We had a clogged drain line that was backing up the downstairs toilet, sink, and shower. We explained the problem over the phone and Joe the Drain King, and he quickly came up with a solution before they had even arrived. He said it would take about an hour and it took about an hour. They were quick, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. He left us with tips on how to fix some future issues as well. Our home can run water again thanks to the Drain King, and we will definitely be inviting them back if we have any issues and you should too!

The Drain King Company is top notch plumbing, total drain cleaning, expert diagnosing. This company gives exchange in abundance!The owner spent several hours with me last late afternoon into the mid evening finding more clogs and throughly flushing them out. These were never identified by the home inspector when I purchased this ole “dream home” in beautiful Longview. After the purchase, drains kept clogging; we never could be confident to use sinks, toilets. Joe at “Drain King” Company knew why, explained and set up a plan for future adjustments needed to keep our lines clear. He didn’t just leave after one toilet unclogged, but searched out other problems until our whole home now has entire clear pipes. And he wasn’t bad on my pocket book at all! The master plumber – owner at this company has been doing this trade as a teenager, now still a young man, with tons of energy and optimism. He really grins when the plugged line finally lets up and burps. You really will get your money’s worth plus more when you have Joe over to deal with your pipes! We would have unnecessarily replaced a toilet had we not found The Drain King.

Joe had a job out in Gig Harbor, but made the effort to swing by on his way back to help us get a drain line unplugged that was blocking our kitchen sink and washer. He gave some great advice as to how we can reroute the pipes in the future (old house, OLD pipes) as well as got the issue resolved. He was professional, friendly, and we really appreciated the effort he put into coming out on such short notice. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Reasonable prices, friendly and professional services, it was a great all-round experience.

We HIGHLY recommend Drain King!! After finding out we had a leak in our crawl space over the weekend, we called around to several places, including Mr. Rooter, who all seemed too busy to help, no one was able to send anyone out, we had our water shut off, and everyone was saying it would be until the end of next week until it could be fixed. We called Joe at Drain King and not only was he super nice and understanding, but he also came out that night, which was a Saturday, to fix the leak temporarily so we could at least turn our water back on. He made sure to come back out on Monday to replace the pipe that had started leaking. It is clear how important Drain King is to Joe, all the way from his personality, to his workman ship, and making sure his customers are taken care of no matter what. Not only did he get it fixed way sooner than any other plumbers in the area could, he also did it without charging us an arm and a leg. We were so worried about cost, especially being an emergency service on a weekend, but his prices are extremely affordable, and he didnt even charge us for an emergency service. Overall, Joe is amazing, we highly recommend him, and absolutely will be using him for future plumbing needs that may arise! We are so happy to have found Drain King!

Joe is really great! I would highly recommend Drain King with no reservations. He came to inspect my sewer and use his camera. Very thorough! He didnt know I didnt have risers and he just dug with no complaints to get to the septic tank. Muddy, clay hill and he put in my risers beautifully. Always prompt and answers his phone every time. Really super work at a great price!

No one wants to go 24 hours without flushing toilets and working drains, but Joe, the Drain King, was the only service provider willing to provide same day service for a plugged main drain line. And given that my residence is 30+ miles from Longview, in the Oregon Coast Range Mountains, I am grateful that Joe was able to come out late on a cold evening to unclog our drains.And while other service providers would have charged a hefty fee for that 30+ mile drive, Joe gave us a discount! I highly recommend Drain King for quality, professional, responsive service.

Five stars is just not enough! I was desperate after spending several days with a tub/shower that wouldnt drain at all. I spent hours of my own time trying to fix it myself and finally gave up. I googled drain services and Drain King popped up. It was 4:30PM and I knew I was looking at after hours service, but who? Drain King showed a 24 hr. banner and then I saw their reviews, they were impressive. I decided to take a chance. HOW LUCKY FOR ME! Joe is incredible! he showed up a couple hours later and tackled a severe clogged issue as a result of a City Line back-up into mine. He was kind enough to explain the workings of the drain to me because after spending hours myself trying, I was curious. He Tackled the obstructed drain, was very nice, professional and cleaned up my bathroom when he was done! I tried to stop him, telling him I intended to do that myself, but wow!I now have Drain King programmed in my phone and am ever so grateful to have found them. ABSOLUTELY recommend Drain King and will be sharing his business card and information with my friends and neighbors. I was at the local hardware store trying to find supplies for a unique plumbing situation. I was explaining the situation to the hardware store staff, trying to get help to identify the supplies I need, however, they didn’t understand and I was getting nowhere. The Drain King happened to be there getting his own plumbing supplies. He overheard my discussion with the hardware store staff, and jumped in to help, even though he was already busy with his projects. He lead me to the area of the store where the supplies I needed were located. He then took his own time to show me in detail the supplies I need and how to install it. He really knows his stuff. I asked him if he’s a Plumber and that’s when he humbly replied “Yeah, I’m The Drain King”. He really saved the day. What a stand up guy! He provided great service to me and I wasn’t even his customer!

We had an emergency and the main line was clogged. Despite having a busy schedule Joe was able to accommodate us. He was able to remove the blockage by jetting the pipes. We had an emergency plumbing issue that caused all of our drains to back up. Both of our toilets were unable to flush and were near over flowing 🤮. So we could no longer even use the restroom. I live in the little town of Vernonia, OR and could not find anyone that would service this area or just wouldn’t answer late at night. Drain King not only answered, but discussed what the problem most likely was and the best plan of action. It took a bit to get here as he had two other jobs ahead of me, and I live in a different town. But regardless of all that and how tired he must have been, he still showed up at 2am to help us out and cleaned the clogged drains/pipes. It was a huge help and big relief. He was very nice, courteous, and helpful.

I had a backed up main leading to the sewer. I called three other places and didnt even get an answer. Called up drain King and they not only answered, but came out to unclog my drain within an hour. They didnt mess around, got straight to it and had everything in working order within 15 to 20 minutes of arrival. Im happy with their service and made sure to save their number for future services if needed. I would recommend them 100%.

Definitely was a pleasure finding the Drain King, he is a very hard worker who is upfront and willing to work within your means and is one to try and help everyone he can and will sacrifice his sleep and sanity to do it!I went on a Journey starting the day after Christmas where our Sewer stopping draining completely. Joe was the only one on last minute notice over a holiday weekend to squeeze me in to try and fix the problem!From there it transformed from a hopeful quick fix (snake/jet) into a quest (nay journey!) to narrow in on the problem; which ended up being a 5ft deep hole in my yard.. That hole led us to our discovery of perhaps one of the biggest snake of tree roots the plumbing world may have seen... We were able to remove the problem and put a temporary fix in place while we were waiting for parts and authorization from the City for a final fix after which everything is working like brand new. Definitely will be my goto plumbing needs for the future.

The 5 Star rating for Joe Milian’s “Drain King” is a no-brainer.We experienced our most serious plumbing problem since moving into our home fourteen years ago. As the washer discharged, water came out of the adjacent shower drain and burbled in the toilet; in the guest bath on the opposite side of the house, water emerged from the tub’s drain, beneath the toilet and flooded the floor requiring a lot of towels – adding to the laundry backlog.After a couple of calls, I reached someone who referred me to a business better suited to deal with a significant line blockage. As it turned out, I couldn’t have been more grateful for the suggestion.Help arrived sooner than expected. Joe listened to the described problem; checked the locations; explained the likely causes - later proved accurately - and began working. After clearing lines from several access points, there was obvious improvement. We provided a drawing of the subfloor plumbing to aid his visual inspection which confirmed the source of likely future problems - a haphazard tangle of pipes and acute angles of an earlier decades’ old addition. We agreed it would be best to “fix it.”A two-man crew returned did the needed cutting, capping, more direct rerouting to a larger common discharge point, and satisfactorily - meaning successfully - tested the outcome. Afterwards, they ran a camera down the line for us to observe what had been accomplished and discussed additional actions for preventing “most likely” - not “every potential” - future problems. We immediately arranged for installing a more accessible cleanout.In search of professional, thorough, and economically priced service? I recommend starting with “Drain King.”

I had ongoing bothersome plumbing issues and contacted Drain King after reading their reviews. I also was interested in working with a locally based plumber if possible, so being based in the Longview area was a bonus from my perspective.Joe and Loren worked on my plumbing issue and I couldnt have been happier with their service. They worked together well and were very efficient. Additionally I appreciated how informative they were about the process and the benefits of the steps they were taking. Their prices were also very competitive.Keep in mind plumbing issues can be hard for customers to size, and these guys will take the time necessary to complete the job. This means if the job before yours needs some extra time they may be running a little behind their estimated arrival time. Please be understanding and know that they will take the time needed for YOUR issue, also.I highly recommend this business.

I would definitely recommend Drain King. I have a home owners warranty and contacted them for leaking washer hookups. The plumber they assigned bailed and they didnt have anyone else. After weeks of looking for one on my own someone recommended Drain King. I am so glad they did. He was professional efficient and fixed the hookups without any problems for half the price the other plumber wanted before he bailed.
