    We dont often need a plumber, but when we do, Mr. Rooter is at the top of our list. Riko was very helpful and professional while performing the tasks of cleaning out our bathtub drain and checking the main sewer line, with a camera, for any problems regarding past recommendations. There were concerns, a few days later and Mr. Rooter set us up for a check. Scotty was very knowledgeable and diligent about fixing the issue that we were concerned about. Great Job, Mr. Rooter!

    Our tech Colby was awsome!!!showed up right as scheduled and very professional.explained the whole process and even recommended a water damage specialist for our damaged bathrooms.the whole process was fast.under 1hr for him to remove the blocked pipes and even took the extra time to re run through the system to ensure the pipes were good and clean.i would 100% use mr. rooter in the future if needed. When a competitor who does 24/7 services called me back and said they couldnt come out for another 5days I was sold on the fact Mr. Rooter was there to make sure we had working toilets again.

    I was able to get a technician out same day and at a time that worked with my schedule. Riko helped with my immediate problem, plugged kitchen drains.     Mr. Mike Lindsey and his colleague did a fantastic job taking care of me and my family when our boiler went out. We called and they showed up same day, within 2 hours. They diagnosed the problem and they gave us options. We chose to replace it, and THEY DID SAME DAY. They even helped me save some money, and helped me fix a water spigot i was having issues with for MONTHS. Very friendly and personable people. Will be using again.

    We had a mystery leak coming up through the middle of our basement floor. Without having to cut holes in the flooring or the walls, they were able to track down an errant hot water line under the stairs which they quickly capped off.     The fast and friendly service from Mr Rooter was phenomenal. Technician Terry was extremely thorough and explained everything to me that he was doing. So, I still have to have that water system possibility eliminated before I can either get a new Navien water heater or have the geothermal system fixed.     After working on a slow drain at our kitchen sink, wasting quite a bit of time and money on Drain Cleaners, I decided to get someone out to clean the drain for us. I found Mr. Rooter on my phone. I read few reviews and gave them a call. They were easy to work with on the phone and we had a confirmed appointment about 2 hours later. When the technician (Tim Brown) arrived, we talked about the problem, and he suggested that it would be best to power wash the drain to clear the obstruction once and for all. Tim gave us a price and we agreed to have him do the work. About 2 hours later we had a clear drain. Tim was great, taking care not to make a mess and he told us what he was doing and seeing throughout the process. We are very happy to have found Mr. Rooter. Thank you, Tim!!

    Jason did a job for us a couple months ago and we were very happy with his service. Last week he came to help us with diagnosing our water heater and went over all the options before we decided to replace. He was assisted by Mike and they were able to install a new water heater within hours of the evaluation call. With the shortage of appliances and parts, I was amazed they had a heater in stock that could be installed so fast. The time between Jason giving us an estimate to hot water flowing in our house was less than 4 hours, and that included him going back to the warehouse to get the parts. We will certainly be calling Mr. Rooter and Jason and Mike again for future needs. This company has impressed me with their speedy response to our plumbing needs the past 2 years since we purchased our home.

    The tech came on a Sunday morning and fixed our sewer drain. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. His name was Jason Belcher and we are very happy with his work.     Called early yesterday morning and they were able to send someone out in as little as 2 hours.Gentlemen was nice, knowledgeable, and once we discussed options/problem he got right to work.Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that he left a tool behind, along with a bunch of dirt on my windowsill, doors, leaked water.. I don’t mind since I know the job was hefty but a simple apology for the mess would have been nice.

Jason Belcher, the plumbing technician, went above and beyond to help my partner and I with a sewer line clog. The line was clogged with rocks and debris, thanks to a missing sewer cap, making for a very unfortunate situation. Jason was so knowledgable and patient and completely took care of the problem for us, which was time consuming and messy. Thank you Jason and Mr Rooter!

    Mike Lindsey was amazing! Very knowledgeable about our outside well and water filtration system.     Septic system backed upon a Sunday afternoon. Called Mr Rooter and Chaz responded. Determined that the input pipe from the house to the septic tank had become disconnected. and become clogged. HUH ????? . Previous owner mentioned that he had some problems with backups and even had a piece of rebar that he used clear the clog. With some new parts Chaz was able to reconnect the piping. Now everything works as it is suppose to. Price was reasonable for the work performed. Thanks Chaz and Mr. Rooter.

    Couldnt be more pleased with the service we received from everyone at Mr. Rooter! Nice woman whom took our call was professional, friendly and empathetic to our plumbing situation. She said she would see about getting a technician to us and would keep us posted, and she did exactly that. Received a few calls briefing us when our tech would arrive. Mike arrived and was also professional, courteous and receptive to our plight. He sae what we had excavated near foundation of house and after listening to me go through the stages of our issue, he suggested we start at the source and check the well head. Boom! Found the leak and he gave me an estimate and I signed off on it as it was less than I was anticipating and he said he could take care of it today - after 5pm! He and I cleaned out the insulation and water and the next thing I know, hes in the vault, found the cracked fitting and was already taking it apart. He had a new section installed fairly quick and after waiting for the glue to set, I paid his invoice, we checked for leaks and he was back on the road! Outstanding! But wait! Theres more! By later that evening, we found our guest bathroom sink and toilet werent getting water. Called local number on card that Mike gave us and another pleasant woman fielded my call, and found when a tech could come out. I had to be back at work, after having already missed a day, but received a call from Mr. Rooter after I got home offering to have Mike come back. He arrived in about 20 minutes and about 20 minutes after that, he had cleared the sediment in the fixtures and was ready to get back on the road for no charge! Excellent service Id hard to find and receive these days, but sll the employees at Mr. Rooter did great work in taking care of us from start to finish. Highly recommend them!

    The technician came within half an hour of me calling for help. Water had backed up in the shower in one bathroom and the tub in a second bathroom. Dark water…turned out it was food waste from a pipe going from kitchen to the bathrooms, then the sewer. Water jet snake fixed the issue.
