    Fast friendly and professional service. We needed our shower cartridge removed and replaced. I had one from Amazon that we used, although it wasnt the same as the previous one.     Brooks was excellent A+++! Brooks did a very thorough job inspecting our HVAC system and looking into our specific concern that it might have humidity and mold built-up. He explained everything clearly, showed us where mold could potentially build-up, and gave us peace of mind that we did not have any mold. He also gave us options to help reduce the likelihood of getting mold in the future if we were still concerned about that possibility. Brooks was very pleasant to work with, answered all our HVAC questions, and addressed all our concerns, giving us peace of mind. We highly recommend Brooks and will definitely ask for him specifically to service our homeā€™s HVAC system in the future!!!

Very polite, put covers on his boots and clearly explained what he was going to be inspecting with my furnace and that I would hear a drilling noise, then gave me a full report after on what he saw and what service options were available.     They provided our work through COSTCO. It was a great experience all around, from the initial consultation to installation. The team installed a new furnace, AC unit, and a water tank in less than 5 hours. The whole process was pretty seamless. He and his assistant were rather quick with the installation and kindly tidied the area of the resulting dust.

    Appointment was easy to make and confirm. Michael arrived on time and was a pleasant to work with. His assessment and recommendation appeared to be straightforward and honest. Cost for repair was sent same day and while the price for a new hot water heater seemed to be much higher than expected, the overall experience with Furr was positive.

    Unusual repair of leaking ancient metal pipe that spurted out water through a tiny hole into a closet through which it passed (spraying clothes stored inside). Workman immediately spotted the trouble, went and bought the required pipe mending stuff needed to patch it., and installed same. Very neatly cleaned the closet when finished. (We had never heard of a pipe spraying a fine spray over the contents of a clothes closet, so the familys best efforts to analyze the leak had totally failed.)

    Your technician Mr Joel Wallace is fantastic. He arrived timely. He inspected the system in question and identified on item on the Mini-split and a problem with computer board we need to replace immediately and identified a problem we need to replace to fix the performance. He also inspected our gas furnace. He checked the functionality of furnace and pointed out the need for us to ensure that dust does not accumulate under the furnace. He is very profession and personal. We are very well please with the service. Yes there was an additional fee for the UV light and replacement board, however we now have an idea what was happening with the mini split and hopefully the above items will fix the problem.Thank you again Mr Wallace.

    Stanley Ford was very professional with two tasks performed as well as I could hope. A fixed leaky pipe going to water heater was done quickly. And install of a new kitchen faucet was great. I did purchase my own faucet as the charges for what technician had on hand were exorbitant, but not his fault.

He addressed our scheduled maintenance issues as well as an issue in our bathroom that we need an estimate for by Hudson.     We had an emergency first thing Monday morning. Called Furr at 7:30 in the morning. They dispatched technician named Casey who arrived exactly at the time estimated. He performed a complete bleeding of an old radiator boiler system and had us up and running in no time. We could not have asked for a better experience from a plumbing service. In fact was the best plumbing service Iā€™ve had in 60 years.

    Eduardo was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Just make sure you sign off on your name/ address on the report before itā€™s finalized because Furrā€™s software prevents them from easily correcting it if need be, and itā€™s a VERY cumbersome process to correct it. Also, confirm arrival time and know that the online driver tracker does not work (mine was stuck at 2.5 miles/ 14 minutes away for 90 minutes and I had to leave when he arrived because it was 30 minutes after the end of my designated arrival window for him of 8-9am). But Eduardo himself was terrific and knew what he was doing!

    Experience matters, especially with diagnostics. Thank you for dispatching a real pro. The service and maintenance AC coil cleaning was great.But the price was almost criminal. No fault of the tech, he had to follow policy. House painter stepped on the condenser wires and thermostat went out. Wife called for service, standard 159$ diagnostics fee. Upon tech arrival I directed him immediately to check to see if stat wire was unplugged, it was. Plugging it back in fixed AC, but he ā€˜hadā€™ to charge for ā€˜low voltageā€™ work, an additional few 100$. So plugging back in my thermostat wire cost me over >375$. I usually service all of my appliances but not that day regretfuly.but it was time to clean the coil, so no wasted trip; addā€™l >$550 to clean a coil which is high. .

    Scott was an absolute god send. I had home come out to investigate a potential plumbing leak. He did a bit of sleuthing and was able to pinpoint the culprit to our leaky two year old roof and skylights where weā€™re experiencing water intrusion behind the drywall sill and the sink a toilet down to the first floor ceiling. He carefully explained the tell tale signs and recommended a drain leak finder company to confirm and close the loop and have him come back out to perform repairs as needed before moving on to a roofer.     Thomas Edwards was the rep sent to repair my AC. He was very thorough. Tested the whole system and took time to explain in detail why he was doing each thing. He made me aware of various options for service and repair but was not pushy on anything. Ultimately the repair was a compressor replacement, which they apply a heavy markup on for what is ultimately a 50-80 dollar part.I had someone come out yesterday from a different company and their diagnosis was a full replacement of the fan at a much higher cost. For context after doing research, compressor failure is one of the most common HVAC issues and its something that the other technician would have been aware of. I wouldnt normally give five stars based on the markup, but Thomas was honest/knowledgeable and I have to assume most other large companies would quote similar prices for the work.
