If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Royal Plumbing is fantastic! I called them yesterday to get on the schedule for them to check out an issue with a faucet at a rental property. Skylar was so friendly and personable on the phone. She took down all of my information and said they would be able to come out between 10-12 today. I got a call shortly after 10 from Christian that he was headed that way. Once they finished and resolved the issue, I got a detailed invoice with all the work that had been completed. I was so impressed that I will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs! You cannot go wrong with this christian, locally owned company!

I recently moved to Longview from Missouri. Had issues with the plumbing in my house. Had one company come out and it cost a lot! A friend suggested Royal. I have used them every time since then. They are very courteous. Get the job done in a timely manner. I am able to trust them in my home while I am at work as I have no one to help me out. I recently had a garbage disposal added. They did a great job. The other day I received a check in the mail with a note. How kind!! How many other companies would have just kept the extra money, not them. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

I called with a plumbing issue and was worried it would take a long time for them to be able to come and see what the issue was to fix it. However, they came out the next day, an hour before they said they would be there, identified and corrected the problem quickly. I thought it was going to be a huge expensive issue however it was something small and easy. I will be calling Royal Plumbing for any plumbing issues going forward. Danny and Jacob were great. They explained the problem, worked quickly and were very professional.

Hands down they have the friendliest and most professional staff, both in the office and in the field. Our new home build was nothing short of chaos from day one due to a poor choice in builder. Royal Plumbing handled it with so much patience and understanding. The reassurance of knowing that I had them on my side and willing to do whatever it took, at any hour necessary to make my dream home a reality, means more than I could EVER express to them.
