    Fantastic! Called today, they showed up today, they fixed the problem...TODAY! Price totally reasonable, and the guys (Dustin and Will) were super nice. They knew what needed doing and got it done very quickly, and also demonstrated how well the work would stand up over time (durability). Solid work, fast, and at a reasonable cost.     I have had Dustin come out twice. The first time he corrected a bad tankless hot water installation fromanother company. He was so efficient, polite and helpful. He was able to troubleshoot the problems and determine where the previous company failed to do. I was so happy with his service, I also called him to install a gas line in my kitchen to replace my electric stove with a gas stove. He is a very reliable and skilled plumber. He will make sure the job is done right the first time. This company is easy to get in touch with. They are courteous and helpful. They are also able to get appointments set up quickly. I highly recommend this company and especially, Dustin Cantrel.

    I had a water line leak in my slab and the two amazing employees were able to run new lines in the attic utilizing the manifolds in the wall and had me up and running the same day!! They were able to avoid a lot of expense from digging up the cement slab! Top notch company!! They have a life time customer now!!!

    Very pleased with the service we received. This is our 2nd time to use Ledbetter Plumbing and we have been impressed both times. They were very prompt both times in getting out to our home.     These are my favorite people in the business. Courteous and punctual and they don’t make a mess! Dustin and Will did a great job getting my kitchen back online. Chris has also done great work for me. The ladies in the office always get me scheduled quickly. Occasionally I even have to deal with Rickey…but I prefer to work around him.

    I Used this company to fix an issue on our bathtub faucet the morning that I called them. It was about 7:45 a.m and they told me they could get someone out to my house in 15 minutes…probably 30 minutes max. For me….I like fast and convenient service when I have something I need done, especially before I have to go to work, they literally came in about 15 minutes, fixed the issue and did a good job fixing it in a timely manner.Ledbetter plumbing, and the guys that came out…. thank you so much again. I will be using you again in the future. You won’t be disappointed if you need service done by some really nice and convenient people from here

    Dustin and Will just left after taking care of our A/C problem efficiently, professionally, cheerfully and politely; no messing around diagnose, fix and there you are.     Dustin and Will were the technicians that came out for our service call with Ledbetter Plumbing. They were so helpful and diligent about getting the matching bathroom fixtures. They also helped me save money by ordering the part, but asking if I wanted to pick it up so they didnt charge the service fee for pick up and delivery of the part. They also fixed a few things that werent on the service call sheet and didnt charge for them. Great service!

    Dustin and Frank came out within minutes of us calling them about a leaking dishwasher and the faulty emergency water shut off valve that connects to the dishwasher. They had the parts on the truck and replaced the bad shut off valve. It was a brand new Samsung dishwasher that was defective from the factory and leaked right away. Dustin and Frank verified this by removing the dishwasher and identifying that the leak was coming from inside the new dishwasher. They even moved the dishwasher to the garage so that appliance delivery service could pick it up and drop off the new dishwasher. Everyone from Ledbetter’s have always been very friendly, knowledgeable and they always thoroughly explain any options that you may have to choose from. They have been out to help us several times since we moved here over two and half years ago and we are very happy to have them as our plumbers!

    My wife and I decided it was time to replace bathroom and kitchen faucets since they were the original items when house was built in 2002. Some were leaking at the handle and I tried replacing the seal, but things did not work as expected. Also, one of the cold water shut off valve started dripping and did not shut off the water...we then purchased new bathroom and kitchen faucets, called Ledbetter and scheduled an immediate appointment. Corey and Frank were the service guys who installed them...due to my bad back this was well worth it. Within a couple hours, they were done. Frank even looked at the hot water tank that Ledbetter installed back in 2012. It still looked healthy. Overall great service. Both Corey and Frank were courteous, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend these two guys driving the number 4 purple que-ball on their truck...thanks so much! Nice work.

    Woke up to the nightmare of water dripping from the 2nd floor bathroom. Didnt think wed find anyone to come out on Thanksgiving Eve, but Ledbetter got us on the books. My house has some old cast iron pipes (that are nightmare), & I was expecting the worst.The plumbers arrived promptly, but Ill admit I was nervous about how young Corey & Will looked. Well, dont judge a book by the cover! They were very knowledgeable, professional, & efficient. These guys came prepared (common replacement parts on truck), found the issue, and fixed it in a very reasonable amount of time. Thankfully, it was nowhere near as bad as I expected.Im very satisfied with Ledbetters excellent service, fair price!

    Summary: Consistent quality, kindness and fairness in business dealings, gives back to the community.To be honest, I chose Ledbetter Plumbing when we had our first plumbing issue because the company’s name appeared as a sponsor in the program for a local event. (The Texas Ballet? Texas Shakespeare Festival? I’ve forgotten the event/organization but not the sponsorship — corporate support of the arts and local organizations speaks to integrity and conscientiousness.) They then earned my repeat business with impeccable customer service, professionalism, work quality and efficiency, and value. They went the extra mile on a recent job and really demonstrated that they care about their work and their customers. There’s another plumber located almost across from Ledbetter’s with a fancier building and sign, and I’m sure they’re great — but will never know because I’ll always choose (and recommend) Ledbetter’s.

    Called Ledbetter at 12:10 on Wednesday 9/27/2017 and Gail immediately sent Christopher to the rescue. He was here within minutes and was working on the problem drain minutes after his arrival. First attempt with a snake did not clear the problem but did identify where a clean out TEE needed to be installed. In short order the TEE was installed and the snake ran from the clean out TEE and immediately cleared the drain. Christopher at My request did some additional repairs inside and did a very professional job of repair and rescue. All materials need for the job was on his truck making repairs much faster. I would certainly recommend Ledbetter Plumbing to anyone for a job well done, quickly and fairly priced whether repairing or new installation at a very reasonable price thats NICE.     Have always had good service from Ledbetter Plumbing. Plumbing is always expensive, and its like having a tooth pulled... nobody looks forward to it... but the Ledbetter team has always done good work for us and we just left word for Gail to call us for another job we need at a flip project we are working on. They did the bulk of the work on it already, and now that we are getting close to the finish, there are a few items to tie up the loose ends. Would give five stars, but I dont give ANYBODY five stars! (Except my wife for her cooking...)

    I contacted Ledbetter Plumbing at 1:00 on Friday and I was worried that would not be able to fix before the weekend. Danny and Matt arrived approximately 2:15 and were able to unstop the main line within 30 minutes. There was a light snow and temperatures close to freezing but they had a good attitude and completed the job. Thanks to both of them for their help.

    We love Ledbetter Plumbing! I live in Marshall and have had some bad experiences with local plumbers unfortunately. You know, when you call a business and all you get is voicemail and rarely get a call back it is very dissapointing. Ledbetter Plumbing, on the other hand, actually has a live person who professionaly answers the phone and is able to schedule your appointment. Yesterday we called because of a badly leaking faucet handle in our bathroom and Dustin and Will showed up as scheduled to asses and fix the problem. They were very friendly and knowlegable. I will always use Ledbetter Plumbing because they answer the phone, schedule the appointment, show up when scheduled and do excellent work every time.
