Brittany in the office is so pleasant and helpful. Chris and Devon who came out and fixed my clogged main drain, were so friendly, polite and respectful. Brittany called before 8am to tell me when to expect the workers. By 8:15 Chris and Devon were knocking on my door. They went right to work and had it all good to go by 9:15. Amazing people who do their jobs so well! Their prices are very reasonable, and they give a discount to seniors. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again if ever needed.

They came on Jan 18 to repair a leak from my City of Longview water meter....t=it was a big job, and all went flawlessly. My water cut off valve had sunk so much I could not have used it for emergencies. They raised it. Courteous, professional and nominal price and a senior discount. They also arrived earl, which I knew about the day before, catching up on backlog because of the road freeze for 2 days. They scheduling and answering the phone is fantastic....her name is Brittany. She is a gem, keeping me posted on re-scheduling I had to have because of ice on roads. I highly recommend

Mark my words I will NEVER use another company for plumbing issues as long as I live in this area. We moved to white oak in March and have had issues with our guest bath toilet since we moved in. So a young man came out months ago, pulled the toilet, did all the things and it worked great. About a week later it stopped working again. I should of called then but as a busy mom of 4 I got side tracked and we just used the other 2 bathrooms. So 4 months after his first visit I finally called again. He came out and found that my baby had put a toy in there, he pulled it out and all was good again. He was so sweet and professional and didn’t even charge us. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and customer service here.

I spent a pretty penny a while back to fix our flush issues. CJ showed up and fished out an old cable that should have been snagged when the major work was done. Im going back to the original plumber but am grateful for them showing up the same day!

We have used Bakers for years. They are responsive and have the top customer service experience in Longview/ White Oak. Pricing is fair, if large job they’re transparent with cost. Bakers has never left me in a bind, when booked up or will be delay they’re forthcoming about scheduling. I have used others through the years and found Bakers to consistently be the best.

Baker Bros has great customer service, fair pricing, and friendly plumbers! I recently had need of a plumber, and called several places before going with Baker Bros. They were efficient, and friendly. Also when I had another problem a couple of weeks later, they came out the same day for no charge. Thats unheard of. Definitely recommend.

Had a stand alone shower replaced with a tub unit and the shower had been leaking. Corey and his assistant (sorry, I never did catch a name) repaired the rotten floor and then had to cut out about four feet up of the tongue and groove wall boards all around the alcove for the unit to fit. Their work was clean and neat and well done with straight cuts and clean edges so trimming it all in after the installation was easily accomplished. They even worked delicately with the removal as I wanted to save as much of the wood as possible. Finally, none of this exceeded the original quote which I found to be very reasonable for the work requested. I will definitely return to Baker Bros Plumbing for future work.

Hands down best plumbing service in Longview. I had 4 other plumbing come out a total of 9 times, paid them 1,000s of dollars, and they never fix the issue. Baker Bros came, fixed the problem in a couple hours, and only charged me couple hundred dollars. I will only use Baker Bros from now on.

They came to my house to run a hydrostatic test on my plumbing. They were fast and efficient and even fixed a couple of small plumbing problems that I was having with my sink.
