful that a great tech came by and fixed the unit. I also purchased their maintenance plan because he showed me different parts that the unit needed cleaning. I recommend this company, and it takes alot for me to write reviews but we were very happy with the service.

    Service was good, I do think the tech who serviced both my A/C units pushed a little too hard to sell other services. I mentioned just having spent 5k on replacing my water heater that same day but the tech was insistent on selling me something more than I asked for. Overall I like their service and would use them again, just would appreciate a little less pushiness when it was clear I did not want anything other than what I requested.

    The technician, David, was great. Of course having an HVAC issue on hot days is never optimal, especially when it is the weekend. Scheduled a service right away, waited awhile, did a follow up and found out where we fell in line, we were three away. Tech called about 30 minutes out, arrived and went to work. Our issue was the ground moisture sensor causing the system to shut off. He got the system up and running and said he had a few more calls in the area, if we had any more issues to call. The system shut down again, called him and he said he was just finishing up a job and would call when done. I was able to get system reset and running, he called and was willing to come by again! I declined since the system was operating again.

    Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Craig from United Air Temp and I was very impressed. First, he was early and called me to let me know he was in route. When I told him that I was about 20 minutes away, he urged me to relax and be safe. When he arrived he was pleasant and professional. He got right to work but his approach was different. He was much more concerned with my safety than just fixing the problem. I must say that he recognized some short cuts that may have been taken by a prior technician from another company but he didnt spend a lot of time bashing them or harping on what they did wrong. He simply assured me that he was going to do the job the correct way. Craig also shared some preventive measures that I could take that would help my furnace to run more efficiently. I really appreciated that. Craig was a great ambassador for United Air Temp but more than that, hes a really nice guy. I would call on him again and again!

    I originally had United Air Temp come in to repair my AC system, but there were other issues with my AC that I determined would be better corrected by just having a new unit installed. The company agreed that it would be the best solution and they helped me to get everything in motion. The work was done efficiently and in a timely manner, and the cost was reasonable (I have had an AC replaced before, so I know something about costs for this kind of thing). The warranty for parts and labor going forward were in my opinion better than what other companies would have given me. I am confident now that my AC will last for many years to come and I should not see any problems going forward. The folks that installed the new system could not have been nicer, and were VERY knowledgeable concerning the equipment. On my personal grading scale, I give them a solid A!

    Have maintenance contract which is quickly honored and l experienced no hidden exceptions. My appliances and equipment always break down on a Friday night and getting weekend service is short of a miracle. I was ecstatic that UAT was willing to send help to restore my heat after 10pm on a Friday night. I thought about a technician working on a cold dark night and elected to schedule Saturday. During my most recent experience the Tech (Zach) arrived on time and did an excellent job, wore shoe coverings and a mask the entire time.     I started using United Air Temp about 3 years ago for an old heat pump that went bad. They were easy to schedule with, came out quickly and resolved the issue. A year later, I decided the old system had to go. They came out, offered a nice system at a good price and were able to install it soon after. Ive also had them come out twice a year for routine checks of the new system (spring and fall, per warranty). They always call to remind me, are flexible with the appointment times and have ALWAYS been in the earlier part of their time windows. The office calls when a technician is on the way to make sure were home.So far, I havent had a single bad experience and theyve come out to my house about 8 total times for various things. Ill keep using them until they prove me wrong.Good job, guys!

    First-United does repair condo AC units even if they need to climb up a ladder to the roof - with no complaints.Second-They are dogged in their determination to complete a repair. It took Benjamin and his trainee two hours to remove a rusted blower motor from its casing. The office responded quickly, calling a second time when I forgot to respond to their voice mail about scheduling an appointment.The appointment was scheduled within 48 hours, they gave me a 2-hour arrival window as opposed to most companies that give you 4 hours. The tech arrived within an hour, midway thru the arrival window. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained the problem and although he had to order a part, he set up a temporary solution that I was extremely grateful for.When the part arrived, less than a week later, the office called and set up the appointment with the same 2-hour window. A second tech was just as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as the first.I would not hesitate to use them again.

    I must say that all my experiences with United Air Temp has been exceptional. Especially my last appointment. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and went beyond my expectations to insure that my unit was working correctly.I highly recommend them for AC/Heating repair.

    Had a tech by the name of Edgar come by to fix our AC unit. Nothing but great things to say about him. He happily took any questions I had and took the time to answer them thoroughly. Very friendly person and extremely knowledgable about his craft.Our issue ended up being a blown capacitor which he replaced quickly and even brought it inside to explain to us what happened. He even gave us maintenance tips for our unit and furnace. Thank you Edgar!

    Our furnace malfunctioned on the coldest day on record for this winter and United Air Temp responded to an emergency service call on the same day. The representative was knowledgeable and able to repair the furnace within 20 minutes. We were very thankful & warm!
