J Rowe Plumbing installed two needed drains on my property; one on the side of house and the other with the driveway. I waited until we had a good rain before I submitted my assessment. I rate J Rowe Plumbing better than excellent. The drains far exceeded my expectations. Excellent workmanship and extremely courteous crew. A few days later they did excellent work repairing my sprinkler system. Sprinklers now works wonderfully.

Absolute amazing customer service and knowledgeable employees. They were faced with a difficult slab leak at my house and they found a way to cause very minimal damage and restore hot water to an island sink. They also were tasked with repairing a few other smaller items that a prior plumber failed to complete. I am impressed and will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs. I will recommend them to everyone.

After a different plumber ghosted me, I called J Rowe for replacing the connections for a washing machine. Roughly an hour later Herman arrived.He was knowledgeable, personable and polite. He got the corroded taps, the box and some of the pipes replaced and even helped me setup the new washing machine. Update: Although the person they sent was not responsive, I did receive a call from Levi, the supervisor, after I posted the original review. He listened to my issues with the service I received and was very apologetic, and stated this was not their normal business practice. They did provide a refund for the work that was not done, which I felt was fair. It was nice to know my comments did not fall on deaf ears. If I do need a plumber in the future, I will definitely give them another chance!

Will and Joel were very professional and honest! J. Rowe was the only company that made room for me late in the day to repair my gas line leak. Every other company I called told me it would be a week before they could come but J. Rowe took my familys safety into consideration and had me fixed within a day! They were honest and the best priced and I highly recommend them!! The guys came out 2 days in a row and stayed until after dark to make sure we were fixed right and were sure my home was safe again!

We had a problem with our sink slow draining and dishwasher backing into the sink. After not finding any plumbers in Gilmer we searched for someone in Longview to help us. This company sent out two guys who not only cleaned the lines but also reworked the lines and even connected the shower line so it would drain properly. They spent all morning working and did an amazing job! Everything is back to working (even better than before) and they were very knowledgeable as well as professional. Reasonable rates too! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs, their my go to plumbers for any other issues in the future!

John was very understanding and stated he would fit us in on July 4th at no extra cost for it being a holiday. They showed up the next morning and had us fixed in no time. John and his father were very professional and expedient with there work. Will definitely call Rowe Plumbing again if in need and have already recommended them to others.
